• Kathie (8/5): This is a Very Comfortable house to stay in . The courtyard is a great spot to chat and relax! - We appreciate the manager! It is a great space for our family and friends and it allows us to be able to visit and chat comfortably in the courtyard. The neighborhood is nice and safe. Thank you for a great stay. We also really appreciate the cleanliness of the house! It is also really great to have a well functioning kitchen. It continues to have problems with flooding of the laundry area, also expanding into the area reaching to the door of the 3rd bedroom.
• Patrice (5/5): They stay in we ok buy a lot of work need to be done to the property before it’s rented. The toilet in out room don’t fl - The jacuzzi but the chlorine smell was too strong. The water wasn’t hot for one. The toilet seats fell off. The fact they never mentioned the other bedroom was outdoors to the others and the toilet didn’t flush. And #1 I didn’t know they didn’t take cards only cash for payments which wasn’t stated before I arrived.

They had chairs and umbrellas for us to borrow to bring to the beach which was very kind. Everything in the house worked perfectly. Daya and her husband were very helpful and kind. I loved it here :)

• Regina (6/5): Vacation was fabulous. Minor things to fix, will recommend - Bedrooms were spacious. Having beach chairs and umbrellas. Having a washer and dryer, giving the choice to not take dirty laundry home. Place being fully aircondtioned, as island is very hot. Beachtowels were provided a nice touch 1.First night master bdm AC did not work, had to wait till the morning, have to say host was prompt at 10 am. Internet fell out again on Saturday host did come and fixed it. 2. AC remotes did not function well, that was left not fixed 3. Checked in on Friday afternoon, without notice found ourselves with people in the yard on Saturday morning cleaning the Jacuzzi without any notification. Same thing occured on day of check out, Saturday at 8 am people came to clean the jacuzzi while check out time was 11 am, and again without notice. Eventhough we did not Cook, did take a look at the pots and pans, the tefal pans needs to be replaced as they are all scratched badly. Stainless steel pots were good. Receptacle outlet in the kitchen is overloaded, hubby fixed it. 6.Told not to throw toilet paper in the toilet even after a number 2 is not hygienic.
• B (9/5): Beautiful Villa! - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yulia’s beautiful villa. Very clean, quiet and cozy villa. All 3 bedrooms are pretty decent size with king size beds and built-in wardrobes. Jacuzzi/hot tub and the hammock at the backyard were very relaxing. AC in all bedrooms and kitchen/living areas were very nice. The villa is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and close to Palm Beach. The host and the property managers were very responsive and helpful. Each time we had any question they responded immediately.
• Kathie (9/5): Superb - The space including the courtyard was great to visit and chat with the whole family and friends. It allowed comfortable social distancing, yet still allowed us to easily chat. The kitchen was very convenient and well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. The property was very clean. I would give it a 10/10. The neighborhood and neighbors were very nice and good to meet. Daiya was also great to meet! The hot water did not function most of the time in all the bathrooms. The washing machine when draining flooded the courtyard including the entrance to the 3rd bedroom. This was even with putting the hose in the advised opening on the floor.
