Ha_vu (9/5): Superb - The apartment is new, clean, and has a good location. The instructions to collect the key and find the location are very clear. The process to refund the deposit is too slow. I didn't receive the refund more than 20 days after checkout. I don't know why Booking keeps the credit card, but the apartment still needs a deposit before checking in more than 7 days. It's hard to contact the staff and company because they do not share the email or use WhatsApp/Telegram... One room does not have an air conditioner (some days Melbourne is too hot)
