- Paula (1/5): - We did not like anything apart from the view. It was basic, dirty, no furnishings. There was washing from the previous guests hung inside to dry. Would not recommend!!!! As above. Also the managers were not helpful at all. Terrible service.
- David L (7/5): Confirm with the agency the exact apartment you'll get - if its the right one, its great. - The location is close to the Bund. The apartment we eventually stayed at had a large amount of floor space. The apartment we were originally placed in was not the one advertised in any of the photos. We spent the first night in an apartment that we couldn't get warm, was dreary and sad with horribly mismatched furniture. Simply put the first night was extremely disappointing. The second apartment they organised after our complaint was the one we thought we'd booked and was excellent.

Extra guest will need to use a pull out mattress and share a room with other guests Property location is good and the apartment itself is relatively well maintained. However, the building itself is more like a old building within a government project and is poorly maintained. I saw cockroaches in the hallway and elevator. The building itself is far from being "luxurious" although the apartment itself is decent.

- Agnes (10/5): Comfortable - The property is spacious, clean and well maintained, comes with great river view. Comes with a mahjong table, which js a nice surprise. The carpark is not very well lit and driveway is kind of narrow. It doesn’t matter as much if u don’t drive. There is also no provision of dish cleaning detergent and handwash.

- Y (1/5): Misleading payment terms, very stressful experience, not recommended in general - The apartment itself was clean and located in a safe, quiet community, which we appreciated. If you are looking for more of an Airbnb-style stay, no service/cleanings, this place might suit you...However, for the price you pay ($3,300 for 7 nights), you are better off in a hotel (any to be honest), which promises secure payment and clean-up services. Unfortunately, we had an extremely stressful experience with misleading payment terms. The listing falsely advertises "payment on arrival," but you are pressured to pay in full in advance via WeChat or Alipay (not through booking.com). We made a partial (half payment as deposit) via PayPal and were then left in the dark - no address, no unit number, no guarantee. They will threaten not to give the apartment booked if not paid in full. The whole process felt like a scam. We had to repeatedly ask for the apartment location and pin, and only received it a couple of hours before check-in (11:30am). Even worse, the access code was only sent after we had already arrived and were standing outside the unit. We arrived for check-in at 3pm. The apartment furnishings, particularly in the living room, were not the same as shown in the listing photos. Strongly suggest against booking this especially for a first-time travellers to China. EDIT: After our stay, the host offered us cash in exchange for a 10-star review (see attached!). I believe this raises serious concerns about the authenticity of some of the reviews for this property/ properties under their management.
- Emeline (10/5): A peaceful and comfortable stay in a great location by the river. - I was genuinely surprised by the quality of the apartment, especially considering the price — it really exceeded my expectations. The interior was nicely arranged, clean, and felt very cozy. The view from the apartment was beautiful and added a peaceful touch to the stay. I also loved the location right by the river; it made it easy to go for walks and enjoy the surroundings. It was a really comfortable place to relax after a day out. One thing that could be improved is the equipment: there weren’t enough utensils. Also, just a heads-up — it’s more of an apartment/Airbnb setup, so don’t expect hotel-style service.

- Dr (1/5): This property is not real. We were requested to pay first and when we didn't do this - the contact - This property is not real. The perceived owner contacted via email and Wechat - and we were requested to pay first and when we didn't do this - the contact offered a different property which did not seem right. Since the booking mentioned to pay on arrival we had to insist that payment had to be made after arrival. When we arrived at the property, there were no instructions nor a property that was ready. We then had to make other arrangements. Please do not book this. It was an unfortunate experience as we arrived quite late in the night (3am in Shanghai) and the inconvience was great since we also have a young family. I hope this does not happen to others.

- Jeffery (10/5): Very nice accommodation experience, highly recommended. - The landlord will help you to register. The apartment is very convenient and good location, just next to the Bund, has a amazing Bund view! The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking.
