But ok for the price, cannot complain much - The property is kinda conveniently located between the train station and the historical center. The owner is nice. Also nice that they gave us some water, tea, coffee, shower gel and shampoo The mattress of the bed was a bit uncomfortable, both me and my husband couldn’t sleep super well that’s the only reason I subtracted a few points from the rating. I can only sleep on my belly and the springs from the mattress were uncomfortable.

• Akshay (5/5): Value for money but can improve. - The property is suitable for 2 people who needs their private accommodation for short duration. It has its own toilet, shower, kitchen. 1. There is extra surcharge (€15) for late check-in than the time mentioned by the property. Maybe it's common in Italy, but not in Australia, Vietnam, Phillipines or UK where I have travelled. 2. Shower is very small, and the water will go into the kitchen and the room after they fall onto the curtains and drip. This can be managed by remaining cautious throughout the shower process, which is quite unrelaxing.

• Isabel (7/5): Buen viaje - Me gustó como nos trataron y nos dieron las llaves. Está cerca del centro de Nápoles. Estaba limpia y bien recogida y acomodada. Suficiente para pasar unos días por Nápoles El apartamento esta viejito, el baño viejo y se escapaba el agua cuando te duchas. También se notaban los muelles de la cama. En el check out, tardaron en contestarnos y perdimos tiempo ya que venían a recoger las llaves y tras un rato contestaron que las dejásemos ahi.

Il était notifié "petit déjeuner inclus" or nous avons eu 3 croissants et quelques gâteaux pour 3 nuits... Il serait préférable d'enlever la mention "petit déjeuner inclus" !

• Rocio (10/5): Genial - Los anfitriones son muy amables y familiares, nos facilitaron la llegada desde el aeropuerto y vuelta también. Todo perfecto El colchón no es muy cómodo

Если вам надо только переночевать, и сильно устали то сможете поспать и вам подойдёт , временно. Раскажу вам и не очень позитивную часть, Расположение квартиры, прямо у дороги, что дает вам отличную слышимость что происходит там. Также очень сильно прошу хозяев решить вопрос с вентиляцией, так как большая сырость ощущается в квартире. Спать только можно при открытых окнах что приводит к намного большему шуму. И если вы не привыкли то спать точно не будете. В остальном удобств, только кровать и пара булочек с печеньками - что видимо дает возможность писать что завтрак включен. Про ванную писать не хочется, вроде все есть но размещено все очень, очень, компактно.

Odore di umidità anche appena entri nell'appartamento nonostante ci siano dei buoni profumatori. La zona vicinissima a tutto il centro ma non delle migliori..... Tv non funzionante ...(c'era maltempo e non possibile ripristinare il guasto)) Wifi non funzionante al nostro arrivo, ripristinato il giorno successivo tardo pomeriggio.

• sara (5/5): Week end a Napoli - La casa è inadeguata. L appartamento è stato arrangiato. I Servizi igienici sono scomodi e manchevoli di privacy.
• Maria Chiara (3/5): Posizione e rumori notturni sono elementi da tenere seriamente in considerazione. - L’appartamento corrisponde alle foto e agli allestimenti descritti: pulito, ordinato. Anche il proprietario è stato gentile e accogliente. Detto questo, vorrei aggiungere un’informazione che a mio avviso non emerge in modo trasparente dalla descrizione attuale né dalle recensioni più recenti: la posizione dell’appartamento. Si trova infatti proprio a ridosso di una strada, in una zona poco raccomandabile soprattutto nelle ore serali e notturne. Durante tutta la notte si avverte una sensazione di pericolo causato da tanto disagio, voci, continui rumori e confusione. Una notte ci è bastata per scegliere di cambiare alloggio. Invito a scorrere anche le recensioni più datate, che descrivono questo aspetto — e il fatto che non venga più menzionato mi risulta un po’ sospetto. Non si tratta di pregiudizi o generalizzazioni, ma semplicemente dell’esigenza di maggiore trasparenza, così da permettere agli ospiti futuri di scegliere con piena consapevolezza.

• Francesco (9/5): Comodità e cortesia - La struttura è un cosiddetto “basso” tipico di Napoli quindi con una ben precisa conformazione. Si presenta discretamente arredato ma dotato di tutto ciò che serve: frigorifero, angolo cottura, tv, wifi, ecc. Davvero ottima la pulizia della struttura. I proprietari, Giovanni e i suoi genitori, sono persone davvero molto cortesi, accoglienti e disponibili. Posizione fantastica: centro città e stazione centrale raggiungibili a piedi. Nulla di rilevante.
• Francesco (10/5): Ottimo! - Giovanni e la sua famiglia sono stati gentilissimi, ti fanno sentire come a casa e ci hanno consigliato degli ottimi posti dove mangiare e fare acquisti. L'appartamento è molto carino e accogliente, e ha tutto l'essenziale. La zona è molto silenziosa la notte e è ottima per quanto riguarda l'accesso ai servizi della metro e del treno. Essendo nel centro storico di Napoli, può capitare la sera tardi di incontrare per strada persone un po "brutte", come capita in tante grandi in città. Ma per quanto riguarda il vicinato in sé nessun tipo di problema.

• Mateo (9/5): Apartamento sencillo pero bien pertrechado - La ubicación está muy bien, a tan solo 15 minutos del centro y una media hora del puerto -andando-. El anfitrión es estupendo y el barrio muy auténtico, nada turístico. Es un bajo y obviamente esto implica ciertas incomodidades que pueden ser molestas para algunas personas, véase escalones o el ruido de los vehículos al pasar. También es cierto que, para algunas personas ajenas al modo de vida del sur de Italia, les puede dar un poco de miedo la calle, pero no se alteren, el lugar es seguro.

• Szeglet (10/5): - Perhaps the best accommodation experience we’ve had so far during our travels. The apartment is in a great location — we walked almost everywhere, and the ferry was also easily reachable in 20 minutes. Clean, tidy apartment, charming authentic street, and the kindest hosts! Just a 2-minute walk to one of the best pizzerias we found, with small shops and a Conad nearby. We stayed for 12 days, and Giovanni and his family helped us with everything. As two girls in our twenties, we never once felt unsafe in the area (nor in Naples in general), even when we walked around at night. We were provided with shower gel and shampoo, so we didn’t have to buy these extras. I can only recommend this place to everyone — and we’ll definitely be back :) Thank you ❤️

It’s located in a traditional neighborhood surrounded by locals, which really gives you that authentic Naples experience. Giovanni is such a lovely host — he waited for us in the evening and took the time to explain everything. Just a heads-up: if you’re checking in after 10 PM, there’s a €15 extra charge for the late check-in. The flat has a washing machine (super handy), a small kitchen with coffee, sugar, and some basics if you feel like cooking. The internet works perfectly too — big plus! Thanks again for having us, Giovanni! We definitely recommend this place 😊

• Imola (10/5): Lovely place - The hosts were very kind and everything was satisfying. The appartment was well equipped with the necessary things. We could easily approach everything (metro, port, train). We honestly reccomend it to everyone and we will definitely return there in the future.
• Abigail (7/5): Good - Comfortable bed, free WiFi, large mirror, powerful fan, hairdryer, icepack in freezer. Great host, attentive and friendly with family on hand to help out. The first time the shower was used, the water flooded the place. By the time we realised, water was outside the bathroom all down the passage, down the steps and into the living space. The floor is tiled, so it was easy to dry using the towels but this could have been a serious slip hazard if we hadn't noticed. The problem is, the water can't drain down the plug hole fast enough so we needed to keep turning off the shower to give it a chance to drain to avoid flooding the place each time! This accommodation is advertised as accessible however, there are 2 big steps to negotiate when you need to get to the bathroom or kitchen. The bathroom is tight. A wheelchair user wouldn't find it accessible. Breakfast was advertised as included but when we phoned to ask about breakfast arrangements, we were told that breakfast was already in the accommodation for us. There were a few basic random food items in the fridge, ham, cheese, water, a few random items in the cupboards and a couple of small cakes that had been left out on a plate which we ate on arrival but that didn't really add up to even a continental breakfast so that was very disappointing. Naples has a sticky heat and it was very hot, I was expecting that the room would have Aircon because it needed it but at least the large fan was powerful.

Giovanni was quick to respond and very flexible in arranging the check in. The accommodation is somewhat noisy, as both traffic on the street, as well as neighbours, can be heard quite clearly in the apartment. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring ear plugs.

It was very good value for money. The height of the ceilings in places and the shower was very low. My partner kept hitting his head and couldn’t really fit in the shower. The bed was also a little uncomfortable.

• Heemanshu (1/5): Bad - The host ver super nice The host are very nice but the property is not great at all. I saw the 8.4 rating on booking but was completely misleading. It is not a good area of Naples ( felt like in very poor part of naples) . It is bang on the road and a lot of noise even in the night. The bathroom is super small and not comfortable. Beds are not comfy at all. The equipments in Kitchen were super old and we could not use the vessels.

Extra blankets and pillows were provided along with snacks and a couple bottles of water, and a small heater. The mattress was quite firm, there was a lot of ambient noise from the street and surrounding units. TINY hot water system - barely enough for my husband and I to have a quick shower (under 3 mins each)

• Charlotte (7/5): Small apartment, close to the centre of Naples. - Short walk from the centre. Everything you need for a short city break. The hosts were very friendly, they let us leave our luggage after checkout as our flight wasn’t until late. Be mindful it’s very noisy on a night, with people talking and the noise of cars, scooters and planes. We ended up having to buy earplugs to sleep. The bed isn’t very comfortable.
• Verena (7/5): Nice place, very central so you can walk to the station and centre. - Nice appartment, close to the historic center and station (so easy to go to Pompeji or Vesuvius), with many shops and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay and discovered Napoli from there very convenient! The kitchen could be equipped a bit more.
• Barry (6/5): Budget friendly apartment in Naples - Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. This is a budget apartment with basic facilities which is reflected in price. The apartment was clean and included some nice personal touches. Location was very noisy and chaotic. There is no air-conditioning, just a big noisy fan. A number of maintenance issues need to be addressed. Best for a short stay only.
