• Katarina (9/5): We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The location was perfect, the apartment was spacious, well equipped and in a nic - Perfect location, spacious apartment, well equipped, in a nice building.

• SARAH (10/5): - Fantastic base for a large family. Neighbourhood felt very safe, clean and fairly quiet at night for a city. Transport options right on your doorstep - the train, bus and funicular are just steps from the apartment. Great for getting in to Naples and beyond. Accommodation is large with lots of storage. Kitchen facilities were handy. There's a supermarket around a 3 min walk away so you can make meals and have a few euros. Wouldn't hesitate to book again. We would of liked an extra pillow on the beds, not use to just sleeping with the one. The shower tended to leak at times too.

• Wioleta (9/5): Pobyt bardzo udany - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Bezpieczna i nieco spokojniejsza dzielnica, blisko stacja metra Czystość w mieszkaniu była na słabym poziomie. Problem z drzwiami wejściowymi do kamienicy, gdyby nie pomoc sąsiadów mielibyśmy problem z dostaniem się do mieszkania.

• Konstantina (9/5): Everything was excellent!! - The property is amazing the only problem is with the door with the key but after the first night we learned how to open it. The area is very close to everything and you feel safe. The people responsible for the property where really helpful at any time we contact them and they gave detailed instructions on how to arrive and get in the house. The views from the house are amazing

• Caterina (7/5): Soggiorno piacevole - L'appartamento è molto grande e luminoso. Bello il quartiere e comodissima la posizione, sopra la stazione della linea 2, poco rumoroso. L’agenzia è sempre stata molto disponibile e responsiva alle richieste. Tuttavia, la gestione è risultata talvolta un po’ rigida e alcuni aspetti potrebbero essere migliorati. Inoltre, considerando il prezzo pagato, l’appartamento potrebbe essere più fornito di alcuni elementi di base (ad esempio sacchetti per la pattumiera -in un bagno non si può buttare la carta igienica nel wc- o detersivi per una veloce pulizia). Abbiamo richiesto un secondo cuscino e ci è stato concesso di prenderlo, ma senza federa.
• Raffaello (9/5): Ci sono tornato… mi ero trovato bene!!! - Casa molto accogliente, calda, logisticamente perfetta. Curata nei particolari, comoda, pulita. Davvero sciocchezze: es.: c’erano solo 3 rotoli di carta igienica per 5 persone per 4 giorni . Nessun problema in giorni normali ma con le chiusure dei negozi del 25 e 26 Dicembre è stato un piccolo disservizio, che si sarebbe potuto evitare a costo quasi zero. Era molto pulita tutta la casa ad eccezione della parete laterale del letto a castello, evidentemente difficile da pulire certo, ma una soluzione va trovata, perché se cade qualcosa lì dietro è poco piacevole il recupero

• Alessandro (8/5): Le regole mi piacciono, ma ci vuole flessibilità. - La posizione strategica, la pulizia impeccabile, l’appartamento è bello nel complesso. L’host un po troppo pignolo/a sulle regole, prima di entrare in casa mi ha scritto un messaggio con una serie di “non fare questo, non fare quello” e con la richiesta esplicita di gettare la spazzatura, una cosa mai vista dal momento che dovrebbe esserci un servizio di pulizia incluso e soprattutto dal momento che sono ospite pagante e di certo non pago per buttare l’immondizia. Il giorno del check out, 15 minuti prima dell’orario concordato ci siamo sentiti suonare dalla ditta di pulizie (più di una volta a dire il vero), di solito si dovrebbe lasciare agli ospiti qualche minuto in più per prepararsi ad andar via, non qualche minuto in meno, altrimenti si rischia di sentirsi cacciati via.
• Kendall (5/5): - A good location within Naples, and very walkable to shops, restaurants and cafes. It didn’t seem well maintained. Did not include parking like the description stated, and the bare minimum cleaning was done. All the linens were scratchy and smelled very musty, walls were very dirty/dinged and you could clearly see excessive amounts of dirt/dust/debris around mattresses on the beds. Both shower drains backed up immediately upon starting to shower so you stand in about 3 inches of water during the whole shower. The shower head of the primary bathroom also sprayed out all over the bathroom wall and floods the floor. The building is also very difficult to get into using the key if the front doors aren’t open. The host kept constant communication with us, which was nice but ultimately we had to ask the doorman for help with the keys.

• Johnny L (9/5): Napoli Casa - - Excellent spacious apartment. - Great kitchen facilities. - Great air conditioning. - Comfortable beds. - Amazing building. - Loses a point for poor shower drainage. Mentioned by many. The shower has to drain. - English instructions hidden on the door. Should be on kitchen table and be more informative. - No hand soap provided. At that price point it's a requirement. - Main entrance key is a bit dodgy on the large door.

• Duncan (5/5): Nice apartment, too many rules and not allowed to flush toilet paper! - Large and spacious apartment and very close to the Metro station. Great looking building. The listing did not clarify that the use of toilet paper in the toilets was prohibited (and under the threat of expensive repair bills if toilet system became blocked). Had we known this, we would not have booked this particular property. Whilst I understand some of the older properties in Naples don't have modern plumbing, why not install a macerator to make guests experience more hygenic and comfortable? There were also lots of threats of other charges/fines such as: 20E Hob cleaning ; 35E Any light of Aircon being left on (depite the cleaners arriving before checkout time). The rubbish disposal situation was also very unclear. We were told to dump it in the street - but not clear where - and was concerned about additional fines for leaving in the apartment. As an AirBnB host ourselves, we do understand the challenges of hosting - but we would certainly not make threats of additional excessive fines for small misdemeanours.

• Farida (10/5): Prachtig appartement in herenhuis in leuke wijk Chiaia - - Goed onderhouden proper en ruim appartement (herenhuis) in zeer toffe wijk. Er is beveiliging aanwezig. - nabij metro Amedeo, winkelstraten, strand op wandelafstand - uitzicht op de tuin is fenomenaal. - alles aanwezig (keukenapparatuur, strijk,…) - Onze 2 jongens vonden het stapelbed geweldig) - contact met de gastvrouw verliep goed (via whatsapp) en beantwoordde snel jouw vragen. - we parkeerde voor 30€/dag in de nabijgelegen parkeergarage. Eerst werd er 20€/dag afgesproken maar we moesten nadien toch opleggen. Blijkbaar was de dagprijs toch 30€/dag Jammer dat de wasmachine niet goed werkte. Die is wat gedateerd en aan vernieuwing toe. Maar er is een goede wasserette in de buurt waar we onze was deden.

• Cuzzo4x4 (9/5): Great spot - This place is larger than the usual accommodation, there's plenty of storage as well. The kitchen is well appointed and functional. You are right near the metro station and have access to some good patisseries. Via from the balcony was a bonus. The host was quick to respond to questions. Minor but for such a big apartment the showers are small, they work fine but small. Also when we first arrived there was a strong cleaning product smell that took some time to dissapate.

• Alexandar (10/5): 2 families, 5 days, great experience! - Amazing location. Next to subway line 2 and funicular to St. Elmo castle. Lots of great places to eat nearby, safe and clean neighborhood, beautiful building. The apartment has great views, a lot of space and air. Kids liked the 2 level bed.
• Piotr_28 (8/5): Piękna okolica w fascynującym mieście. - Perfect location! It's hard to find a better place in Naples! On one side beautiful villas from the 19th century, on the other close to the sea. Close to shops and cafes and the metro. In addition, it is relatively quiet and peaceful, because the windows do not face the street directly but the garden. A broken seal in the toilet, which made it make strange noises. A coffee machine with capsules, which were counted. For a short stay, it was not worth buying a whole pack of capsules, and there was no moka pot (which is standard in Italy). There was also no fruit juicer, which is also common in Italy.

• Paul (10/5): Amedeo Suite is perfect - The apartment is beautifully presented, exceptionally clean and has all the amenities you could need. It is also extremely well located, being 2 minutes from the nearest metro station and 5 minutes from the nearest supermarket and restaurants but very quiet. Communication with the host was excellent and we were able to drop our luggage off a bit earlier than the normal check-in time as well, which we were very grateful for. I would recommend the Amedeo Suite to everyone. Nothing.

• Anne (9/5): Overall a very e the Amadeo - The Amedeo Suite is a luxury apartment - spacious, beautifully appointed, clean. An elevator for easy access but only 3 flights of stairs so not difficult to walk if necessary (for most people, and without luggage!). Very comfortable beds, especially in the main room. Lovely bathrooms. Large kitchen and easy to use to cook if that’s your interest. As everything was done remotely understanding how to get into the apartment was a little tricky - for example the host used the words “front gate” instead of “building doors” (which may just be a translation issue from Italian to English) which was confusing until we figured it out, and it was not clear which was the apartment no. and that once settled in we could leave and then buzz up to the apartment to have a family member let us in if the building door was shut. No instructions were left on how to use the heated towel rails, but the host did send a photo of the controller when asked. What she didn’t mention was that turning the towel rails on also turned on the room heaters - which overheated the rooms on an already warm day! I finally worked out how to turn off the rooms heaters but leave the towel rails on - yay!
• Nicolas (10/5): Fantastic location and very good value place - The team is very Nice and will do everything to help you The position of the place is fantastic to discover the city in the best neighborhood. Metro station is one minute away and will drive you everywhere (and direct to Pompéi actually). The place itself has very good features with plenty of space, very clean. Beds are pretty confortable. The environnement is calm. A little supermarket is 2 min away with everything you need Really a top spot for 4-6 persons Thanks Domenico Nothing

• Simon (7/5): Disappointed with attitude of host. - Location is amazing right by the entrance to the metro with good choice of restaurants in easy walking distance. We were really happy until after we left the property when we received a message from the host accusing us of damaging the property. The tap was a little wobbly in the kitchen on arrival but as we had no intention of doing any cooking so we weren't bothered and didn't think anything of it. My wife found one of the wheels of the shower off on arrival but again door closed and all worked fine so we were happy. The host then sent photos showing some really petty dents in areas of the property we never even touched such as behind a shelf and a video of the bathroom screen. In her photo you can see how old and dirty the bathroom was and again we were happy to overlook as only there for 3 nights and using as a base only. The photos below are actually one she sent to us suggesting we damaged the shower! The back of a book case where you can see a plasterboard nail. We didn't even put anything on the shelf!! And the tiniest chip and the floor and we take our shoes off at the door! You'd think it would be us complaining the shower was old and dirty! Photograph everything on arrival and report or you'll be accused of damaging it.

• Etsukommathaya (5/5): Lovely except one surprise and the bank bed mattress - The property and the location were very good, not far from both of the ocean and the city center. Lovely apartment! That the second bedroom had double bank beds and the mattresses were quite hard on my back (I had to try both for my back), was only a minus point in the property. During our stay as we got back to the apartment in a middle of the day, we saw the the door is open and the owner was inside with his two friends. It was surprising. After they left I noticed that the toilet was used, it was inappropriate, even though they were friendly.
• Renuka (8/5): We really liked the apartment and location - The selection of tea and the coffee maker was great. The location was good too. The apartment was nice too. The bedding was awful. We needed a quilt or blanket or a heavier sheet. At the price of the apartment, there should have been at least cotton sheets. Instead we had synthetic type sheets The electrics kept on tripping which was dangerous.
• Farbod (10/5): Perfect - This was one of the best part of our trip to Napoli. The apartment is really beyond perfect. Everything that you might need is available with high quality and modern design. The master bedroom is just like a 5 start hotel room and every other detail was perfect. This apartment is remodeled and is located in a great location. You basically have 1 minute walk to Metro station and 10 minutes walk to all of the main attraction. Also the host was amazing and helpful. He was responsive in few minutes with any questions that we had! If I wanna go back to Napoli I won't even consider anywhere else! I don't usually leave reviews but this one really deserved it! Defenitly Nothing!

• Sebastian (10/5): Neapolitan hospitality at its best. - The location is great, Piazza Amedeo is a short walk to all the fun and beautiful spots of Naples. Great Cafe's just under the flat means you get to wake up and get a good coffee and a bite before you're on your way for the day. The flat comes with a Bialletti coffee machine (pods) that are supplied and are good. The Flat is airy, roomy and well furnished. Two small balconies overlook the old and beautiful art nouveau Grand Hotel Eden (not a hotel anymore). Our hosts were excellent providing great and reliable recommendations and tips and were always available to help. The area the flat is quiet compared to the rest of boisterous Naples.
