• Jyrki S (8/5): Mukava huoneisto useammalle hengelle hyvällä sijainnilla. - Huoneisto oli hyvällä sijainnilla jonkin matkan päässä keskustasta. Taksilla ja metrolla kuitenkin pääsi kulkemaan keskustaan hyvin. Mukavaa olivat huoneiston parvekkeet, joilta pystyi katselemaan kaupungin vilinää ja vastapäistä puistoa. Huoneiston sähkölukituksen kanssa oli ongelmia heti saavuttuamme eli ovi ei meinannu avautua koodeilla. Tämä korjattiin majoittajan toimesta seuraavana päivänä mutta lukko alkoi reistailemaan uudelleen jonka jälkeen viestiteltyämme saimme fyysiset avaimet. Tuntui hiukan turhauttavalta näin lyhyen loman aikana käyttää aikaa perusasian eli sisäänpääsyn selvittelyyn.

Appartement spacieux pour 5 personnes. - le manque d'équipements dans la cuisine (il manque des cuillères, les plaques ne marchaient pas et on a dû les faire changer pour cuisiner) - découvrir la taxe de séjour au moment du checkout (103 euros les 3 nuits pour 5 personnes) - l'accueil 100% digitalisé, aucun humain, il faut même internet pour entrer dans l'immeuble et ouvrir et fermer la porte.. - appartement impersonnel, dans un immeuble rempli d'appartements touristiques - sentiment de pompe à fric touristique
• ROSELYNE (8/5): - L'emplacement est bien. L'appartement est propre. Mais la salle de bains est très petite, pas commode à utiliser : rien pour suspendre les serviettes, rien pour suspendre ses vêtements .la douche est glissante. Les portes craquent . Dans l'ensemble bien mais des choses à améliorer

A case of ‘looks better in the pictures’. Like the colourful and arty feel but hides some pretty basic furnishing, tired decor and more fundamentally a few things falling apart. Kitchen cupboard door almost fell off, bed frame broken so loud creaking on any small movement.

• DanielKr (9/5): Na mecz i do zwiedzania, z dziećmi i znajomymi! - Świetna lokalizacja jak start do zwiedzenia Barcelony lub pójścia na mecz. Blisko do metra, stosunkowo blisko na stadion i plac zabaw tuż pod blokiem. Byliśmy z małymi dziećmi i bezproblemowo wszystko. Sklep tuż obok, kawiarnia na dole. Ładny widok z balkonu. Wszędzie blisko. Duży plus za podstawowe akcesoria na wyposażeniu - płyn do mycia naczyń, nowa gąbka, nowa ścierka, szczoteczka do zębów. Na klatce spotkaliśmy kilka karaluchów, ale w mieszkaniu było bardzo czysto. Cała kamienica to pokoje do wynajęcia, no i niestety inni goście byli głośno, więc obudzili dzieci.

• Stefan (1/5): Avoid at all costs! Poor service, substandard facilities and gross sewage smell. - The location is fairly central, making it easy to get around Barcelona. Sadly, that was the only positive aspect. ​Upon arriving at the airport, the free taxi booked for us never showed up. I contacted Sweett and requested a replacement, but that also failed to arrive. It took a third attempt before someone finally picked us up. This is exactly what you want to avoid when arriving in an unfamiliar city with two children: waiting indefinitely and having to resolve booking issues yourself. ​When we finally reached the apartment, we were met with an overpowering, awful smell of sewage. There is no way this wasn't a known issue; the cleaners must have noticed it and simply ignored it. When I contacted Sweett, they initially offered a free taxi ride back to the airport as compensation, which I found insulting. They then suggested sending someone over to "mask the smell with products." The idea that this was an acceptable solution is laughable. ​After I escalated the matter, they offered a €90 refund. Considering I paid approximately £600 for the stay, I made my deep discontent clear, but they wouldn't budge. I had no other option but to accept. I'm still waiting for the refund. We booked this trip to Barcelona in good faith, and the sewage smell was clearly a pre-existing issue that was covered up rather than fixed. It tainted our visit to a beautiful city and is not something any guest should have to endure. ​Summary: Poor customer service, substandard facilities, and quite frankly, gross. Avoid at all costs! 👎

The bathroom by the main bedroom has a strong drain smell that you could smell in the flat too, so we avoided using it and kept the door shut at all times. The heating kept showing error codes and didn’t work.

It is an older apartment building; the living room overlooks a busy street, while the noise from outside does not reach the other rooms at all. The kitchen is very well equipped, and communication was excellent. The only downside is that you can clearly hear the old elevator and the doors slamming in the hallway. The location of the accommodation is excellent — it is close to the metro, and the price-to-value ratio is great.

Були компліменти від помешкання у вигляді чаю, кави, цукор, оцет, олія, сіль. Також була капсула для пральної машини, дуже зручно, що після дороги можна випрати речі. Фото помешкання відповідає дійсності.

Apartamento grande. Oferecem um bom kit de amenidades. Sistema de acesso totalmente eletrônico. Sistema de aquecimento de água - Boiler - capacidade de aquecimento para pequena quantidade de água, prejudica o fluxo de banhos quentes para grupos maiores.

İlk gece diğer daireden gece 3 te uykudan uyandıracak kadar ses yaptılar işletme sahibi ertesi gün onları çıkardı. Rahatınız için herşeyi düşünen bir işletmeci. Yine gitsem yine kalırım. Apartman içinde ki koku. Barselona’nın genelinde var sanırım. Ama evin içinde hiç kötü koku yok.

Поруч метро, безліч магазинів та закладів харчування. Доступний цілодобовий зв'язок з менеджером. Всі питання вирішувались майже миттєво. Важливо: дуже тепло у квартирі навіть у січні. Дві ванни кімнати - дуже зручно для сім'ї з п'яти осіб. Є пральна машина. Трохи не вистачало кухонних рушників або сушарки для посуду. Не зовсім зручна та зрозуміла система онлайн реєстрації. Я витратила пів дня, щоб зареєструватись. А згодом знову декілька годин, що отримати доступ до електронних ключів. Потрібно щось змінити у програмі, щоб не виникало подібних проблем з реєстрацією мешканців 16-17 років.

La calefacción y el agua caliente funciona muy bien. Apartamento limpio y cómodo. El ruido de la calle y las fiestas que había en otros apartamentos. Tuvimos filtración de agua pero nos lo solucionaron rápidamente mandando al técnico, facilitándonos toallas y fregona.

• SzZoli (9/5): Ideal for larger families or groups of friends. - We were 6 of us on a short family trip, but we needed 4 rooms to sleep in because the 2 youngest family members are not a couple. The Sweet - Casa Miro was a perfect choice for us. Altough we had only 3 rooms, we could use an extra sofa bed in the living room so it became the 4th room for us. There were 2 bathrooms in the apartment and it made our evenings practically. If we had just one it would have been uncomfortable a little. The sound-proofing (which is important to me) was quite good, we heard almost nothing from the other apartements. The whole apartment is well equipped, not just the kitchen and we definitely needed these household appliances tough we didn't know that earlier. On the first evening instead of seeing Font Magica we got terribly wet in a monsoon-like rainstorm. I have no idea what we could do without the washing machine, the hairdryer and the ironing! We are very grateful. Getting in to the flat was automatized and problem free. The bonus was that early check-in was offered without extra fee. Finally the area is also ideal. An underground station, a fairly large Mercadona, a luggage storage facility and the Arenas de Barcelona are just a few minutes walk away. The Barecolna-Sants station isn't very far away either. Just one problem came up during our stay, but it was solved very quickly so in the end the situation turned out positively. One of the shower taps was working quite weird and almost useless. The staff reacted very quickly, they repaired it in few hours so it was working very well on the second evening.
