• Riccardo (1/5): No warm water, no internet dirty and mold smell - Position is excellent however I would never go back given poor conditions of the apartment. To begin, this is a self check in apartment. We didn't meet with the owner, he was available via phone to provide lock combination to retrieve entrance key. The apartment has a very strong mold smell. Hextremely humid. Air conditioner is present however one would switch off after 5 min operation and the other would not cool significantly so it would not remove humidity. Warm water was not available. Property tried to blame underground excavation but cold water was abundant, as such more likely a house heater problem. Internet was also not available. Kitchen stuff including cutlery were dirty. Only present one very large pan and huge pot, not practical to cook for 2year old. Water boiler was also extremely dirty even moldy inside. No microwave is present only a small oven. The entire apartment floor was dirty. Bed cover was also stained. Fortunately bed sheets and towels were clean! This place is not worth a stay, not even if you plan to spend the entire time visiting the city.
• monia (10/5): Nel cuore di Napoli! - Posizione ottima, nel centro storico di napoli, nel bel mezzo di spaccanapoli, a due passi da forcella! Tutto ordinato e pulito! Nella casa non manca niente, dalle stoviglie al cambio asciugamani! Ci ha messo a disposizione anche qualche dolcetto per la colazione per la piccola che ha divorato felicemente, caffè a disposizione per tutto il soggiorno, super apprezzato! 👍 Bruno un ottimo host, che ricontatteremo di sicuro per la prossima vacanza a Napoli! Gentile cordiale e piacevole, quando siamo arrivati ci ha anche dato tutte le indicazioni per muoverci nei dintorni! • Mary (1/5): 🥹 - I don’t like “I booked this place based on the listing, which clearly stated that internet was available in the apartment. However, upon arrival, I found there was no internet, and the mobile network signal was extremely weak.” 😢
• Reale (7/5): - La struttura é ben posizionata, a piedi si può raggiungere tutto. La via é tranquilla, non rumorosa. Gli spazi sono accoglienti e tutto sommato spaziosi. Ha l’aria condizionata, ha una cucina con gli utensili di prima necessità (non li ho usati) il personale è stato cordiale e molto disponibile. Ci tornerò! É una casa umida. Il Wi-Fi funziona un pochino a rilento. L’avevamo scelta anche per la possibilità di un garage convenzionato, ma alla fine per un cambiamento di prezzo comunicato sotto data di arrivo abbiamo preferito arrangiarci in altro modo. C’è comunque possibilità di parcheggiare in strada nelle vie limitrofe su strisce blu (a pagamento)

• Timur (5/5): Passable - Clean bed, good price. Accommodating host. The shower is moldy and clogged, the boiler is not working properly making the shower with contrast temperature, entrance door and windows are low quality and pass through all the noises from outside, tiny TVs are not even working, washing machine is dirty inside thus not used. Low effort bnb overall.
• Emily (6/5): Pleasant - The location of this property is excellent—close to key attractions and easy to get around. Our experience had several issues that made the stay less enjoyable. We had to wait 35 minutes for someone to arrive and let us in, as there was no self-check-in option. Communication was difficult, since we could not contact the host directly and had to go through a third party who then relayed messages. The Wi-Fi did not work throughout our stay, and even though we reported it, nothing was done to fix it. The shower head was broken and caused water to leak outside of the shower area, and the water temperature fluctuated between extremely hot and cold, making it uncomfortable to shower. Additionally, the detergent dispenser in the washing machine was dirty and not properly cleaned. With some maintenance and better communication, this stay could have been much better.
