- Shwe Zin Chit (1/5): - None I have booked the property for us ( family). The money was taken and booking was confirmed. But when I contacted the property on the day of check in, I was told the property was not available. That has led us to chaos without shelter in cold weather. Still not refunded 5 days after proposed check in date. Booking.com should not allow properties with such reckless behaviour to be in hospitality industry.
- Adnaan (10/5): A great apartment in the perfect location. - Our stay at this flat was everything we had hoped for and more! The flat is in a great condition and you can tell the hosts have recently done some touch ups and updated some of the furniture. They had everything we needed and it was very clean and well prepared. Of course the biggest selling point of this place is it’s amazing location. I rarely find places that are this well located at this price, so I would definitely recommend! The check-in and check-out process were both super easy and Kiana was a great host with quick and helpful replies throughout the entire stay! Thank you for a great stay, I will be back!

- Sam (5/5): Le Cheval Suite - It was a really lovely apartment. We had a few niggles, (I beieve we were one of the first guests using the apartment). however the host was very helpful. We couldn't get in when we agreed we would arrive. The keys were not waiting for us. When we did get the keys we still couldn't get into either the main entrance or the apartment we had to wait for someone to come and show us the special jiggle and pull movement to turn the key. We also had an issue where a kitchen cupboard door fell off and broke wine glasses. The apartment was great if the access was better and the kitchen cupboard door secured the apartment was perfect. Thank you Sara for all your help.
- Emma (7/5): Clean comfortable accommodation - Its location was great for where we needed. The doors were really hard to open. If I was staying longer it would have probably got easier.
