Schon beim Ankommen haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt – das Hotel ist modern, sauber und gleichzeitig gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind top ausgestattet, geschmackvoll gestaltet und bieten alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Liebe zum Detail. Ein echtes Highlight war der Saunabereich: sauber, ruhig und perfekt zum Abschalten nach einem Tag im Harz. Genau das Richtige, um zu entspannen und neue Energie zu tanken. Auch das Essen war hervorragend. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch die weiteren Speisen waren frisch, lecker und qualitativ hochwertig. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf gute Zutaten und Zubereitung gelegt wird. Das gesamte Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Fazit: Ein tolles Hotel mit super Ausstattung, leckerem Essen und entspannter Atmosphäre – wir kommen definitiv wieder

Sullyvan (10/5): Grandios! Der SPA/Ruhe-Bereich mit dem riesigen Panoramafenster ist einfach ein Traum :) - Die Lage, direkt am Waldrand, ist super. Aus dem Zimmer raus, über den Hof und man ist schon im Grünen und kann sich die Füße vertreten. Für jene die mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreisen ist die Bushaltestelle Jermerstein ideal, gute 10 Minuten entfernt. Auf der Abschlussrechnung sollten, statt der kryptischen Rechnungsnummern der Teilrechnungen, die einzelnen Positionen genannt sein um diese besser prüfen zu können. (Nur eine Kleinigkeit, dass kann man eigentlich auch selbst im Blick behalten, aber cool wäre es gewesen.)

Frank (5/5): Evtl nochmal, aber nicht zu dem Preis! - Die Lage war schön. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut, man musste nur etwas suchen. Mehr Schein als sein. Normales Hotel mit überhöhten Preisen. Das hochgelobte Restaurant Leos war abends im Frühstücksraum. Das war auf der Website nicht ersichtlich. Auch hier mehr Schein als Sein. Die Saunalandschaft verfügt über viel zu wenig Liegen und der Ruheraum ist mehr ein Unruheraum

Jeder Angestellte war einfach fantastisch, lustig, herzlich (heartslich), hilfsbereit. Die Sauna habe ich nicht mehr geschafft zu besuchen, das kommt beim Nächsten Mal.

Het ontbijt was goed en genoeg plek om buiten te zitten. Het personeel was wat onvriendelijk, voor de hond stond er niks klaar en de kamer was wat raar ingericht. Veel gericht op hip eruitzien dan echt praktisch en kwalitatief. De douche is zwart en bladderde af omdat looks boven kwaliteit is verkozen. Jammer.

Evoléna (10/5): Magical stay in the snow - The sauna area is amazing, the breakfast fabulous, the staff really friendly and there’s a free Glühwein après-ski hour that allows to meet people and relax around the bonfire. Also the hotel is right next to Nordic skiing slopes so you don’t need a car, which was perfect. Some of the design elements were very weird. We had open scissors framed just above our bed. Couldn’t remove them because they were really in the wall. The huge painting at the reception (first impression you get of the place) is a guy with a beard and an axe. Not sure who got this idea, but it’s a terrible one. Even if it’s meant to represent a wood worker, just don’t welcome people with an axe in your hands. Also the bathroom which was very small had a weird wooden ring right next to the sink, hanging from the ceiling, which kept being on the way for whatever we would need to use the sink. And they put a coloured led light (green, red or blue) on the window between the bathroom and the room that ruins the whole atmosphere of the room (you can’t really switch it off). So overall great efforts, but some stuff we just really didn’t get. It felt like it lacked a bit of a feminine touch to be honest.

Jonas (10/5): Sehr schöne Auszeit für alle Sinne - Sehr guter Stil. Rundum stimmig. Guter vibe. Frühstück grandios! - Restaurant Leo‘s etwas „drüber“ - an sich schon ganz gut, aber eben auch bisschen Schall und Rauch. Neben dem Leo‘s fehlt es an kleinen „Snacks“ für zwischendurch oder mittags.

Ute (9/5): Innovativ, mit Liebe zum Detail, wird ständig weiter entwickelt, angenehme Menschen... - Tolles Konzept, cooler Style, wenn die Saunen jetzt fertig sind ist der Wellnessbereich sicher super! Und erstmal 2027 mit Pool!!! Das Essen ist hochwertig. Erstklassiges Frühstück! Ruhe, Wandern, Natur war für uns genau richtig. Bei der Buchung hatte ich um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten. Leider gab es bei unserer Ankunft Eines direkt an einer "lauten" Treppe, sowie neben Lautsprecher. Es war sehr klein, hm vielleicht die falsche Kategorie?! Und leider auch nicht richtig gesäubert. Dank der freundlichen Frau an der Rezeption haben wir ein tolles Zimmer bekommen! Da der wunderbare Wellnessbereich noch nicht fertig war, war die Dusch- Toiletten- Umzieh - Situation in einem Raum sehr ungünstig.

Volker (10/5): Relaxtes Qualitätswochenende - Schön war’s. Alles ist mit Herz und Verstand eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind modern, trotzdem warm und gemütlich. Der SPA Bereich entspannt in coolem Ambiente, ist räumlich ein wenig wenig, wenn mehrere Hotelgäste saunieren möchten. Das Frühstück überzeugt. Qualität, Auswahl und Kreativität haben uns erfreut. Lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder her. Ich hatte wirklich vor, den kleinen Fitness Raum zu benutzen. Nächstes Mal. Der Aufenthalt führte nach nur 3 Tage zu einer sogenannten Abreise.

Rene (10/5): Das Hotel mit dem Restaurant war jeden Cent wert. - Personal war super, freundlich und zuvorkommend. War nichts zu bemängeln!

Annette (9/5): Ein Hotelhighlight in Braunlage… sehr stylisch und zugleich gemütlich. - Sehr stylisches und gemütliches Hotel mit einem hervorragenden Frühstück. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Für meinen Geschmack etwas zu wenig Stauraum. Wir waren jetzt 2 Nächte da. Da hat man nicht ganz soviel Kleidung dabei und somit okay.

Tim (10/5): Großartige Location für eine Auszeit in der Natur. - Es war wieder einmal traumhaft. Der perfekte Ort für eine Auszeit in der Kombination aus Kulinarik, Wellness und Natur. Man ist zu Fuß direkt im Nationalpark und kann sich nach der Wanderung in der Sauna oder dem privaten Badeklub aufwärmen. Danach noch das phantastische, saisonal raffinierte, 4-Gänge-Menü im hauseigenen Restaurant LEO´S - und spätestens beim Absacker an der Bar oder vor dem Kamin sollte man sehr entspannt und gut gelaunt sein. Wir planen bereits die nächste Buchung, absolute Empfehlung.

Alexandra (9/5): Super schön und erholsam. Jederzeit wieder. Absolute Empfehlung! - Die Einrichtung, Gestaltung & Atmosphäre sind unheimlich schön. Sehr geschmackvoll, stylish und trotzdem gemütlich. Ganz besonders! Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alle sehr freundlich und angenehm unaufgeregt. Einzig die Portionen beim Abendessen waren nicht besonders groß- aber auch da wurde uns mit einem „Nachschlag“ geholfen. Top!

Franziska (9/5): Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit excellentem Essem. - Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Absolut durchdacht und jedes Detail ist liebevoll. Das Personal ist unfassbar freundlich. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück ist köstlich! Ich fand es schade, dass es in der Nähe der Saunafässer keine Abduschmöglichkeit gab. Der Abfluss im Zimmer hat etwas gemüffelt.
Jürgen (5/5): Enttäuscht vom Angebot - Sehr gutes Frühstück, was bei 24€ auch zu erwarten ist . Abendrestaurant zu hochpreisig u eingeschränkte Auswahl. Zimmer minimale Ausstattung zb kein Schrank und man konnte nur aus dem Koffer leben. Bei schlechtem Wetter nicht ausreichend Fläche zum Aufhängen der Kleidung. Nach saunen wird im entfernten Ruhebereich nur eine Dusche und Toilette im gleichen kleinen Raum angeboten. Kein Spa Erlebnis.
