Guest Reviews
- Keith J Anderson (8/5): Very handy location - It is all walking distance: Very close to Fremantle train station (we came in from airport), walked around block to H&C Urban Winery (pre-dinner drink) and then walked across road to Manuka Woodfire Kitchen. The following morning we walked around the corner to the Little French Nest for coffee and breakfast. Was a little bit of noise from happy people going home after midnight - but gone in seconds
- Kym (6/5): Nice apartment in questionable neighbourhood - Spacious unit and nicely appointed. The furniture is a nice quality, bathroom nice and owner was friendly.
We did think it was a hotel though as booked on booking.com, but its an Air bnb.
Its a nice air bnb- just not what we expected Location, though central, is in the dodgy part of town and the homes poorly insulated so the homeless outside screaming at each other all night kept us up to the point we very nearly left after night 1 of our 2 nights.
We couldnt open the windows with them being stiff, but the noise made this not an option anyway and air con filter was mouldy so couldnt use this so it got warm.
The floor tiles in the entry are badly cracked and sharp, the bathroom door doesn't close as warped and we were told the unit was serviced but nobody came to do so.
This isnt to say the rooms not lovely, they are doing what they can giveb the location, just needs some maintenance..and maybe double glazing
- marian (7/5): Good for a quick stay in Fremantle - Not far from the main action of Fremantle Nothing on the walls, a bit noisy in the morning
- Jarrod (10/5): If you need a place to relax before hitting the best pubs in freo, look no further. - Loved the entire place. Put me in a peaceful place after a stressful week… the best place to be in freo
- Lara (9/5): - French cafe 10 meters away was amazing
- Gloria (5/5): -
- Aaron (1/5): Deceitful not what is advertised spa doesn't work - Nothing really except it was an olden style look We got the room because it states the spa bath is the main KEY feature to our room we tried to use spa it doesn't work contacted owner who said that they have noted in There advertisement that it doesn't work there is no note stating that it doesn't work tried to get a refund so could book somewhere with a working spa threw booking .com and the owner refused it to them so we had to stay had a disagreement with hubby over it and the staff quickly called the police on us as a way to make us look bad to try to rectify there lies as we left we were accused of abusing staff which we didn't and were reported to booking.com . All night we had ppl outside our room screaming and punching on until 4am there is no kitchen in the room as advertised also absolutely disgusting behaviour from the owner and staff

- Denise (10/5): Super Lage und gemütlich übernachtet. - Die Inhaber sind hilfsbereit und sehr nett.
- Tom (5/5): -
- Geoffrey (7/5): -
- Liam Lennon (10/5): - Nice spot, only a short walk into town. Very comfy bed
- Linda (8/5): Good for overnight stay in Fremantle - Just parking, where we had to park in the car park was not the best
- Shanny Ho (8/5): -
- Danielle (8/5): Clean, comfortable, good location - Comfortable bed, clean, good location No power point next to the bed, price a bit expensive
- Darren (10/5): Great location, clean room, lovely staff. - The room was clean and had everything you could need, exactly as advertised. The location was fantastic and very convenient, and Philippa was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing
- Jeannie (8/5): - Location, cleanliness, The spa bath didn’t work, which is one of the main reasons I booked this accommodation and more bath mats or towels would came in handy as the shower water spills out a lot on the floor but apart from that it was a great staycation
- Erin (10/5): Exactly what we needed - The lovely lady Dutchess? She was so helpful and had the apartment spotless! Location wasn’t the best but it’s close enough to the airport which was helpful.
- Aaron (8/5): Pleasantly surprised. - Bed comfort and general cleanliness. Street noise. Not to bad given a weekday but some double glass windows might be worth investing in one day.
- Emily (10/5): Very clean, good location and cosy. Will definitely use this accommodation again in the future - Good location, quiet area, easy to find parking, good value for money, secure premises, clean and tidy! Nothing, exceeded expectation.
- Jess (10/5): -
- Heitman (7/5): - BThroom door wouldnt close, thinking floor warped. o microwave
- Louis (9/5): - Close to shop, nice and clean
- Frantz65 (6/5): -
- aron (9/5): - The place is in a great position, very close to everything i need by walking.
The venue was clean and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary.
After checking out, i forgot my laptop and the owner called me and we organised the item collection.
Very good!
- Rhonda (5/5): - Location was good - quiet area at night - easy to access shops/restaurants. Noisy when people entering or leaving the apartments - stairs and doors closing. Creaky bed every time you rolled. Uncomfortable bed. The air con pump was very annoying. Did not see fire emergency plan - it was a bit of a trap should a fire occur.
- Neil (7/5): -
- Clifton (9/5): Would definitely recommend - Fabulous location, communication was great. Spacious and very clean. A blind over the toilet window would make this place perfect, The sun beat through too early
- Len (10/5): We had a few days in Fremantle and the apartment was a good base to see all the sights and very clos - The apartment was very central and paid parking close by.
- Timu (9/5): -
- Luciano (8/5): Hassle free, private, self check-in good value - Bathroom, bed, space, outlook Stairs
- Dave (7/5): - Relatively quiet considering its location. Had some difficulty operating the front door key code.
- Luke G (5/5): No Privacy and needing maintenance. - Great location and the room was clean. The shower head was totally broken and my room was entered and tidied up when I was out, this is not a problem, if it was made clear to me that this is the policy at the accommodation but it was not bought to my attention at any point.
- Nicci (7/5): Property was basic but had all the facilities we needed. For the price I would recommend. - The king bed was very comfortable. The property was clean. And acceptable for the price. Access information was clear and info provided on parking was helpful. The bathroom was good clean and had a good shower and spa bath. Hot water and other facilities worked. The property is old with dated furnishings and could use a paint as there are marks on the walls. No door to the bathroom.
- Phillip (9/5): - Fantastic place.
- Rita (7/5): - Shower head needs to be replaced as only works properly when water on full as it falls down
- Mama (8/5): the room is very comfy and enjoy the afternoon sun light in the room very much! - some mosquitioes in the room and spent some times to get rid of them.
- Christopher (6/5): - Good location Bed was uncomfortable, with a big dip in the middle. The air-conditioning needed to remain on as it was warm without it, it was positioned facing the bed and the blue light on it lit up the whole room making it difficult to sleep.
- Stirling (8/5): -
- Trevor (5/5): ok - property was clean street noise
property details provided before we arrived
entry details before we arrived
late check in
- Victoria (8/5): -
- Wayne (10/5): -
- Ainslie (6/5): 29 Adelaide Street Fremantle - The bed was comfortable and no keys to find late at night coming in and out It was a bit dirty
Bathroom windows sill and the glass window sill from the bedroom to bath room.
Our bed wasn't made, sheets were shoved in, in a few spots but not made.
- Patricia (9/5): -
- Brenton (4/5): Looks nice at first but needs work - Location Hot water.was only warm and had to use kettle to have ahpt bath
Shower dripped non stop
Noisey and needs a good dust
- Clatworthy (10/5): - Wanted to get in touch with host but phone number not working, other than that everything was great!
- Miriam (10/5): - Very spacious, clean, good location, good access instructions
- Doug (8/5): -
- Jess (10/5): -
- Mitch (7/5): -
- Emily (8/5): - Great location, excellent communication from the host, cosy place with good facilities
- Angela (9/5): Great facilities - The place was very clean and there was a spa bath. Easy instructions to enter and where to park. Fairly central Not a critique but it is on the first floor and there is no lift. Stairs I find difficult so once I was in the room, I wasn't inclined to leave and explore the surrounds
- Julie (5/5): The apartment was very adequate for our needs as we only stayed in it for a few hours - The apartment was very clean and the bathroom was very modern and bright There was only one bed side table so I could not have anything next to me on my side and the pillows were hard but that is a personal taste
There wasn't any water in the fridge
The lack of parking was a problem
- komatsubara (8/5): -
- Hannah (2/5): - Very clean, beautiful bathroom design, close to shops, 11am checkout Mentally ill drug addicts yelling in the street pretty much at all times, paid extra for a spa bath it was broken, could hear my neighbours walking around and talking
- dervilla (8/5): - Great location On a street so was very noisy especially early in the morning with road cleaning
- Misha (8/5): - It's nothing against the place and i know you can't help having homeless people outside but smelling a strong smell of urine before walking onto where we we stayed was a bit off putting
- Margaret (9/5): Inner city haven - The location was central with easy access to everything.
The studio was well appointed and spotless .
The air-conditioning was quiet and efficient . The electronic door entry was a bit tricky to use. Quite a challenge to get the digital display up to open and lock doors. May have been the very hot conditions
- Cheryl (8/5): -
- Glenn (8/5): - Good location Spa bath didn’t work
- Corinne (9/5): - location Spa bath did not work which was a shame because this is why we chose this accommodation. No compensation offered by host when informed of this.
- Ashling (10/5): Lovely clean fresh room , very close to bars. - Clean
New bed
Smelled lovely The entrance is a little shabby
Could do with an extra scrub and fresh smell
Room was fine - just the entrance
- Kim (9/5): -
- Joy (10/5): -
- Natasha (10/5): Excellent - Apartment was lovely and clean right in the heart of Freo. The team member that greeted us was fantastic and very helpful, explained the parking situation which was close by. Gave us an early check in which was fantastic. Thanks team.
- Michele (8/5): Peaceful - Clean Nothing
- Catherine (8/5): Perfect for my accommodation needs - Self check in, very private, beautiful spa bath, heat lighs in bathroom, modern facilities, free wifi, very comfortable bed, right in the heart of the city and everything within walking distance, very quiet and comfortable. The later checkout at 11am is great and the flexible checking option times where great thankyou One of the globes in the downlights was blown and needed to be changed so one of the corners of the room was quiet dark but aside from that, the room was perfect for my needs. Thankyou so very much :)
- Tonya (8/5): - Close to all Femantle venues, clean and easy access, very spacious room and comfortable bed

- theeranut (9/5): - Lovely felicity.. nice city area
- Jacob (10/5): -
- Tracey (8/5): -
- Michelle (8/5): Great location, nice space - The door lock to the building was very hard to open, 3 fingers on the keypad was tricky as it wasn't very receptive, followed by a code. Getting into the actual studio was easy. Great location, lovely space The front door is too hard to get into.
The shower head kept falling down
- Lisa (9/5): Easy parking, easy to get to, easy access to all of Fremantle. - Great location. Perfect for our needs. Bit noisy at night on the streets of Fremantle !

- Harriet (8/5): Good stay! - Very spacious and clean apartment! 😊 Bed could do with a new mattress but for a couple of nights was fine
- Andrew (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the assitance from the owner and housekeeper - A good location in Freemantle to easily access a the attractions in the local area.
A nice French style cafe around the corner which was handy for breakfast.
Excellent housekeeping from a very helpful housekeeper.
Very helpful owner regarding flexibiity of check in/out times which was of great assistance. Advertised as no parking available with helpful information from the owner. Had to quickly access the EasyPark app to use the parking lot diagonally acrossthe street.
Stair access to upper rooms as mentioned in the advertisement.
- Carol (9/5): Quality time had - Great location for what we had happening over the weekend and really quiet which was great Nothing comes to mind

- Aine (1/5): Run down. Do not stay if you’re a woman or family. - Nothing. DO NOT STAY HERE if you are FEMALE TRAVELERS. My friend and I had an extremely scary experience as young women alone coming into the common area of to this accomodation the first night. The other people living in this building did not seem safe for young women and are extremely unhygienic as you can smell their rooms walking by. There are no bolts on the doors, only keypads are used to lock them and you do not know who has the codes. We had to barricade ourselves in with furniture to feel safer. The experience had us so stressed out we cancelled our stay as soon as we could find another accommodation.
The apartment itself is run down with handles falling off cabinets, cracked tiles and constantly changing water temperature. The space is comfortable for the cheaper price than others, but not worth the safety compromise at all.
- Bronwyn (8/5): Beautiful studio. - The property was lovely and clean with modern facilities. There wasn’t a toaster and there was a lot of stairs.
- Nicola (8/5): Comfortable central studio apartment, close to everything in Fremantle and well managed. - Clean, airy and bright, central property with big windows and space to move. Serviced daily and Phillippa was very responsive and helpful. I was injured on my trip and Phillippa offered help and support. The front door lock keypad is not the easiest to use as the screen sensor can be slow to register.
- Marisa (9/5): Perfect location - Great location. Clean and comfy Spa bath jets did not work
- zane (8/5): -
- De Francesco (10/5): -
- Alison (8/5): Great location, very comfy bed, clean. - The only things that were a little issue were..
Only one bedside table and light
Nasty screw in the floor by the table.
