• Jozsef Mandzsu (10/5): - Nagyon jó helyen van, a strand, az éttermek, a supermarket mind egy pár lépésre. A parkolás ideális, biztonságos, nem kell vadászni a helyet , az ajtó előtt mindig volt hely. Tiszta minden, újak a berendezések , frissen felújított lakás. Nem kell attól félni, hogy valaki betörne, a parkolóőr mindig ott van, kamerák is figyelik a bejárat környékét. A zsaluk sötétet csinálnak , ha kell. A terasz nagy és kellemes. A kikötő is látszik a szemben levő házak között. A közelben van homokos strand, sziklás strand, kavicsos strand, lehet válogatni. Autókölcsönző a házban. A házigazda nagyon segítőkész. A hátsó utcában levő bárok este 10-től hajnali kettőig hangosak, a mély hangok megrázzák a környező házakat. Ennek ellenére mindig jól aludtam.

• Molly (8/5): Overall happy with the apartment and it's location - The apartment was modern, spacious, clean and I really liked the balcony area. It was in a great location with easy walking distance to the marina area. Kitchen facilities were adequate. Air con worked really well. The mattress on the bed was very hard. I did not attempt to sleep on it. Instead, I chose to sleep on the lounge room sofa. But this is due to the fact I have lower back problems and needed to sleep on something softer. Also, there is a little trick to opening the front door, You have to pull the door towards you when turning the key. It took me a while to figure it out and gain access.

• Daniel (9/5): Great Apartment in great location. - The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. It’s located just off the main beachfront boardwalk, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. The hosts were very communicative and super helpful with any requests. Great shower, reliable Wi-Fi, and a comfy balcony that catches the sun. Would definitely stay again! Bed was a bit firm for our liking but this seems to be a common trait in Cyprus.

Es war sehr sauber, die Ausstattung hat mir sehr gefallen, und die Terrasse ist einfach wunderschön. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr nett und unkompliziert, die Anbindung ist gut, und insgesamt war wirklich alles perfekt. Ich würde dieses Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn ich auf Zypern bin – absolut empfehlenswert!

• Tejeswar (9/5): Lovely stay by the harbour — clean, comfy, and great host! - Fantastic location just steps from the harbour, great restaurants, and many sights. The room was spotless with a beautiful view, and the host was quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is very new that you don't see in their pictures. They kindly let us check in early, which we appreciated, though I do wonder why the standard check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 11 am — that’s not even a full day. A couple of small touches, like a sharper kitchen knife and a shower curtain, would make it perfect. Note: there’s no washing machine, but everything else made for a wonderful stay.

Very close to all amenities, the harbour etc The bed/mattress was so hard we could feel the springs. The pillows were dirty with no pillow covers - luckily there were other pillows in the cupboard which were not so used. The coffee machine was not working - the part to put the coffee pods was missing. Shelf in the bathroom for cosmetics would be great

• Silvia (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was pretty new, clean and spacious with a big balcony. The sofa in the living room was actually cozy for sleep. The host had prepared for us a lot of toiletries in the bathroom and stuff for making a coffee. The place was fully equipped with all you need for your stay, fully equipped kitchen and a hair dryer. The place is located centrally, really close to the center, seaside and archeological park, as well as in front of a bus stop which goes to the airport. The guardman at the parking lot was friendly and helping as well. The host is helping and answered all of our questions regarding information we needed about transport visitation trips and so on. Recommended! There is some problem with the key, we had some hard time unlocking the door but the parking guardmen helped us:)

It was also very pleasant to find greeting bottles of water in the fridge. The apartment is very convenient, had everything we needed, two steps from the beach, the promenade and the archaeological park. Cafes, shops - everything is very close. Thank you, Martinos, I will recommend you to my friends. It was a bit noisy in the evening due to restaurants and pubs in the surrounding, but if you close the windows it becomes less noticeable.

The location is really 150m from the beach and it's mostly quiet during nights. All in all, it's a place to recommend. All was great, but it would be good to have an additional wardrobe since the existing one isn't enough for clothes of 3-4 people staying more than 5 nights.

Noise from the club was not noticeable with closed windows (they close at 2am) Appartment was new and clean with a lot of amenities (fridge, toaster, kitchenware) The bedsheet could have been more soft and the matterial looked oriented for winter not summer. There was no face towel, so i had to make due with the body towel. Terrace was advertised on the property so I thought it was at ground floor, but actually i got a 2nd floor balcony

The kitchen is well equipped, and there are lots of toiletteries in the bathroom. We've had some problem one of the aircons but the other one could cool down the whole flat so there wasn't an issue for us. We enjoyed our stay here! Thank you Martinos!

• Faher (9/5): A great convenient stay by all means - The location was superb , close to the harbour walking distance from all restaurants and shops and 2 minutes bites away from a few beaches. The host, Martinos, was extremely helpful since we arrived early and the chevon was at 4 so he allowed us to leave our luggage until the cleaning crew prepare the apartments. The balcony was breath taking looking at a very nice restaurant and the sea, it is spacious and well equipped. Furniture was clean and new with a big sofa bed though the main room bed mattress was not very comfy. The kitchen has everything including a coffee machine and they provide some coffee and tea once only . There is a hairdryer and a steamer , so don’t get any . Although the surrounding pubs are noisy at night if you close your windows they seem to be sound proof and it is quiet inside . Lastly, many taxis are the doorstep so you don’t need to order in advance just get out of your apartment and they are around the corner . Very friendly helpful staff and an overall great experience.
• Mihai (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was newly and completley renovated. I mean literarly. We were welcomed by a smell of fresh parquet adhesive. I removed the transport cardboard from the microwave oven and I'm also pretty sure we were the first to use the toaster too. The location was near the area with restaurants, 2 minutes walking distance. The roads in the area were under construction. While not our host's fault, it was a there and it affects whoever is staying there. This was june 2023, and it is likely that the construction would take the rest of the season. Noise: in the morning there was construction noise from the street (although not much construction was really happening), while in the night there was music from a club 100m in the back. The bed mattress was too firm for our taste, but I think that's a cypriot thing.

It has all the facilities we needed and there is free parking. The apartment has 2 air conditioners (1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room), there is a big balcony and everything is new and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, double hot plate, coffee machine and of course dishes and silverware. The owner supported us by whatsapp on any issue we had, and the WiFi was great.
