- Iuliana (1/5): - The location is perfect and personnel is very nice and supportive The amount of mosquitoes in rooms is insane. All night fighting against fkng mosquitoes! + Floors are dirty, rooms require capital cleaning. Walls are too thin, you hear all noises and people's conversations.

Mi hanno mandata in un altro hotel molto più vecchio e meno comodo e non mi hanno neanche fatto uno sconto per il disagio causato (ho perso un pomeriggio intero e avevo riunioni di lavoro ) UNA VERGOGNA NEVER AGAIN

Staff other the receptionist were good The staff did not allow me to bring in any outside food, even though I arrived around midnight after a long journey. The only option they provided was to order from their restaurant, but despite calling multiple times, no one answered the phone. I only stayed for one night, yet the cost was comparable to a five-star hotel like the Renaissance or Amari, while the room conditions were more on par with a three-star property. Beds didn't feel clean either. Soap bottles were filled.
