• Laura (10/5): Great location in Venice Beach - Location is fantastic for exploring Venice Beach and even Santa Monica in walking distance. Parking is easy in the back alley. 2.5 baths with W/D and full kitchen and two good sized rooms. More shower supplies.

It had everything we needed, and Robert was sensational in every aspect, from check-in to check-out, always attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend the place and would stay there again.
• Dror (8/5): Great apartment but hot ! - Location near venice, host, spacious apartment. No air conditioning!! We stayed in august and it was hot in the apartment, felt suffocated. For that price i think air conditioning is a must.

The atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed, very Californian super chill. At check out we were able to enjoy breakfast, and it was no problem at all to leave the car parked for a while longer. If I return to Venice, I would definitely stay here again. Absolutely great! The location is perfect everything is within walking distance. NOTHING!

• Justyna (10/5): It is fantastic apartment. - Apartment is quite near to the ocean. Rooms are very comfortable and well furnished. The parking is very comfortable, next to the apartment. The Host was very helpful and polite. It is great place to stay!

It was big enough for our family and gave us plenty of room to move. The beds are absolutely amazing! We are buying that same mattress for our home! The only drawback was that it can be kind of noisy at night in the neighborhood.

• Pmor65 (10/5): The price is a bit high, but it’s in line with the best options in the area. Highly recommended. - Beautiful apartment, and the photos are spot-on. Great location—really close to the Abbott Kinney bar and shopping district, and you can walk to the beach. Everything is clean and tidy, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook lunch and dinner on your own. There's a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer available. The bathrooms are clean, with two upstairs and a half bath on the ground floor. There's no air conditioning, but the climate is cool enough that you can just open the windows—on the ground floor, they open on three sides, and upstairs on all four sides. There's a parking space in the rear lot. The owner is very friendly and replies here in chat always in timely manner. If I had to pick something to improve, the beds are a little too soft. Personally, I prefer mattresses and bed bases that are a bit firmer.

Modern and well maintained. The host (Robert I think) was very friendly and helpful, good local knowledge and on hand to respond to anything we needed. Felt safe in the property, and safe leaving the car in the parking space. Slightly lacking on appliances, glasses etc.

Of course it depends on what you want to do or experience in Los Angeles, but if you like the beach - especially Venice Beach - then this is a fantastic place. Not only comfortable and stylish but less than a 10 minute walk from the beach and a lot of great restaurants nearby.
