• Catherine (6/5): Beau petit appartement mais bruyant à cause de la proximité de la voie ferrée. - L’emplacement près de ma famille. Et le confort du lit. Le design de l’appartement. L’appartement vibre à chaque passage de train. C’était très bruyant. Pour récupérer les clefs c’était compliqué de trouver la bonne boîte à clefs. Aucune accroche pour le pommeau de douche et pas d’étagère pour mettre un savon ou un shampooing.

• Martín Roqués (8/5): - Buena ubicación, limpio, comunicación fluida con el administrador, fácil check in, perfecto para 1 o 2 personas. La disposición entre la cama y la tv no es la ideal.
• ratatoskr (7/5): Zweckmässig mit Abstrichen im Komfort - 10 Gehminuten zu Kings Cross/St.Pancras Die Zimmergrösse ist ok für ein Pärchen Bahngleise direkt hinter den Haus und die Bahn fährt alle 2min. Es ist sehr laut und die Wände vibrieren. Defekter Boden und Verletzungsgefahr durch scharfe Kanten. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr eng (ca 70-80cm breit), dass ist wichtig zu wissen wenn die Mobilität eingeschränkt ist. Etwas zu teuer für die Abstriche die man machen muss.

• Fariya (10/5): Lovely stay at an unbeatable location! - This is a fantastic option for individual travellers to London especially if like me, you are going on a work trip. The location cannot be beat! The flat itself is well appointed, cosy, and clean! Check in is clear and the host super communicative! Again, highly recommend for short stays and for work travel for solo travellers! Not a didn't like - but a warning for light sleepers, the property is close to the train tracks that lead into King's Cross so you can hear the trains. For me, I loved it - it was like a white noise machine!
• Guillaume (4/5): PAS "COSY" DU TOUT / TRES MAUVAIS RAPPORT QUALITE PRIX - Appartement très difficile à trouver dans la rue (caché/coincé derrière un mur en travers du trottoir); Pas de lumière au niveau du digicode. Rue sale, particulièrement devant la porte de l'immeuble. Cour et montée de l'immeuble sales, encombrées et dégradées. Porte de l'appartement cassée, pas de pognée (je n'étais pas prévenu). L'appartement est tout sauf "cosy" (voir photos), contrairement aux photo du site, il est très endommagé. C'est plus une habitation du type back Packers; Pas de placard pour les vêtements. Pas de prise accessible près du lit (la prise est derrière le lit) Pas de savon (j'ai du l'acheter moi-même en échange de la promesse d'un remboursement qui ne m'est jamais parvenu). Très mal isolé (par rapport aux voisins et à la rue). Appartement donnant directement sur la voie du train, lorsque celui-ci passe toutes les 30 secondes (y compris pendant une bonne partie de la nuit) l'appartement tremble (et un verre d'eau rempli à ras bord déborde, pour dire à quel point ça tremble) très mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bains (mélange d'humidité, de moisissure et de produit chimique comme on retrouve dans la cuvette des toilettes des bus ou des trains par exemple). PLUS GRAVE ENCORE le client est obligé de payé en plus du prix booking près de 35£ au titre d'une fausse assurance, c'est une augmentation masquéE du tarif booking. L'autre solution proposée pour cette prétendue assurance est de verser un acompte de 500£ qui serait rendu si aucun dommage n'étaient observés au départ du client. C'est illégal, surtout qu'aucun état des lieux n'est fait ni à l'arrivée, ni au départ du client. JE REGRETTE QUE BOOKING CAUTIONNE CE GENRE DE PROCEDURES POUR LE MOINS "DOUTEUSES"

• Paul (1/5): To be Avoided - Nothing. Everything. It was a shabby, poky room with a tiny shower room. After booking it I was told I could either pay a deposit of £250 or a non-returnable sum of £25. Choosing the latter brought the cost up. It was sharp practice. Not to be recommended.
• Nadia (1/5): Do not book - The entrance is horrendous and is not covered in the photos, the place is next to train so every two minutes you’ll here a train as if you’re at the train station. The worst stay I had with booking.com so far.
• Saskia (1/5): Hab meine Reise nach einer schlaflosen Nacht abgebrochen - Die Wohnung an sich ist schön. Leider fahren Züge die gesamten Nacht im Minuten Abstand daneben vorbei. Die Wohnung vibriert davon und es ist laut. Mein Schloss hatte keine Türklinke, die Nachbarn kamen rein. Hab mich absolut unsicher und unwohl gefühlt.

• Noelle (8/5): - Cosy and accessible to everything. Close proximity to railway tracks. Although it could be noisy it did not interfere with my sleep as the bed was very comfortable !!
• Maimouna (10/5): Super séjour, rapport qualité prise incroyable et à proximité de tout. - Le logement était idéalement bien placé à coter de la gare King cross. Bien desservie, on pouvait également aller a pied dans les lieux touristiques. Calme !

• IOANA NINA (8/5): Great location though noisy - The location can't be beat, it's close to the tube and rail and there are tons of cafes around. I loved that the studio was clean, and it had what you'd need for a short stay, everything from kitchenware to mini-bottles of shower gel. It's right over train tracks and there are trains coming through every minute, so I couldn't get to sleep without noise canceling earbuds. When a train comes through, the walls literally shake, so you do have to move the bed from the wall if you want to avoid the shaking at least. Thankfully the bed is on wheels, so it's easy to roll away from the wall.
• Simon (4/5): Mixed experience - • Clean and comfortable once in. • Well equipped kitchenette. • Decent hot shower. • Good bed mattress. • Persistant, additional (and non-refundable) 'damage deposit' requests from host before stay. • Power was off on arrival. After the host finally answered multiple calls, I had to balance on a wheeled office chair in the dark to reach the meter and activate 'emergency credit'. • Studio is situated right next to the Circle and Metropolitan Line. The whole place shakes. Ear plugs recommended. • Getting in and out was a squeeze due to the corridors being piled high with laundry bags.

A casa de banho era pequena no entanto tem todas as coisas necessarias, como toalhas de banho Infelizmente não havia sitios para guardar a roupa ou para pendurar muita coisa para alem do pequeno cabide na entrada. Não havia qualquer esponja para lavar a loiça e teve que ser comprada por mim. O chão tinha algumas falhas mas nada demais

• Claire (10/5): Really comfy and convenient - will definitely be booking again! - Very clean, quiet, comfy, great location. The directions to get there were really precise and made it very easy to find and access. Only the tube being very close but the noise wasn’t really an issue and it’s to be expected if you want to stay in the city!
• Carlson (8/5): Great location, all the mod cons, noisy, but I’d stay again. - Lovely little bed sit, close to everything, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, hot shower. Lots of noise from the passing trains, though I was prepared for it and used ear plugs and white noise on my phone. I’m a pretty light sleeper, and I was able to get a decent night’s sleep.
• Tori (5/5): Fine for a budget stay on a leisure trip. But bring earplugs and sleeping pills. - It seemed clean (once inside) and it was less expensive than a hotel. Location was good, short walk from KGX and close to a small supermarket. The apartment is just above a big train track. The significant vibration and sound of the train during the night time made it difficult to get a full night of sleep. Also, it is very easy to hear when the neighbouring guests come in - it's like they are in the same room.

• Neil (10/5): Easy to find accessible place to stay for 1-3 nights as a great low cost base in London - Decoration was thoughtfully bijou and modern. Excellent attention to detail in terms of habadashery, cutlery and pans. Versatile and pleasant lighting options. Building felt secure. For one person perfect, European/Asian couple travelling light it’s a great option Arriving very late at night, found lighting to be substandard in terms of being able to see access codes. Signage for the apartments was non existent. Sturdy doors made a lot of noise when closing. Walls were thin, ok for a short stay. Noise from trains didn’t trouble me.

• Laurence (4/5): Not at all what I’d hoped for - I won’t be returning. - Location (neighbourhood) is good and close to King’s Cross. Access was very tricky, I wasn’t sent the access details beforehand so was required to spend ~30 mins working out how to access the apartment. The property is directly next to an underground line, so there’s trains passing, shaking the entire building every minute or so until 11pm and from 6am
