• Katrina (10/5): Perfect stay - This is one of my most magical stays ever. The apartment is located conveniently close to everywhere but in a tucked-away alley that’s quiet and safe. It’s super spacious for Rome standards and tastefully decorated. Everything is brand new; the gorgeous flooring, modern and clean bathroom, and comfortable bed made the stay perfect. The host was the sweetest person, waiting for us at check-in. His son even helped us with our suitcase. He insisted to come and greet us at check-out, showing how much he values his guests. This is what a non-hotel stay is all about. I’ll always come back here when I’m in Rome. There’s a reason this place is so highly rated—it truly is perfect! Nothing!

• Terri (10/5): perfect! - Perfect Stay in Rome! Highly Recommend! BOOK THIS NOW!!! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this gorgeous one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Rome! The location couldn’t have been better — From the Colosseum to the Pantheon, everything was just a short stroll away. Opening the huge wooden door nestled in the historic building, sets the tone for a perfect Italian getaway. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, with stunning artwork that really gives the place character and charm. The wooden floors added a warm, cozy feel, and the entire apartment was extremely spacious and inviting. The beds were very comfortable, the AC was a welcome respite, the bathroom large, clean and didn't want for anything! The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to enjoy meals in if we wanted to relax after a day of exploring. A huge thank you to our amazing host, Fabio! He was incredibly helpful and welcoming from even before we arrived. Fabio gave us great recommendations for local restaurants, the best things to see, provided anything we needed and even gave us transportation tips to make getting around even easier. His willingness to help us at the last minute when we realized our train was cancelled due to a strike, is something we cannot thank him for enough! His hospitality is unmatched! We enjoyed our conversations, laughs and happily call Fabio a friend now! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Rome, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and perfectly located place to stay in the Eternal City! Thank you again, Fabio, for making our stay so memorable! • Meghan (10/5): Beautiful apartment in an amazing part of Rome. Will definitely be back. - The apartment was spacious, comfortable and stylishly furnished. Fabulous location with many boutiques, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk of the apartment. Very attentive and kind host.

• James (10/5): Great Place for a Comfortable and Convenient Stay. - Great location, easy walk to all major sites including the Vatican. The place is also close to bus hub and taxi stand. We previously stayed closer to Campo Fiori, which we thought was fine but this was even better and more convenient. The building is very quiet in spite of the central location. Unit is very clean and well furnished we stayed for three weeks with no issues. Fabio, the owner, is very helpful and attentive No issues.

• Fatih (10/5): The best host and apartment in Rome city center with best location :) - First of all, Fabio is the best host i ever had. He helped us for everything. He is very good person, helpful and friendly. He contacted with us before our arrival and propose us to arrange pick-up if we needed. After that he met with us in front of apartment as we planned without any delay. He showed us everything within the home. During our stay he always contact with us ''Is everything ok ? , If you need help please let me know''. Also, he informed good places via whatsapp with locations via whatsapp. When we arrived home, we saw that he just put gifts(wine, snacks,) into the kitchen. On the other hand he support us for early check-in and late check-out according to availability. Morover; he propose us delivery from home to fiumicino airport and we accepted. Because it is very convenient to have cab from home to airport directly. He came to home during our check out and meet with driver and say goodbye :). Secondly, Home was awesome. Fabio refurbished home. So you can be sure that it is the same like pictures. Kitchen was well equipped with oven, mini oven, fridge, cleanning tools, cooking equipments ( salt,pepper,coffee, oil etc.) We had enough towels and toilet pappers even wet nepkins. Moreover; home had several luggage hanger. Also it has enought closets for garments with hangers. Also bed was very comfortable and home had giantic bathroom. On the other hand the entrance of the home is very safety. there is 2 door at the entrance of apartment which is opened by keys. Therefore; Location of the home is amazing. It was in the middle of everything with silence during your stay .You can enjoy every place by walking when you rent this home without using public transportation. Markets and restaurants very closed.
