• Liliya (10/5): Если быть предельно откровенной, то расположение апартаментов и транспортная развязка с близлежащими маркетами - это Огр - Понравилось всё - и внутри и внешне. Все есть, комфортно и чисто! Если это возможно, то часы выселения хотелось бы немного изменить. В 10 часов утра выселение - это не совсем комфортно, правда🙏 Стеклянный ночник на шаткой тумбочке - тоже неприятная история.

• Joël (8/5): Logement très bien pour 1à 2 nuits - Pas de petit déjeuner puisque c'était un studio. Nous sommes sortis pour le prendre dans un café pas très loin ; l'endroit est assez calme . Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche soir , notre hôte nous avait donné quelques adresses pour diner , mais aucun n'était ouverts. Quelques documentations sur le métro , le tram et le quartier Navigli , ainsi que des restaurants du coté du Duomo auraient été appréciables .

The first few nights were a bit cold, but then the heating started working well. The host was welcoming and always in touch. Unfortunately, there are only 2 sockets with a standard plug, the rest are USB, but it was enough for me

• Katarzyna (10/5): - Super lokalizacja. 5 min do stacji metra, do Katedry ok 25 min pieszo. Naprzeciwko sklep spożywczy, i kolejne 2 w okolicy; dobre kawiarenki, restauracje. Nawet basen, który niestety odkryliśmy dopiero w dniu wyjazdu. Czułam się bezpiecznie. Bardzo mili właściciele, gotowi pomóc, doradzić, pokierować. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. Polecam i chętnie wrócę jeśli będzie okazja.

• Art (8/5): Dobra miejscówka dla mało wymagających. - Klimatyzowany pokój z aneksem kuchennym zgodny z opisem. jest winda; ciasna (tylko dwie osoby albo jedna z bagażem) ale za to cicha. Wyposażenie ok. W oknach rolety zewnętrzne. W pobliżu dużo knajpek, carrefour express. Bardzo miła i uczynna właścicielka. Dobry kontakt. Powiedziała gdzie warto zjeść, co zobaczyć, jak dojść czy dojechać do popularnych miejsc. Parking ok. 70-100 metrów od apartamentu ze zniżką (w sumie 15 euro/dzień) Głośna i mało wydajna klimatyzacja. Budynek akurat w remoncie i trzeba było się przedzierać przez rusztowania.

• Frederik (10/5): Exceptional - The landlord was very kind and explained everything, she also gave us tips on local events happening currently, transportation and stayed in contact for any help that we might needed. Accomodation was modern and clean, bed was comfy with a lot of pillows. There were even little details like cookies, sweets, water and coffee capsules prepared for us for no extra fee. The location was perfect. We had a great time in Milan. You will not regret booking this accomodation. Everything was great.

The location is near the metro station, walk distance from the Duomo. It is on a quiet street with a lot of markets and good restaurants. It was very clean, the bed was also very comfortable. The bathroom is big and bright. You have also the opportunity to cook if you want. The hosts were friendly and helpful with everything. They send us a list of good restaurants where we can taste the traditional Milan food, were so kind to let us check in early because our flight was in the morning and kindly let is check out later.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Terrific for 1 to 2 Night Stay - We appreciated the owners daughter Bernadette opening up the apartment at the start of our stay. The owners response rate to What’s App was very good and their responses were always kindly written. Fabulous location to public transport, supermarket & some nice restaurants. Space is as advertised small and accessed by a small fun fast lift. We booked four nights, this property is best for a one to two day stay. The property is located within a large residential apartment block. Our booking was before the building turned on its heating (commences late October). We were cold. The hosts quickly provided an extra doona & heater. Unfortunately the heater did not work ; when offered another heater we declined. However without a heater we were unable to dry towels and clothes damp from the heavy rain making the stay less than ideal.

• Péter (9/5): Superb - great location, very friendly host, carefour literally across the street, great bathroom There were a ton of mosquitoes when we arrived and they just kept appearing despite us never opening the window to keep them from coming in. It'd be very nice if there was a spray to kill them or some form of prevention provided. The quilt is a single one, and it doesn't have an actual cover - it's just between 2 sheets. I don't think these should scare anyone reading this away, I truly think the apartment is great, but it's good to know this information so you don't get surprised.

Marina and her family are really nice, they reserved a parking for us in a garage which is 3 min walking from the apartment. They also told us which near restaurants and bars are good and they were right about it :) apartment is on a safe, quite side of the city, just 5 min walk till metro. Supermarket is just across the street. Every recommendation for this place!

As for the location - Indeed 2.1 km from the Duomo but only about 0.5 km from the metro station. Also, the neighbourhood is pleasant and has plenty of restaurants. Supermarket right in front of the apartment. Nothing.

• Petra (9/5): Great location and comfortable stay close to all amenities - Great location, close to bars, supermarkets, restaurants, the metro etc. Clean, modern studio, microwave and fridge etc. Very good bed and pillows. Blinds to fully darken the room. Very good owners reachable by phone and WhatsApp, they were waiting outside upon arrival and checked me in fast and in a very friendly manner. You can ask them anything. There is also a small elevator. Good shower, all the comfort you need. The fridge makes a noise , so I turned it off at night and told the owner. There is no view, it looks onto an inner square and the buildings next to it are filled with students, so in the weekend I did not get much sleep. The kitchen lacked a new sponge and dishes soap. It would be nice to have pepper and salt. There was a small bottle of water upon arrival, much appreciated.

• Jan (10/5): Wonderful place with great hosts. - Brand new apartment, very clean, nice design. The area is nice with lots of nice restaurants and cafes. Great location close to tram and metro, a short ride to the Duomo. The family/owners live around the corner and are exceptionally attentive and friendly. Communication was very good, they even created a WhatsApp group in advance:-). They sent a list of recommended restaurants in the area, with a discount when we mentioned their name. And we could leave our luggage with them after check out which was very helpful. All very good, the only small comment would be that the airco is not very strong. It was hot in Milan during our stay, and the airco was very welcome but a bit stronger cooling would have been nice.

They went above and beyond and made our stay great. My partner and I ended up missing our original flight home and had to scramble with new flights and accommodations. The apartment is at the 4th floor in a tall building, super small elevator (not enough room for 2 persons carrying luggage), no balcony, (not comfortable for smokers), but it’s Milano, so these are small inconveniences.

Awesome location, with supermarket nearby, good bars and restaurants on the neighborhood and super close the metro station or tran. I had some problems at the airport and had to make an super late check in. They were very thoughful and provided everything for us to arrive in safety and tranquility, even late at night! Good accomodation to stay for a few days or for a longer time. It’s super cosy! I liked everything.

• Katey (10/5): Quiet, yet convenient location - lovely stay - I really liked the location of this property, it was away from the hustle & bustle of the main areas in Milan, yet close enough by tram, train and only a 30minute walk into the Duomo. Also, the tram within 1min walk was direct to Milano Station only taking 30mins, this was extremely convenient. Staff were extremely helpful prior, during and post my stay. Would strongly recommend staying here.
• Kara (10/5): Brilliant and highly recommended. - The apartment was lovely and quiet, beautiful new bathroom, super comfy bed, and lots of little nice touches to make our stay super welcoming and comfortable. Fantastic location too… far enough away from the main tourist area to be peaceful, but close enough to go to the centre of Milan in an easy few minutes Metro ride. Our hosts had lots of great local suggestions too. I would 100% stay here again if I’m in Milan. There are lots of stairs… but also a little lift if you’re tired or have heavy bags.

• Giannis (10/5): A gem in the heart of Milan - When we first stumbled upon this flat on booking, it seemed almost too good to be true. Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Marina and Paolo are the most thoughtful and gracious hosts. They provided us with everything we needed. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. Super soft and comfortable bed and nice bathroom with warm water always. The communication was super easy and quick. The neighborhood is very conveniently located. Easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!
