• G (5/5): Great location. Does the job. - Location. Close to shops and attractions, city and tram. We could go anywhere. Clean. Windows/balcony. 2 bathrooms. Laundry. Kitchen. Great BBq and pool and gym. No TV. Dishwasher broken. Doors broken. Not enough utensils for four people. Location is loud. Melbourne is loud. Air quality. Traffic at the location is entering the city from Westgate bridge.
• Connor (3/5): Thank you lovely building - The open ess of the lounge and kitchen Bedroom roller door doesn’t work, No television in lounge I had to get a projector from office works to use. No ideally for little kids
• Dylan (4/5): Very disappointing - Yes collecting keys was not a problem. The accommodation was very low standard i would not recommend and shocked it was able to be available on bookings.com. It was very run down not as described and dirty. Everything was falling apart and had was missing some of the basic necessities for an air bnb. I shared this with no help with the manager
• Abdur Rahman (2/5): Not happy after spending thousand bucks. - Location and parking This property is a prime location. Unfortunately, we were given hard time to give the key when they knew they could arrange it after 10 o’clock. In fact come back next day 10 am. I have asked repeatedly to give me access after hours. Also when we arrived around 2 o’clock in the building it was the carpet which was stinky and wet they have done the carpet cleaning, but unfortunately they took the bookings that was all but very uncomfortable. I didn’t like the first two days and there is no Internet and no TV unfortunately. • Nicole (3/5): Great location, but I wouldn't book again. - The location was good, but the no TV or Internet was quite a surprise. The beds were comfortable, there was a good view. The dishes were filthy, no knives, and the dishwasher didn't work. I washed all the dishes even though I didn't use them. There was no dishwashing detergent, but I used the dishwasher stuff.
• Ralph (4/5): Not happy Jan... - Location was great - near to Southbank, CBD, National Gallery of Vic, arts precinct The total lack of service - no on-site check-in or support. The unit lacked basic kitchen utensils. The main gripe is that when I complained, no one took me seriously. For a service based business, Serain Residences do not get it. Their customers are treated with content. Whilst cheaper than alternatives, this was a very disappointing experience. Additionally, they charge an exorbitantly high cleaning charge ($160) but when we arrived, the oven was dirty. I will not be returning to this or any other Serain managed site.

• Jeremy (5/5): Disappointing. - Good location and good sized. Check in process was painful with collection from superette, although we were not advised which lock box so person couldn't help us. There is nowhere to park while checking in. Cleanliness needed attention, . Repairs required to dishwasher, kitchen down lights and smoke detector. No wifi and no television.

Hard to beat location with parking, drive or walk to Crown or Flinders St in minutes. - On 20th floor, bit of a good view towards the CBD instead of looking into other people's bathrooms. Good sized 1 bedroom apartment with free parking. Not really an issue but have to pick up keys from the adjacent grocer so be mindful of the shop's opening times if hoping to self check-in. If driving with car the carpark gates cannot open automatically from within so on check-out must find spot to park car outside on kerbside first (good luck with that) and rush back upstairs to put key on kitchen/dining table and then rush back to the car hoping it is still there on the kerbside. Property has NO WiFi and NO TV just so you know, but these two things shouldn't be a dealbreaker in 2024.

Very stained couch. No character to the place what so ever, no paintings or decor. I wouldn’t book here again.

• Joy (8/5): Great Economical Stay in Southbank, Pros and Cons. - An absolutely great location. Close to the Art Precinct and Southbank. Next door to Roza's Kitchen pizza restaurant with great food. Easy entry via City Road and to the carpark on Level 3 entry around the back. A large apartment with two bathrooms, plenty of room and full kitchen, laundry and lounge. Wonderful view off the north facing balcony. No TV, dishwasher not working, washing machine/dryer power point not working so had to get an extension lead. Old crockery and no cutting knife. But all this wouldn't stop us from staying again, simply because of the price, large space and the location.

• Helen (8/5): Very good - Great location for Southbank/convention center. Spacious apartment. Met all my needs. Superb city view. Full kitchen. Would stay again. Quiet apartment complex. Funny smell in the room and needed to keep windows/doors closed due to the traffic noise. Very odd how the sheets were put on the bed with a large fold in the bottom sheet near the feet.

• Glenn (10/5): City lights - Location was fantastic. A short walk to Southbank. Extra clean. Comfortable bed. The views from my room were sensational. Clothes washer and dryer was a bonus. Great water pressure in the shower. Has a hair dryer but needs a plug adapter as it doesn't fit the power points. Has a nice little balcony. The dishwasher was out of order, but I probably would have just hand washed the dishes anyway. Maybe a couple of wine glasses would have been good, but seriously, this place was fantastic.

This belongs on Air B&B. - I loved the location, price, and the how spacious this apartment and having a second shower and toilet I was very disappointed that there was no T.V. which I expect as a Standard in any apartment / hotel, I was in Melbourne for the tennis whereby the location in Southbank was perfect to access the Australian Open, and I expected to be able to access the television broadcast in the evenings and nights. I was put-off that there was no quilt cover on a stained quilt, and was inconvenienced by the hair dryer having no adaptor to plug into Australian standard electricity socked. The hair dryer provided suited UK sockets. The furniture was cheap and damaged, and dishwasher was not working, and the second bathroom had no soap holders or shelves for shampoos, I had specifically completed reservation on booking.com as I personally do not suit the Air B&B method and uncertainty, I therefor was frustrated with necessity to find a carpark and then walk to a nearby convenience store to collect key. These directions were only provided while I was already driving to the apartment via SMS Same requirements were required upon check-out. Despite booking for 2 people, I was only provided one key with no option to arrange a second key, as all arrangements with key collection was via a Convenience store. My review includes many negatives, but overall I would stay again in consideration of cost, size, and location but only in circumstances knowing that I do not need a second key, not to espect a t.v. for the evenings, and to duck into k-mart before I arrive to buy a quilt cover. This was too similar to booking with Air B&B
