• Tanya (4/5): - Spacious and comfortable beds, secure backyard for kids to play. Quite neighbourhood. The house specifies no smoking but as soon as we walked in we smelt cigarettes. Front room / bathroom was terrible with the smell. There was also a water bottle outside used as an ashtray so definitely had smokers staying before us. We have 3 young children and there was no bath plug. Only the kitchen had a plug which didn't fit. When the cleaner left she said someone will be coming the next day to collect the box in the garage. It was all the wet linen. Not impressed that while we are staying we have to let strangers come. Check in wasn't till 3pm so plenty of time to pickup before guests arrive, better arrangements could be made for collection.

• Debbie (9/5): We really did enjoy our stay & the home was conveniently located to where we needed to travel & only minutes fro - The house was exceptionally clean. It was spacious & well appointed. We couldn’t find the council bins to dispose of the rubbish & the hot water was tepid so we had to boil the kettle to wash up & it was a bit cold getting out of the shower.
• Karl (9/5): - Well located, good sized rooms and single car garage access. There was a slight delay getting into the property and a mix-up with cleaning but both were promptly and professionally addressed.
• vikramjeet (9/5): Location and property is good value for money. Its neat and clean and all the things was there for use. But internet is - Property is big and spacious and good for extended family Internet was not working well.. lots of powerpoint are not working good as well.

• Christopher (9/5): Great for families - Very well equipped. Everything we needed. Great value for money. Extra bonus was the lockable garage. Internet is not great and disconnected itself at times. Netflix also logged out and we were unable to reconnect. The back lawn was freshly mowed. Lawn clippings were not picked up/caught, creating a problem when kids went outside to play. Lawn was wet with dew, and clippings made the back patio dirty, resulting in grass being trampled inside.

• Antcliff (5/5): Great location but not a very clean and well kept property. - The house is definitely in a prime location and so close to everything. I especially loved the layout of the house and the big bath. My kids definitely enjoyed their pool style baths while staying. There was no light working in one of the bedrooms, very mouldy showers that I had to go out to buy cleaning products to clean the showers myself, mould and food scraps in the dishwasher, we never used it... just washed by hand, had our night interrupted because there was linen left in the dryer and washing machine, got given the wrong pin number for the lock box then had to call around to find the right one, the kitchen stove top is not cleaned, rubbish bin in the kitchen not washed out and it stank, no sugar packets in the tin with the coffee and tea, chipped plates, internet really slow for the TV. It was all a hit and miss, really. I had really high expectations for this property with looking at all the reviews and wanting it to be worth the money i was going to pay, but I was left sorely disgusted and disappointed.
• Rosalia (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful huge spacious property perfect for large families. Good size bedrooms, big garage space. Lovely outdoor area too. Lots of room in the house it was fantastic.
• Mikala (8/5): Very good - Nice house, plenty of space. Two bathrooms was great. The lock box number had been changed that day, but I wasn't advised so had to reach out to the property contacts who updated me. Resolved pretty quickly though.

• Kathleen (9/5): You can’t go wrong with this place. Highly recommend - Everything - cost was great, space, beds even better, had all the extras, only needed to bring food. Close to shops and where we needed to be. Highly recommend. Nothing.

• Byrnes (1/5): Get what you pay for...... - Check-in was easy, with a nice layout and close to everything we wanted..... BUT it ends there - The saying is true... you get what you pay for!! from internet issues (resulting in NO TV for the kids for 2 days - owner stated "modem is in the unit next door and running off boosters" that even when running cause buffering and constant drop outs) to Moldy Showers, blocked bathroom vents with dust, water running down the wall under the aircon, a very sharp broken ceramic soap holder at child head height in the shower, and multiple mice spotted running from garage to fridge on both nights, double mattress in master was past the point of soft... and had a single mattress protector on it, a single fitted sheet on each bed with no top sheets and a thin doona, not really what you want in summer, front room was almost unbearable in afternoon sun with no aircon and only a ceiling fan...cobwebs evident in multiple rooms, and random hairs on walls, they have supplied a nice amount of tea, coffee, sugar, plates, bowls, cutlery and a draw of utensils, with a nice outdoor setting outside (a BBQ would be a huge plus - but none found)

• Iuni (8/5): Apart from lack of AC to cool rooms down for a goodnight sleep, it was a great place, - It was clean, no stairs, No AC in the hottest room, the front room, It wasn't used due to the unbearable heat, and I'm from the tropical Islands. The other 2 bedrooms weren't so bad but still very warm with door closed for privacy and couldn't open windows due to over night heat. They were the only let downs

• Paula (6/5): Very disappointing check in but was a roof over our head - It had everything we needed Check was not smooth at all…..we went to the house at around 3.30-4pm well after check in time but we still didn’t have any paperwork/codes for getting in to the house…we ring the owner and there was no reply. My husband then knocked on the neighbours door and found the owners brother lived there so he let as in…..the place was a mess!….dishes in the sink, beds slept in and unmade and used towels on the floor…..we didn’t get the paperwork with code for getting in and wifi etc until 6pm…..not good enough! Also the beds were terrible to sleep in

• Heather (10/5): We loved our stay. As we has passes to dreamworld, we were able to make the short trip to and from the holiday home, the - It was very homey and comfortable. 😊 Nothing. We were able to even sit out the back and cut my nieces birthday cake.
• Jeanette (6/5): Thankful for a place to stay while we attended a show at Logan but the accomodation was average - Very roomy, it had all the basic needs covered. It wasn’t very clean. There were all the basics but no little personal touches like a personalised welcome note or small gift such as a bottle of water or chocolate on the bed, packet of biscuits or snacks or something, which would have been nice.

• Anonymous (5/5): Mandi’s is a nice place. The bed was too hard for me, but that is preference. The house was lovely, but cleaner is clear - It was initially good and the space and layout was good. The people were friendly and pleasant. Most of the house was clean and tidy. There were dirty, smelly dishes in the dishwasher. The plates did not fit the dishwasher and maybe why it wasn’t turned on. But the food must have been on the plates for days by the smell. The other disappointment was that there was a lot of mould in the ensuite. All round the door frame and at the bottom of the inset tile panel. I didn’t see it the first night but woke up with a running nose and dry throat, (mould). And air con was not working properly either. The rest of the place was clean and very nice. I had a feeling the cleaner had let them down as the rest of the more obvious stuff looked good.

• Nadia (10/5): Clean, spacious, reasonably priced for 4 people. - This house suited the 4 of us. We were in Qld for work and needed a place where all 4 of us had our own room. Spacious and Clean home. It was conveniently located for us as it was only a 10 minute drive to where we needed to work. There isn't anything we didn't like about the house.

• Emanuel (10/5): Best holiday house ever - The whole place,it had everything,the place was big,,they provided everything so that we can enjoy our stay hassle free.the host was so great.the place was to good for its prize.so I recommend this place,so anyone looking for a place to stay when your family go on a holiday to Gold coast, Brisbane, this is the place to stay.booked to stay at Mandi's guys your family wont regret ,you would love it.very clean,very spacious ,I will be booking to stay with Mandi's again in the near future . • Adam (10/5): Great for families - The property is very well maintained and clean. We loved our stay, kitchen has everything you need to cook which is perfect when you have kids. Sign in was a breeze! Great affordable option for families to have more space then a tiny hotel room! Bed in main room is a little to hard.

• Tim (10/5): Exceptional - The owner was very friendly and helpful. Everything that was required for our week stay was supplied. I accidentally got my checkout date wrong and was over on Tangalooma island with my kids and Exavier rang to let me know the cleaners had gone there and our things were still in the room. He was very understanding and considerate of the position that my mistake had put my kids and me in and organised it so we could stay another night. I would recommend anyone to stay at this large and comfortable 4 bedroom house💯
