Trevor (3/5): Disappointed - View Balcony had a large table and two bench seats which were too big for the balcony which prevented sitting outside in comfort. Construction noise from building being erected 30m from balcony. Plethora of smells in apartment including paint, thinners, garbage. Lounge suite and chair old and uncomfortable. 2nd bedroom too small for the double bed and claustrophobic. Pantry full of owners food as well as the freezer. Sheets were clean but not pressed. Cooking pots and frying pans hard to access.
