• Michael (8/5): Friendly, welcoming and value for money. - Staff/owners went out of their way to welcome and look after me, even sharing their delicious end-of-season dinner. I was the only one having breakfast on both mornings and I suggested they didn't need to bother, but Konstantin insisted and offered a great breakfast at exactly the time I requested. Very clean room and bathroom. I arrived in the middle of end-of-season celebrations so was expecting some noise, but for that reason the hotel could have separated staff and guests better. Staff were literally in the room next door and kept me awake/woke me up both nights. Likely an unusual set of circumstances, however and still good value for money overall.

Tolles Frühstück, die Zimmer einfach, aber sauber. Genauso die Gemeinschaftsbäder. Alles gut! Und eine Mega Lage, der Bus Nr. 4 startet direkt vor dem Hotel. Was braucht man mehr? Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

• Maarten (8/5): Persoonlijk contact, basic maar van alles voorzien. - Fijne ligging, eerste stop van de bus, zo’n 10 min rijden vanaf de lift. Nette kamers, gedeelde badkamers per verdieping wat prima is. Goed ontbijt avond eten ook beschikbaar en prima. Een fantastisch leuke eigenaar! Geen minpunten.

The only thing was having a bathroom in the room but this wasn’t too much of a problem and the price reflects that. For the accommodation and price, excellent value

• Mathias (10/5): Urlaub bei Freunden - Wie zu Besuch bei Freunden. Constantin und sein Team machen wirklich alles möglich. Lockere Atmosphäre die auf alle Gäste abfärbt. Gemütliche, zweckmäßige Zimmer zum fairen Preis. Wenn man mit Gemeinschaftsbädern leben kann, gibt es nichts besseres. Skibus direkt vor der Tür oder zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Luigi den Hotelhund haben wir sofort ins Herz geschlossen. Wir kommen wieder.

• Kaspers (9/5): Voor herhaling vatbaar! - De ligging was perfect. De bus stopt ieder half uur naast het hotel en brengt je direct bij de ski lift. De gastvrijheid van de eigenaar was erg groot en hij wil je echt op je gemak stellen. Ik sliep met 2 vrienden op 1 kamer. De bedden kraakten helaas en het kussen lag niet zo lekker. Het zou fijn zijn als alle 3 de bedden op de kamer een elektriciteitspunt naast het bed hebben via een stopcontact of verlengkabel. Ook lag er stof achter het bed en dit vond ik verrassend omdat de hygiëne elders in het hotel echt uitstekend was.

• Jorge (9/5): Comfortable and warming ambient - The warming ambient and familiar treatment are evident since you place a single step into the Ciao Amore building. The breakfast was always good enough and the shared bathrooms were always clean and available. Great hosts, not only Constantine but especially Luigi, of course. Probably the best quality-price option at St. Anton. The bus stops at the same hotel's door and it's free for guests once you do the check-in. Just to mention that the bathrooms are shared but it's clearly indicated in the place description before booking. There was no problem at all with that regarding availability or cleanliness.
• Vadim (10/5): Amazing stay for our ski vacation! - My friends and I chose Ciao Amore for our skiing get-together in St. Anton am Arlberg, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel provided the perfect environment to rest after long days on the slopes, and the meals and drinks were fantastic. ​What makes this place truly special, however, is the owner, Constantin. He and his dog, Luigi, are the heart and soul of this place. Constantin’s exceptional hospitality and genuine care for his guests made our stay feel like more than just a vacation — it was a truly awesome experience. Highly recommended! It would have been nice to have a bathroom in the room, but having it in the corridor wasn't a big deal. It was spotless, and we never had any issues with someone else using it.

Constantine made us welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. The place has its own retro style and is full of charm. We will be back. The rooms are basic and only shared bathrooms, but there were plenty of bathrooms and everything was clean.

• Holly (10/5): Wir haben Ciao Amore sehr geschätzt: bequem, freundlich, locker, nah an der Piste, sehr sauber… - Super freundlich und unkompliziert! Bequemes Zimmer, super sauber, sehr gutes Frühstück, Skibus neben der Tür… aber das Hotel ist besonders, weil sie auf Kleinigkeiten achten. Constantin passt auf jeder und man findet, zum Beispiel, für alle Briten/innen PGTips Tee. Oder Kerzen auf dem Frühstückstisch. Oder wurde Wir fanden Ciao Amore St. Anton sehr freundlich, sehr ehrlich und haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Definitiv war Luigi nicht sehr motiviert, uns kennenzulernen (Luigi ist der kleiner Hund, der viel schläft).

• Jadranko (8/5): Fijne kleurrijke accommodatie met een ontspannen vibe, heerlijk eten en fantastische hosts! - Eenvoudige maar schone, kleurrijke en erg gezellige accommodatie. Heerlijk ontspannen vibe. Bus stopt voor de deur voor 5 minuten rit naar de skilift. Ontbijt is uitstekend. Aanrader is ook een pasta of pizza van alleen maar homemade ingrediënten. De gastheren Constantin, Andy en Franse Buldog Luigi zijn fantastisch en maken het verblijf tot een feestje. Zoek je luxe, zoek dan door. Maar zoek je een handige, schone, gezellige accommodatie met een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding, dan is dit prima. Slaapsofa in de familiekamer was aan de harde kant, maar prima voor 1 of 2 kinderen.

• Hilary (10/5): Fantastic value for money and great atmosphere in an unexpectedly convenient location. - It was lovely to stay in a characterful property in an unexpectedly good location at the bottom of the toboggan run (so you could ski back) and the top of the Nasserein bus (making the trip down tot the slopes easy). . And the staff especially Constantine were amazingly helpful and friendly. Getting dinner cooked for us (plus beers wine and schnapps supplied) was a very big bonus for our group. More sitting areas would have been nice but for the price we paid the property was exceptional .

• Franz (10/5): Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Schön, dass es solche Unterkünfte noch gibt. - Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel. Es wird ein sehr angenehmer Umgang gepflegt. Der Skibus fährt direkt ab der Unterkunft. Es ist die erste Haltestelle man kann somit immer in einen leeren Bus einsteigen. Ich kann nichts negatives über die Unterkunft sagen.

I booked a single room but was given a double which was nice to have more space. The breakfast is pretty decent and the dinners are also very delicious!! There is a dog - Luigi! He’s super cute and very friendly. Would definitely recommend to any solo travellers and groups - cant wait to come back!!

There.is a small cooking pit and a fridge. There is also a tv where you can put in a chromecast. Wifi is also.availlable everywhere. You can dry your stuff in the basement.The staff is super friendly and the owner is very helpful and nice. The atmosphere was very nice and the breakfast was very nice! Would recommend booking it with you. The busstop end stop.or begin stop is next to the apartment where normal and night bus stops! I felt very welcomed by the owner. Nothing, the host was very nice and made me feel at home

Constantin the manager and the "CEO" - Luigi the pitbull - of the hotel are full of energy - which gives a positive vibe and cool ambience to the place. Highly recommended to lone skier as you will feel the community spirit right from you enter the door step. It's too sad to leave Luigi the pitbull when my holiday ends!

• Nicholas (9/5): Ciao Amore does exactly what it says on the tin , the reviews are true ! - Breakfast was excellent , Eggs freshly cooked (and delivered to your plate by the Boss!) , Cold meat, Cheese , Yoghurts, Fruit , Cereals etc and excellent Coffee , whether from the filter pot or an Expresso to help clear the Fog caused by over-enthusiastic Apres! The only drawback of the location is that Buses up and down to Nassereinbahn are once an hour later in the evening , so if you’re burning the candle at both ends at the Fabulous Fanghouse Bar , you’ll likely miss one and have to walk up the hill , which is 15Mins or so (20 if you’ve been partying in your Ski Boots! ) . A minor gripe , honestly , Ciao Amore if fantastic value for money and run by people who love it and the lifestyle it gives them. Luigi was a warm and welcoming host.

• Juan (10/5): Charming cozy inn - Breakfast was great -- they would make eggs a la carte, and there was buffet of hard boiled eggs, deli meats and cheeses, cereals, granola, yogurt, coffee, etc. Nice breakfast room. Room was very serviceable. Had a small sink and mirror in it, an armoire, and the bed. Very comfortable. No issues with noise at night but maybe I got lucky! It is a shared bathroom, which you know when you book. There were several bathrooms on each floor, and each is private so you can lock the shower+toilet behind you for privacy (e.g., not a big bathroom with multiple shower stalls). Bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The owner Constantin and his dog Luigi were absolutely lovely -- social, friendly, helpful, solicitous. Very warm vibe to the place.

We’ll definitely be back! 2mins from the Nasserein lift (with 3 ski hire shops) and we skied back to the hotel door every evening.

• Andrew (9/5): Great little spot - Great little last minute booking. Constantin is an epic host - super friendly and helpful - and a good bunch of fellow guests. No frills, but still very comfortable and cosy and great value for money. Breakfast was good and although I didn't try it (as had friends in town) the evening meal looked good too. Nothing. The location is up the hill but there's a regular free bus into town and nassereinbahn is an easy walk.
• Esther (10/5): Ciao Amore fantastically hosted our guys ski trip to St Anton! - On behalf of my husband and his mates - Thank you Constantine! Just had an amazing stay at Ciao Amore on our annual guys ski trip where the hosts looked after the 13 of us extremely well. The bus stops right outside the hotel and takes you down to either Nassereinbahn gondola, or the other gondolas down in town every 30 minutes during the day. It’s also easy to walk to/from town as well, or plenty of taxi’s if needed. We arrived late in the evening and Constantine was happy to supply drinks and cook a few pizza’s, that was very well received. Hotel nice and clean with a good breakfast included where all staff very helpful. Having checked out on our final morning, we were also able to leave our bags in the basement and take showers prior to departing after a final day on the slopes. The ski area was superb, great conditions thanks to recent snowfall, and a huge playground to play in!! Apres was also outstanding. Can’t rate Ciao Amore highly enough for a reasonably priced stay in St Anton!!!

• Ziv (10/5): The most welcoming experience - One of the most welcoming experiences that I've ever had in a hotel or hostel ever. The highlight is the staff and the atmosphere they implement. You're never going to feel lonely or unwelcome there. The breakfast was also fulfilling and tasty. The rooms had good facilities. There was always hot water and the bathrooms were spotless. The price was definitely fair given the experience and location. I want to thank Constantin and Andy with all my heart, who went above and beyond to help me with my issues and with the adjustments I requested in my booking. Two bonuses: the adorable dog Luigi (he never barks or makes noise) and a PS5 on the 3rd floor. -
