• Iswar (1/5): THIS IS A SCAM - THIS IS A SCAM. The owner never texted me or picked up phone calls about my unit number. I arrived at the property and realised I was scammed when the guards told me they never heard of this agency before. I had to get another unit in a different hotel. Spoilt my trip. BOOKING.COM has a responsibility to remove such listings from its platform. Your customers expect you to thoroughly vet the listing before allowing them.
• Andrew (1/5): - This is a scammer type listing, took my booking fees 22 Aug 2025 but never reply till now 31 Aug. If booking.com about this but they too did not reply me on this. Really bad service
• Joyce (1/5): not happy - i keep calling the number not picking up and i email take long time to reply so we end up booking another hotel, so my money is a waste
