• Donald (9/5): Prachtige uitvalsbasis om Florence te verkennen! - De voorzieningen, de vriendelijke host en de locatie. Hou er rekening mee dat het 5 hoog is en dat er geen lift is. Als dat geen probleem voor je is, dan is het een geweldige plek.

• Sylvie (9/5): Magnifique sejour - Très bel appartement, très bien décoré, nous avons beaucoup aimé la vue sur les toits et le palazzo Pitti. Extrêmement bien situé dans une rue calme malgré la proximité des lieux prestigieux. Pas apprécié est un bien grand mot il faut qd même précisé que le lit est sur une mezzanine un peu étroite.
• Rani (10/5): Perfect elegant apartment - Amazing location and amazing host great value for the price. Silvia gave great recommendations and was very helpful. The apartment is elegantly decorated has everything we needed and more felt just like being home super cozy and very spacious. Bed is very comfy. 2 air conditioners. Amazing views from the huge windows. 1 minute from Pitti palace 5 minutes from ponte vecchio. Thank you Silvia we will definitely be looking to come back on our next visit to beautiful Firenze!! 4th floor and narrow stairs, was fine for us but maybe tough for someone with mobility issues. However thats to be expected in Florence as all the buildings are historic

The apartment is clean, quiet and extremely well designed and decorated. A quick walk to all the sights of Florence but just away from the crowds. Silvia was attentive and helpful with immediate replies to messages. Nothing! 5 perfect stars!

• Veronika (10/5): Ein Apartment am liebsten zum Einziehen! - Ein wunderschönes Apartment in einer traumhaften Lage und einem Blick über die Dächer von Florenz. Alles war sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir wurden warmherzig empfangen und mit Tipps für Restaurants versorgt. Im Sommer könnte es nur etwas warm werden im Bett direkt unter dem Dach.
• Philip (10/5): Very nice stay,love to go back. - Surprising to climb quite some stairs,and to enter suddenly a light,spacious,very tastefull,Italian styled appartment.With broad views over many,many roofs all around.A real Italian experience. And very quiet. Very centrally located,close to Ponte Vecchio,Palazzo Pitti and Uffizi Museum. And lots of small Italian restaurants and bars/cafes. And a very supportive host.

Un emplacement central mais à l’écart de la cohue touristique. Proche de nombreux chefs-d’œuvres et de bons restaurants. À soixante-neuf ans, les 6 étages étaient un bon exercice. Mais cela doit être signalé pour des gens plus âgés.

• Mika (10/5): Perfect!! - We absolutely loved this apartment! It was beautifully decorated, homely and the natural light and view were amazing. The location couldn’t have been better! There is no lift so just be aware if you have suitcases that you will have to lug them up the stairs to the top floor.

• Ksenia (10/5): - Wonderful apartment with fun decor and awesome view over the Florentine rooftops and a bit of the Pitti palace. Very clean! There is no elevator in the building, which wasn't an issue for me, but something to be aware of, since it's on the 4th floor. The host is very nice and accommodating!

• Femi (10/5): - Super beautiful and clean apartment in an unbeatable location, it has the cleanest windows we’ve ever seen! Thanks to the host, we were able to check in a little earlier, we also met the lovely lady who does the cleaning - she does such a wonderful and thorough job looking after the apartment. The place is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed: a well equipped kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning (a lifesaver in summer Florence), TV and plenty of storage space. We also loved climbing up the stairs - a true Italian experience.

Є все необхідне для готування, прибирання, прання. В квартирі так чисто, наче вдома. Та й вдома не завжди так чисто :)) Господарка дуже ввічлива. Я забула речі і вона погодилась мені їх відправити. Ще й 2 кондиціонери є, в обох кімнатних просторах, що дозволяє повністю відпочити від літньої спеки. Обовʼязково раджу ці апартаменти для візиту! Все супер, немає жодних проблем
• Diane (10/5): Exceptional - Wow, what a lovely little apartment. Funky decor, light and bright, great use of space. You can see the Pitti Palace rather than having a great view of it, but the view over rooftops is still really nice. The location is outstanding, just a short walk from the Ponte Vecchio in one direction and more local, and less touristy ateas in the other. The mezzanine style bed is super comfy but not for people with mobility problems or vertigo sufferers! We loved our stay there and communication was excellent.

The view over the roofs makes your heart beat faster. It was equipped with everything you would need. The check in was very easy and the host was always available when I had questions. Absolutely recommend this place and would always come back! -
• Hannah (3/5): Wouldn't stay here again - Great view Ac did not work & owners were not helpful in fixing it or partial refund. SO many mosquitoes. My friend and I are both completely bit up bc the mosquitoes were mostly in the loft near the bed. Did not provide extra linens had to find them myself, same with toilet paper.
• Kamilla (10/5): Beautiful, quiet and well-lit place, great location and vibe - the place is very clean, very well lit and nicely decorated inside - makes you feel very much at home and like you are staying in a real apartment and not in short term rental. The host was exceptionally helpful and quick with responses and went extra mile to help me pick up the items i accidentally forgot. It was a great stay overall.
• Kristy (10/5): Everything was great - This apartment was great and made for a comfortable stay in Florence. It is spacious, well equipped and in an excellent location. The kitchen is small but has everything you should need. Although in a compact space the loft bed was comfortable and easy to access. The stairs to the apartment are not that bad if you are able bodied, just a little workout on arrival and departure with your luggage. Definitely not something that should deter you if you can carry your bag! The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this place.

The facilities are absolutely amazing, you have everything you need (cooking laundry etc). Loads of stairs to get to the top, can’t remember how many flights. Quick response from owner/or agent when lack of cleaning reported. Good washing machine and drying/ironing facilities . Coffee machine good too. Aircon very efficient. Some really nice trattorias and osterias close by and 5 mins to river Hadn’t been cleaned, no clean towels or bedding, no vacuum or mopping of floors or dusting. No basics like water in fridge, soap or toiletries. We read it’s on the 4th floor but it’s actually a loft on the 5th. The bed is quite dangerous as it’s on a mezzanine and very little room to manoeuvre. Shower difficult to regulate temperature
• Villjun (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment itself is stylish and eclectic. Hand-picked vintage furnitures and decors, high-ceiling and big glass-windows that cast sunlight, cozy loft-bed, kitchen equipment, and lots of storage rooms. Location is a spot-on as it is a stone throw away to the city centre. Quite neighbourhood. Really quite you don’t know if there are also people living in the building— you’ll get it when you see it yourself! Overall, it was a good stay for me. I really love the apartment. I just wish they had an elevator and had seen some neighbours. It’s in an old building. The hallway and stairways are a bit creepy since it’s dark when you enter it. So make sure to open your phone’s torch until you reach the upper ground floor where you can press the light on so it’s all lit until the 4th floor. The unit is on the 5th floor (rooftop), no elevator, and the stairs are steep. Not ideal for elders, children, sick, and disabled people. Don’t even hurry stepping on the stairs are they are steep!
• Andrew (8/5): I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this stay. - The loft apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated. You really felt at home there, not like another hotel room. Location was excellent, we walked everywhere we wanted to see. Great communication from the host. The apartment is the top floor of a 4 storey walk up. We are relatively fit with backpacks but carrying large suitcases up those stairs could be challenging for some. I personally loved the loft bed but I would have safety concerns had I any small children.
• Brian (10/5): Looking forward to returning! - Beautiful modern furbished property, very comfortable, complete with everything you need and it's right in the most beautiful and convenient location. The only tiny issue I had was that there was no kettle.
