Ian (8/5): Not as good as years gone by - Have stayed in this property many times over many years, it’s a great location with good views of the oyster beds of the lake looking towards fish pen and to thee entrance When we first arrived both toilets were not properly cleaned and there were dirt marks on the wall coming in the entry door. The couches in the living area feel like the webbing underneath has broken and the are not comfortable, they should have been replace a couple of years ago for something that is comfortable to sit on. Over the years the apartment had resident managers ( Debbie and Ken) who were very welcoming and under their management the apartment was always clean. The apartment is now managed through a realtor and the key is in a coded lockbox at the front of the apartment which is very impersonal, the cost was also dearer under this style of management especially since it was not in peak season. We will definitely look at other options before committing to apartment fibre at Baywatch next year.
Barry (9/5): Unit was excellent. External area looked unloved and unkempt. Very complicated to book with SCR. - Location was central. View excellent. Unit well equipped. No manager or caretaker on site. Checking is set at 4pm. This is way too late in the day and should be much earlier. We have never had 4 pm check-in..Way too hard to book with SCR. Up to 8 email. Wanted photo of licence and credit card.
Chris (9/5): Very enjoyable - nice to have had a break - Location and comfort , and the view 👌 Musty smell on entering the apartment - needed airing Maybe a nice diffuser or salt lamp Could be a nice touch
Alexander (6/5): Very pleasant but some feature need attention - Great location and view, easy walking distance to the township and restaurants The presentation lacked like providing coffee, tea and sugar and the toiletries provided were rather skimp with no dishwasher liquid in the kitchen. The main problem with the unit was the ensuite in that it is extremely small and the shower screen door was extremely difficult to move. Thus should be rectified for the price that is asked.
Frances (9/5): Beautiful accommodation thank you - Everything was perfect just as pictured and more. The shower was good and the bed was comfortable. The only thing was the outside stair lighting at night. Didn’t seem to be a sensor so the lights stayed on all night

Chris (9/5): Great location to Town, Lake, Beach and all Merimbula offers. - The view over the lake and ocean was very relaxing. The unit had everything we needed in the room. Great position to town. There was nothing that I could complain about. Stairs maybe, but that is more an issue for my personal fitness.
