Price for stay was excellent for two people considering location in London.
Apartment was comfortably warm throughout stay. Excellent! Cleanliness could have been better - crockery. Items still in the dish washer. Washed by hand to clean. Would recommend a shower mat for the bath as the bath is slippery when wet. The blinds in the lounge/dining area need attention / renewal.
The property would benefit from a 'welcome folder' with instructions. For example, detailing the actions required on leaving the apartment .. eg switching off the heating - how? What actions would the owners specifically like the visitor to take?
- Alketa (3/5): - Our experience was very disappointing. The apartment was clearly not cleaned or properly prepared for guests. When we arrived, the washing machine was still running and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, which showed that the apartment had not been cleaned before our arrival.
The booking was for five people, but there was no pillow or bedsheets for the fifth person. In addition, there were no bath towels or hand towels provided.
This made us feel disrespected as guests, because the apartment was obviously not ready for our stay. Future guests should be aware of this situation and may want to bring their own towels and be prepared to clean the apartment before settling in.

Very responsive host Apartment clearly wasn’t cleaned professionally, in fact most likely it was not cleaned at all. It was dirty. Bath tub was clogged and full of hair.
The property looked nothing like on photos. It is very poorly maintained.
Another downside is that the heating was not functional throughout our stay

- Stephen (9/5): Great place to stay close to London City Air - Lovely apartment. Comfy beds. Good location just needs a few touches to make it perfect. There was no tea or coffee, bottle of water or anything.
The kitchen tap is labelled incorrectly. If you turn it to cold, you get very hot water!
A bath mat and a tea towel would have been useful

- James (9/5): Perfect for the Excel centre. Will be booking again. - Great apartment, comfortable and reasonably equipped. A couple of minor things reported to the host, but generally no issues at all. Location was convenient for a conference I was attending at the Excel centre (maybe a 20 minute walk). The only downside of the location is that there are not a lot of food shops or other things to do in the immediate vicinity, a couple of small convenience stores about 5 minutes away, and a Sainsbury's local 10-15 minutes walk.

However the photos definitely do not tally up with how the property actually looks and feels. It didn’t feel clean at all. So maybe a cleaner didn’t turn up on the day we arrived? With a few little improvements this place could be perfect! - The Apartment was lovely and big, and the bedrooms were cosy and comfortable and the view was ok! The bathroom was modern and big mirror and great lighting too! The kitchen was lovely and clean too! The Apartment could have utilised the space more, there was only 3 of us and we found the living area quite uncomfortable, the apartment is for 5 people so I personally don't think one sofa and a few chairs is quite enough for the comfort side, a corner sofa would be better to allow people to have more comfort. The windows were quite dirty and there was also no hair dryer which would have been helpful as I forgot to bring mine! The lock was also a bit dodgy on the main door.
