• Eirini (8/5): Conveniently situated in Athens - The apartment is situated in a building (an older construction), on a street just behind the enormous Hilton Hotel Athens, and near the metro station. It is next to and near restaurants, bistros and cafes, so you have a variety to choose from. We stayed on the 2nd floor, using a small elevator. The apartment was spacious enough with a small balcony overlooking at the street. Due to construction works there was some noise during the day. The bed on the main bedroom was big enough although a bit hard for our taste. The kitchen was adequaetly equiped with a big enough fridge, that could help you prepare a simple meal, although we didn't use it. We used the sofa as a 3rd bed, but it was a bit harder than the bed. There was functional air-conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room and hot water. For checking in we got the keys from the guy that worked on the restaurant on the ground floor. The bed could be softer. There was noise from the street. There was no place to hang coats umbrellas etc, beside the wardrobe. The bathroom was narrow and there was noise coming form the window overlooking at the light well of the building due to the ventilator of the restaurant on the ground floor. The water took a lot time to heat for a hot shower.

The host was very polite, accommodating and genuinely interested in our experience and inquiring about any needs we may have. The apartment is very new, with an excellent layout and extra clean. We will stay there again any time we need to stay in Athens. Honestly, I couldn’t find any flaws with the apartment. The only suggestion that I had for the host was to write up some of her instructions (like how to turn on the water heater), so that tenants don’t have to text the host (who, incidentally, responded immediately).
• James (9/5): I loved it completely remodeled nice modern kitchen and bath - Awesome clean modern and nicely remodeled balcony is awsum no breakfast though but plenty of places to eat Needs better lighting in lobby outside and hallways
• Peter (9/5): Modern comfortable apartment in Athens. - The apartment was modern and clean. It was very nicely furnished and the bed was most comfortable. It was well located close to a Metro station. And the staff, Iouanna, was very helpful and polite. They needed a 'welcome' book explaining how things work. We had a little trouble at first with the hot water and the washing machine, but it was quickly resolved with a few phone calls. No other issues.
