Location, cleanliness, size of the apartment, facilities and of course Mr. Louis - absolutely brilliant person. I will definitely go back for my next holiday and stay at Le Bon'EUR. On arrival we also received a nice bottle of wine as a Welcoming :) which was very good. Thank you very much Louis for this wonderful experience and hope to see you again on our next trip to Rome. I have 15 years experience in customer service, but I cannot find any further improvement in this instance. Everything was perfect.

• Fatemeh (9/5): Very well equipted and nice beautiful apartment with good access to different places in Rome - The property was super nice and comfortable for my family with 2 kids and my mom. Cool antique design and building. The location was quiet near the metro and bus stops. The local supermarket and restaurangs nearby. Just a bit of problem with warm water and was a bit cold in the rooms some time! but generally it was not a big issue and could be fixed easily!
• Leigh (8/5): Spacious 3BR apartment in close walking distance to the train station to access the city. - Louis was extremely responsive and helpful as a host. Perfect location to walk to our conference at the Roma Convention Center La Nuvola. No air conditioning but there were fans in every room and doors were able to be opened.
