• Kevin (7/5): Great location, guidance about the AC rules/curfew is needed - Great location just next to the main streets of the Old Town. Rather quiet area. Comfortable bed, clean. Host was helpful and met us on arrival. It has a small balcony, which is a great bonus. The main issue was the air conditoning - I do know that Italy has strict rules during summer time to use the AC (temperature etc). But the host told he is not aware of the times, when the AC can be used and when not. It was controlled by the house owner/landlord, meaning at some times you simply couldn´t turn it on. It was a bit worrying, if you can not cool yourself in July and are not even aware when it comes back. The curfew seemed to be during night and also daytime-evening some hours. We happened to be staying during normal summer period, not full heatwave, so in general we managed, but for future guests it would be great to give clear indications upfront, how and when it is operating. Bathroom was a bit uncomfortable to use as it was rather tiny. The toilet flush was running constantly (host told it was on purpose to avoid bad smell?).

• Guest (7/5): Great central appartment for a weekend visit - Perfect location of the appartment in the historic center. Everything was great for a short weekend The appartment was clean however we had the unpleasant surprise to have few coackroaches in the room.

• Angie (10/5): Excelente - Nos encanto la ubicación en pleno centro de la ciudad apesar de estar cerca a los sitios de interes era un sitio tranquilo donde se podia descansar sin ruido , apartamento limpio y equipado para hacer tu estancia agradable . Niko quien era el anfitrión nos ha dado muy buenas recomendaciones para guardar nuestra maleta , también para ir a comer . Una comunicación acertiva y cercana estuvo muy al pendiente de todos los detalles para que tuviéramos una buena estancia . Si regresamos a Nápoles nos volveríamos a alojar sin duda 100 por ciento recomendado Gracias 😊 Todo nos gustó

• Abril (5/5): Passable - Great place to stay in downtown. Walking minutes from many attractions. There is no flexibility for early check-in, late check-out, or leaving luggage, which was inconvenient. Basic toiletries like shampoo and body wash are not provided, so make sure to bring your own. Unlike other properties, no complimentary water bottles were offered. The unit has a small refrigerator, some cooking utensils, plates, and a coffee maker, which was useful. Be aware that it's located on the second floor with steep, narrow stairs—challenging if you have large or heavy luggage. My biggest concern was the air conditioning. It only turned on sporadically during the day, and we had no control over it. The host suggested opening the windows at night, but it was still hot and uncomfortable—we often woke up feeling sticky.
• Daniela (8/5): Excelenta cazare - The location is near a street full of shops and restaurants, a little bit noise in the evening, but if you are tired from walking the hole day...you won't be bothered by this. The apartment is big, fully equipped, clean, with a very tiny bathroom ( not for overweight person ) , up to some narrow stairs , the communication with the host was very good via whats app.

• Jan (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location in the city centre just few steps from the main attractions. Wonderful, spacious, clean accommodation and very welcoming host Niko.
• Sorin (9/5): Great accommodation in the heart of centro storico - Right in the middle of the historical city center, walking distance from everything, very clean and convenient. Well equipped and Niko was very kind and responsive. Supermarket at 4 min walk. We would gladly return and recommend staying here! Like previous reviews said, the bathroom is a bit tiny but very clean, has everything you need and let's be serious, how much time do you actually spend in the bathroom? Did not bother us.
• Claire (9/5): Convenient, comfortable and clean. - Clean, comfortable and central. Great location. Be mindful of steep stairs. I took my son and it was perfect with a double bed and bunk beds. Really basic but that’s all you need because you have everything on your doorstep. Nico was a great help before and during our trip. Close to the airport bus and metro so don’t get ripped off with a taxi. No kettle 😂 That is it. Everything was great.
• Ardita (10/5): Interesting experience - The apartment is located at the historical center of Napoli, near to the most atractive and important touristic points. The building was old but very nostagic and gave us the feeling as we are residents in that area. 2 minutes from the apartment are also restaurants, and the most delicios italian fast foods. The host is very polite and carefull person. Def recomend this apartment. We didnt like the toilet, and stairs, they were too narrow.
