• Mirko (3/5): Unfortunately, our stay was not nearly as pleasant as it could have been. Clean the place up! - The location was good. The apartment is located in a garden which is nicely maintained. The beach is just a short distance on foot. The apartment looks much better on the web than in real life. The furniture was older than it looks on the web photos, and two bunk beds are not for human use. Not even children can sleep on them. It is hard to climb on the top bed, the lower one is too close to the ground. One develops a back problem after the first night. We contacted the property owner after the first day and asked for a different apartment or at least that they bring new mattresses/beds. The replies were very kind but they did nothing. They said they had no other free apartments and no new beds to bring. What is more, it was obvious that the bed sheets were changed before we came, but the apartment was not cleaned. Everything was dirty, especially the kitchen. We had to wash the waste bin, every surface in the kitchen, the floor, just to be able to use the place. We found some very old and smelly grapes in a box in a kitchen. Bathroom was also untouched by the cleaners. There was a cockroach in one of the wardrobes. We reported the uncleanliness of the place, it took the agency some time to respond (it was a weekend). They offered to send the cleaners, but we declined the offer saying that we have cleaned the place ourselves in the meantime. All this is a shame, because the place could be quite OK, if maintained properly. One has to say that the agency contact was very kind, but offered the cleaning too late and could not replace the beds or accommodate us elsewhere. The least that they could do in the future would be to replace the ancient blanket cover on the sofa with a new one.

Don’t book. - We booked the property because it was in our price range and was near to hotel of family travelling on a sports tour. We didn’t like anything about the property, it was the correct price range for our budget at the time. We didn’t like anything about the property. The staff were rude and unhelpful. They initially refused to provide a physical address prior to check in so we could get our rental car booked in for pick up. Eventually provided. Then didn’t send check in details at all. We waited over an hour outside calling repeatedly trying to get instructions or details to access the apartment. When we got through they told us they had already sent and argued with us that we should have it. Which we didn’t. They eventually resent and instructions and directions were wrong anyway. We worked it out and got in. The inside is aged, dated, dusty and dirty. All of the kitchenware was grotty and dusty there was no plug to wash the dishes, we took our own food that we ended up throwing out because we couldn’t use the kitchen to cook. The bathroom was mouldy and gross no window or fan. Everything stayed soaking wet. The hot water didn’t work properly. We are a family of four and one person only could get a quick Luke warm shower before the water ran out. We booked for four nights the provided one roll of toilet paper. We asked for additional and got told to buy it ourselves. The toilet paper does not go in the toilet in Greece and they provided one tiny bin no rubbish removal no instructions on bins/rubbish - disgusting! Unhygienic. Unsatisfactory. The bunk beds are thin and flimsy no adult could sleep on them my dogs bed is better at home. They did not provide a blanket for my daughters bed we had to use a towel and a lounge cover. When I contacted them they argued that there should be one then eventually provided one. The lounge is stained and dirty and gross we wouldn’t even sit on it. Everything felt unclean and dirty. The staff so rude and unhelpful and delayed in replying. We left a day early because we cousins stand to stay.

• Evangelos (10/5): Very beautiful place! - Everything was really great!!! We had an excellent accommodation in this apartment!! It was clean and comfortable for us!! We will choose it again!!!
• Jorūnė (5/5): It was ok, and since it’s cheep comparing to the other choices in the district - probably suits the price. - It had airconditioning, there was a well equipted kitchen though we did not use it. It wasin’t very clean (found a leftover from a broken cigaret on a sofa), apartment had a smell of fungus (the bedrooms are downstairs in a halfbasement and). The “childrens room” with bunk bed not very suitable for grown ups.
