• FEDERICO (10/5): fa venire voglia di tornare in Giappone - Appartamento splendido di dimensioni molto generose per i canoni di Tokyo. ha due bagni e tre ottime camere. Arredamento moderno e funzionale. a 10 minuti dalla entrata Est della stazione di Ikebukuro, da li si va da tutte le parti. Quartiere non turistico ma molto carino e vivace. Host impeccabile efficiente e premuroso in tutto. Altamente affidabile. Altamente raccomandato. niente

• Masayo (9/5): 快適に過ごすことができた。池袋で泊まることがあれば、また利用したい。 - 最寄駅から近い。清潔で明るい。友人同士でも部屋をうまく分けて使用できる。すぐ近くに２４時間営業のスーパーがあって便利。 食器類が人数分なかったのと、椅子が4脚しかないのが残念ではあった。

• Linda Aamann (8/5): Vi kunne virkelig godt lide huset, men der var nogle småting, som man med fordel kunne gøre noget ved, som ville gøre hu - Huset lå virkelig godt i et stille kvarter, selvom der kun var 5 min gang til stationen. Det var hyggeligt indrettet med en stue, hvor man straks følte sig hjemme. Sengene var gode 👍 Der var vaskemaskine. Godt, at der var toilet både i stueetage og 2. Sal. Der var en virkelig fin tagterrasse, som vi brugte hver aften. Det undrede os, at der kun var 4 stole ved spisebordet, når der var 8 sengepladser. Vi rejste sammen som familie, 5 personer/tre generationer. Vi måtte finde en skammel i entréen, så vi kunne være rundt om bordet alle. Vi kunne kun finde 6 vinglas og 3 ølglas - ingen vandglas - dem fandt vi så efter nogle dage i et skab på toilettet 🤷🏼‍♀️ Vi savnede også, at der var mere end en smørekniv. Der var kun to meget faldefærdige stole og et bord på tagterrassen, vi brugte det, men man skulle sidde virkelig stille på stolene for at de ikke brasede sammen - de trængte til en limning - eller udskiftning. Trappen er meget smal og svær at få en kuffert op af.

• Jan (8/5): Amazing location, perfect for families and friends. - Instructions for check-in were clear, the process of getting in was also easy. The villa is exactly as advertised. Perfect for families and big groups! Facilities were great, and the rooms were really comfortable. I loved how soft the mattresses were. The location is top-notch, only a few minutes to well-connected Ikebukuro Station and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, and places to see around enough to keep your "staying in" days interesting. There was only one shower room/bath located at the ground floor so you have to plan your daily preparation if you're with a big group. The stairs are kinda steep and narrow so carrying large suitcases could be a problem for the mobility-impaired. Often times the host replies to questions in Japanese/Mandarin which means you have to do some effort to translate to English over and over again. Some replies are also delayed, which meant that certain urgent matters are not addressed in a timely manner.

The accommodation is situated between two hospitals, and the noise from ambulances will disturb your sleep. 3. We have stayed at three accommodations in downtown Tokyo, but this one is clearly the worst. The facilities and decor are outdated. 4. The parking space in front of the entrance was occupied by staff. After raising the issue, the staff promised to compensate for the parking fees, but they have not responded to any follow-up contacts, showing a lack of integrity! 5. The body wash provided for guests was diluted with water, which I have never seen from such a stingy host. In conclusion, I strongly do not recommend this accommodation!! I suggest considering other places first to avoid impacting your travel experience.
