Guest Reviews
- Goran (6/5): - Location
- Fernando (8/5): -
- Mihail (7/5): - Top location. Very, very noisy!!!
- Rigina (8/5): - Very good location to many things.
- Padure (10/5): Great stay in Rome—clean, charming apartment in a perfect location - We had a great stay at this apartment in Rome. The location is excellent—very central and close to everything, which made exploring the city so easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and overall very nice.
The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy, but for us it was not inconvenient at all. However, for people who are sensitive to noise or not used to city sounds, it might be a little challenging.
Overall, a lovely apartment in a fantastic location, and we would definitely recommend it.
- Tomas (9/5): - Exterier terase
- Hue (9/5): -
- Kirsty (9/5): - Location and clean Noisy all night

- Putri (10/5): - All of it It's cold 😅
- Laura (8/5): Great place to navigate around Rome - Location, spacious rooms Slightly tired in places, kitchen and main bed had slat missing etc
- Nadia (8/5): 1st class location, fabulous hosts and spacious accommodation - Very spacious and clean. Sid who met us to hand over keys was lovely and on hand 24hrs to help when we had a boiler issue, Sid very quickly gave advice on how to resolve the issue and we were up and running again with hot water within 30mins. The only thing as other guests have mentioned was the noise from the street. I am quite a light sleeper and was woken several times a night by the shop opposite setting up business for the day, the restaurants putting their chairs out and the street sweepers, my family were not as affected and mostly slept through. Earplugs were provided which was a nice touch.
The fabulous location outweighed the disturbed sleep, but I couldn't do it for any more than 4 nights again.
- Erda (10/5): - We dont have breakfast Its everything ok
- Stephanee (9/5): Excellent location! - The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful and well appointed. The location is perfect - right on a main pedestrian street with lots of shops and restaurants steps away. Also only a couple of blocks from the Spanish Steps as well as the Spagna Metro station. The terrace was a lovely place to enjoy drinks in the evening. As other reviews have said, it is quite loud at night. I assumed in reading these reviews that it was just street noise from the restaurants below but it is actually noise all night long. The first night I think was garbage night, so several times in the night we could hear garbage trucks coming/going. The other days there are pretty early deliveries to the businesses on the street and you get quite a bit of street noise from the trucks. The room with the loft was by far the loudest, as it is a corner room with windows on 2 separate streets so double the noise. It wasn't so awful that it disrupted our sleep too much, just be prepared that it definitely is not just "people" noise.
Also, there is no living space in this apartment. There is a small kitchen with a table and the terrace with seating, but no other living space to gather in if that is important to you. The kitchen also was not terribly well appointed but we didn't cook so it was not an issue for us.
- Angeliki (8/5): - The apartment is in the heart of Ancient Rome so you can go almost anywhere on foot. Also it is very spacious and good for big groups. The staff was very kind and helpful. The amenities are in very bad condition especially in the bathrooms so it gives you a not so pleasant feeling staying there.
- Val (7/5): - good location, in walking distance to the spanish steps and to the shopping street via del corso. It was quite noisy in the mornings due to the garbage collection. Overall the apartment is good maintained however some minor aspects need maintenance. #
There is no living room with a couch to relax at the end of the day, only the kitchen but this is just a personal preference.
- Eduardo (9/5): -
- Aitor (9/5): Buen Apartamento al lado de plaza España - Apartamento amplio, camas cómodas, la terraza, Hay que subir el equipaje por las escaleras, había una cisterna y los mandos de la tele que funciona mal
- Claudia (8/5): -
- Christine (8/5): Personal sehr nett und gut erreichbar - Die Lage Ausstattung
- Keara (7/5): Excellent location- would stay again! - needed a regular coffee maker-there was no living room to gather- but we made due with patio just fine.
- Fabian (8/5): Tolle Unterkunft für ein paar Tage in Rom - Die Lage und der grosszüge Grundriss
- Diane (8/5): Just perfect - The size and location The noise between 5-7 am of the bin Lorrie’s but appreciate this is outwith the owners control
- David (9/5): - The apartment was spacious, the beds were comfortable. The location was excellent. The shower had mildew on the shower head, and the bathroom ceiling looked like it had some mold.
- GABRIEL (7/5): -
- Carlos (10/5): Excelent location - Perfect location. . Checking in he gave a complete explanation about the property and where we could every thung. The appartment is cleaned daily. Sid was always available by whatsapp. Take notice that ir is on a first floor by steps. Supermarket right in front. Plenty of places to eat cloe to the appartment. Meetro station very near. Huge noise outside very early in the morning, as reported by other gests. (Earbuds provided). Wifi connection on the kitchen was unreliable (no problem on the rooms). Light on the kitchen was dim
- Clare (9/5): Superb -
- Ariel (8/5): Probably one of the best locations you could stay in Rome. Cafes, restaurants, a mini mart are literally in front on th - Very spacious rooms. Amazing location. And let me say this again, the location is fantastic. There is no sitting area other than the kitchen and small terrace. It is noisy but we sleep through anything so it didn’t bother us. For light sleepers, you may not appreciate the noise. There is a restaurant right next door and garbage trucks pick up garbage late at night and early in the morning. We were 7 and we were not bothered by it but light sleepers may not like it.
- Edward (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janos (10/5): Amazing!! - The host was exceptional!! Catered to all that we needed! Super helpful and beyond kind! Thank you!!! Wish we were able to stay longer!!
- Fiona (8/5): Very good - It was in a great location among lots of shops and restaurants
- Belinda (10/5): Out of 5 weeks travelling the best apartment was the last (Spanish steps) - Absolutely everything, amazing apartment N/A
- Rubén (9/5): Fantastic stay at an spotless accommodation - Everything was pretty much perfect. A person met us at the location for the check-in, very friendly and helpful. The accommodation itself was spotless, very comfortable, well supplied with toiletries, clean linen, towels, and coffee pods, and cleaned up every morning by friendly staff. The location was brilliant, a couple minutes walk from Piazza di Spagna, with a supermarket right in front and plenty of restaurants and icecream shops in the same street. The only issue I found in an otherwise excellent accommodation is that the street it is located at, which is very touristic, becomes very noisy during the night hours with cleaning, resupplying, and even seagulls. The accommodation is aware of this and already provides ear plugs that do the trick.
- Guest (9/5): Superb - Very central location with restaurants, shopping, and metro nearby; breakfast items and coffee/tea provided and refreshed daily; very clean; spacious; cozy terrace; very friendly and responsive host Outside noise at night (music and voices from restaurants, trash collection, etc) though of course the hosts can't control that (and it was nice of them to leave earplugs)
- Gin (8/5): Nice apartment but needs Aircon improved - Spacious rooms in a location very close to Spanish steps and a lot of restaurants downstairs. Also a supermarket just in front of the entrance.
Daily cleaning service was excellent and we found it clean every day. It had all essentials and a coffee machine with coffee pods provided. Also all shower essentials provided. Aircon was somewhat working only in 2 rooms and kitchen, the last room was not working properly and the room was very hot to sleep in. In general the rooms were cooler but not cool enough in the heat period. The terrace was impossible to sit in as the hot air was being blown in from the Aircons into there.
- Renan (8/5): Excellent location and convenient - Excellent location, near pretty much all the highlights in Rome, which makes it very easy and convenient to explore the city on foot. The broken AC in one of the bedrooms. Coincidentally or not, there was a portable fan placed exactly in that bedroom (but not in the other bedrooms). We contacted the property manager about the issue who came over but nothing was done to fix it and claimed it was a remote setting (after I insisted that the AC wasn’t blowing cold air at all). They should fix that AC unit or at least be honest about the issue for those intending to stay there. It was July and extremely hot in the city.
- Thomas (6/5): If you are a light sleeper this is not location for you. Its very loud ar nighf and my kids could not sleep. - A beautiful apartment in a very busy touristy fun area. Like location a lot. Bathrooms are newly renovated and really nice! It was very loud outside all night and early in the morning and sadly bedrooms lack sounds proofing. My 3 kids (teens) and myself could not sleep even with the earplugs we all were provided. We stayed at 2 other locations in rome this trip and others we had no issue like this with loudness. Not the right place to stay unless you don’t mind late night noise (late into the night and by 6am we heard loud noise too). Worst sleep we had in our 10 day trip :(
- Lee (7/5): Would have been 10/10 had there been 3 bathrooms. - breakfast n/a. The apartment was in an exellent location, and would have been perfect but for the bathroom situation. i based my search on 3 bathrooms, which this apartment marketed itself as having 3. There were only 2, which caused us problems, as we were a group of 6 including 5 females. If the apartment had had 3 bathrooms as advertised.
