Le attrazioni principali si possono raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi Nulla relativamente alla struttura in sé, se ci fosse stata la possibilità di depositare i bagagli, vista la partenza nel tardo pomeriggio, senza dover rincorrere ad un luggage Point sarebbe stato sicuramente un plus

• Manuela (10/5): Casa pulita e proprietario disponibile per ogni richiesta - La casa era decisamente pulita, accogliente e con tutti i confort, posizionata per raggiungere qualsiasi posto si voleva visitare, raggiungibile anche a piedi, il proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per ogni chiarimento tramite messaggi, abbiamo soggiornato dal 2 al 6 gennaio 2026, con 4 adulti e 4 bambini, abbiamo trovato tutto pronto e pulito nelle camere, come nei bagni, se desidereremo ritornare con mia sorella di nuovo, sarà sicuramente la nostra scelta. Una nota per gli altri, l’acqua del rubinetto della cucina è potabile, quindi si può evitare di acquistare bottiglie di plastica. In una delle camere da letto ho trovato un angolo con la muffa, decisamente non piacevole visto l’inalazione notturna, cercare magari di evitare che possa fuoriuscire di nuovo per l’odore sgradevole. Nota per il proprietario: Aggiungere qualche rotolo in più di carta igienica.

• amey (9/5): - The location was excellent—right in the heart of Athens and within easy walking distance to all the key attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city on foot. There were plenty of good restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which made dining and daily needs simple to manage. The accommodation matched the photos accurately and was exceptionally clean, adding to a comfortable stay. The host was generally responsive, though replies on booking.com were occasionally a bit slow. Overall, a great experience for anyone wanting a central and hassle-free stay in Athens.​ The only thing missing was toiletries, which would have made the experience even better, as basic amenities like shampoo and soap are usually expected in accommodations.

Of je kon het openbaar vervoer nemen (bus,tram,metro). Ubertaxi's werkt goed en snel in Athene De warmte (haha) 30°+, steile straten en slechte voetpaden.

• Oliver (7/5): Reasonable place, roomy inside and quote close to the centre of Athens - The apartment was nice inside, with plenty of space and pretty much as described. The location was OK- it was a bit of a dodgy area, but within 2mins of walking, you were in the central area of Athens.

It had all the facilities we needed and was in a very convenient location - near a metro stop, walkable to the main sights but also in a nice neighbourhood with cafes, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the hosts were very attentive and helpful. We had a great stay!
• Florin (9/5): Great apartment for a larger family - A lot of thought was put into the way this property was designed to make it very practical for tourists. It has 3 bathrooms which is great for larger families and the kitchen is nice as well. Top notch customer service. The owner contacted us on WhatsApp and quickly answered our questions. Highly recommended. It is located close to the metro stop but it is up the hill and it can be challenging for kids and older people. Would be good to explain where all the kitchen amenities are. For example the frypan was in the oven and it’s not really the place where you expect to find the frypan etc. Also the cleaners have to ensure that is plenty of soap etc.

• Ipek (8/5): Except for the crazy neighbour I had a very satisfying stay. - The property was on the first floor and close to metro station. The host was very attentive and checked on us regularly. The house was very clean with everything you need. It would be a good stay for a family. There is a supermarket near by and Menta that serves good coffee. You can walk to Acropolis but should use public transportation for further places. There is a steep slope that you need to climb and if you have luggage it is difficult. If you are on the first floor, you need to carry the luggage upstrs and the staircase is a bit tight. The neighbour downstairs made a lot of noise by banging the doors very late at night (01:30 am). He also had a fight with a woman and it made us feel insecure. I believe the door lock from the inside needs to be fortified. There is only one lock on the door and it can be opened with a code.

• Piotrowski (9/5): Perfect stay! - Really close to the metro station ! Perfect place, it was really clean and confortable ! If I return to Athens I would totally book KASO Fotomara again!! The owner was always very responsive regarding any issues. Everything perfect, the only issue was the water which would not get hot sometimes (maybe because we emptied the container and it had to refill), and the sofa/bed was a bit curved so it was not the best for the people who would sleep on it.

• Ceziceam (9/5): Ground floor apartment - Location in a nice neighborhood, with a lovely coffee place and a bakery 2 minutes away, also a gyros parlor and various shops around (including transport ticket vendors). Very spacious apartment, well structured. App for building and apartment access was easy to use. The Wi-Fi working properly. The host allowed us to store luggage somewhere in the building a few hours after check out. Communication via booking was not fast enough ( for example, I needed to know if the apartment was ready before check-in time so that airport transfer could be done there or to some other location, but I didn't get any answer from host, therefore the doors could be unlocked at 3pm sharp, no miniute earlier). However, on the check out day, we went out for breakfast and we couldn't enter the room, although it was not 11 am yet (I called the host and the room was unlocked remotely). We missed a small coffee pot in the kitchen for preparing traditional Greek coffee 🙃, only very large soup pots available. The doors are squicky, and everybody wakes up with anyone going to the bathroom in the morning. Air conditioning in the rooms not properly working, fortunately we only needed AC on the first night to warm up the place a bit, so we relied on the bed duvets.
• Uma (10/5): Exceptional - very spacious flat (we were 6 and had ample space....loved the comfort of 3 bathrooms), very comfortable (excellent beds and bedding, large rooms, comfortable bathrooms), location in a fairly quiet street, close to metro stop Syngrou fix (one stop to Acropolis) and lots of restaurants and small supermarkets walking distance...liked the neighbourhood as it was well located, immersed in local life and not too touristy, but close enough to get everywhere by metro/tram (definitely recommend getting the multi day public transport card)...recommend the Indian restaurant (Indian Chef) about 10 minutes walk away (did takeaways and the food was excellent, reasonably-priced and portions are very generous) kitchen could have more equipment such as toaster, frying pan spatula, pasta drain

We went everywhere on foot, the Acropolis, the Panathenaic Stadium or Syntagma square reachable in 15-20 minutes. There is a nice bakery with friendly staff and excellent coffee less than 5 minutes on foot. Check-in was very easy, access with a code. The owner Alex was always available and quickly responsive, thanks for everything :-) Nothing :-)

• Mia (10/5): A definite recommendation for big families - The apartment was modern and very clean. Great value for price and works well for a big family/group. The hosts were very helpful (helped us organize a transfer from the airport and also provided us with more dishwasher tablets when they ran out) and it was easy to get in contact with them. The location was good, Acropolis was within a walkable range and there was a bakery and a supermarket close by. No negatives!

As 1st glance going into property to the open kitchen and the living room was so spacious, and the cleannesses which was immac, plus 3 bedrooms with 3 washroom is a bonus to accommodate a family two!” Found out there is a couple of cockroaches about in the kitchen/ hallway where you put the shoes area and a few family member notice bug bites on the sofa bed!”
