• Kelly (10/5): Amazing! The restaurant right next door was amazing and the famous perfume farmacy across the street was a sweet spot! - Beautiful apartment and very comfortable. The coffee, tea, mild, juice and breakfast bread were a very nice touch . Host was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend! Had to climb stares with heavy luggage, but not a big deal.
• Moshe (10/5): - Valeria met us at the property. From the day we booked to stay the she was very helpfull with good advice, at any time she replied promptly to our questions/needs. The appartment is absolutely beatifull and has everything you may need!! Within walking distance from the train station and to all major sites. I recommend anyone to choose Lusso e Charm with no doubt!!! There is one little issue: There are 46 steps from the street level to the appartment (no lift). It didn't bother us -we are in the mid 70s, but it may bother someone...

• DOMINIQUE (9/5): Très agréable - Nous avons apprécié l'élégance de la décoration de l'appartement, le choix des tableaux et l'espace du salon et de la chambre. Le lit est confortable ainsi que les fauteuils. Tous les éléments fonctionnels sont en parfait état . Très satisfaits. Petites choses manquantes pour l'arrivée comme l'absence d'huile ,de petits pots de confiture, de savonnette..mais ce sont des détails. Indépendamment du loueur il faut noter que l'escalier est assez difficile quand on a pris de l'âge.

• Jasim (9/5): Fantastic location spacious and comfortable - Exactly as in the pictures. It was spacious and comfortable. Location was fantastic too. Close to the train station and a short walk to some nice restaurants. Don’t miss Giacosa the home of the Negroni cocktail. The only downside (small) was the lack of an elevator. Heavy bags will be challenging.
• Milly (10/5): - Everything. Location is great, and the interior design The location is excellent. The interior design blends classic beauty with modern practicality, and everything is clean and well maintained. There's even a small balcony we could enjoy sometime. We were happy to stay here. After we confirmed the reservation, Valeria warmly and kindly shared a lot of travel information with us, and her introduction to the room was also very detailed. We will choose definitely choose here for next stay in the future.

• Daisy (9/5): Excellent! Comfortable, great location, beautiful apartment, lovely host (Valeria). - Location was excellent. Valeria, the owner, was lovely, and very informative/helpful when we met her at the property for the key handover. She also sent us a list of helpful places to eat/visit etc. It was also very nice to be left some items in the kitchen (coffee, milk, juice, croissants etc). Thanks. Would have been nice to have a toaster in the kitchen (unless we missed it, i don't think there was one). But otherwise, the kitchen was well set-up with all we needed.

The owner was a super communicator, always quick to reply with spot-on information. 2 floors above ground level, so stairs with luggage.
• Erica (10/5): Perfect stay - I was lucky to stay at this charming gallery style apartment. It’s sparkling clean, newly renowned. Everything is perfect. Host’s really nice. Air conditioning is heavenly cool. Kitchen equipment is great. It’s on second floor without a lift. It doesn’t bother us at all. It’s worthy every time we open its door.

• Lawrence (10/5): Spacious and well equipped apartment in an excellent location. - Spacious and well equipped apartment in a great location. You can walk everywhere and are close to the river. Some interesting details and ceiling murals. Excellent and kind host with wonderful communication. Personal greeting upon arrival and good explanation of everything. Small terrace to enjoy a drink or coffee. Well equipped kitchen, excellent wifi, good water pressure and temperature, efficient washer/dryer. You will need to walk up 2 flights to the apartment, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. A “Tiktok” restaurant called Osteria Pastella is right next door, so you will encounter long lines of people blocking the front door at lunch and dinner time.
• Karen (10/5): Room to relax - This apartment has so much space! After tiny hotel rooms in Rome and Napoli, we were able to spread out and relax here. The location is excellent -- close to the train station, the river, and many tourist sites. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee maker, cooking equipment, dishes, snacks, etc. Tasty take-out pizza is nearby. The host was responsive to our texts, even on the holiday.

• Ivana (10/5): Beautiful Florentine apartment with all amenities and excellent location - The apartment is spectacular, just beautiful and feels very Florentine with all its unique art and a nice little terrace. It also had many amenities included, from toothbrushes and laundry detergent to coffee, juice, and snacks. The location is also excellent, walking distance to all the main attractions and to our pleasant surprise the famous oldest pharmacy in the world is across the street and an incredible restaurant is next door to the apartment, so you can easily visit these great places. The host Valeria is also wonderful, very kind and helpful, answering our questions how to get there, allowing us to leave our suitcases after checking out, and even sharing restaurant and bar recommendations. We absolutely loved the apartment and the city, we'd come back without a doubt. Everything was great, the apartment is on the second floor so there are a few stairs to climb but it's nothing too bad (and I was six months pregnant during our stay!), and the host even helped us with our suitcases!

• Simon (10/5): Exceptional - Beautifully decorated apartment. Very spacious & pretty well equipped. The location is excellent. All good except the bathroom was not up to the standard of the rest of the apartment. Shower in particular had a quirky temperature control
• Travel2005 (10/5): Thoughtful and beautiful setup - Amazing decor and very well equipped apartment. It was a very thoughtful setup. There were certain things which we don't usually see in apartment e.g. umbrellas, an apron (!!!), small disposable paper oven trays... It is a spacious apartment for two people. The bedroom, bathroom, a walk-in closet, a small balcony, and the kitchen + dining area are on one side of the apartment. The living room and the dining room are on the other side. The owner was generally responsive to messages and we didn't have much problem communicating. These are not negative but simply sharing some observations. Be mindful if you have large / heavy luggages that the apartment is on the 2nd floor and the building is an old one which does not have a lift. We did hit some power problems during our stay but simply resolved it on the switch box which is located inside the apartment. It was not the first time we hit similar problems in Italy so wouldn't see this as a problem specific to this place. Just something good to have esp in winter, is a coat hanger near the front door. 🙂

• Jenderko (9/5): We loved staying here. Will probably stay here again if we come back to Florence - The space of the apartment was awesome. Fully equipped kitchen and wonderful air conditioning. Very quiet, The host was very nice. She met us at the place. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable to us. The stairs were a lot after a long day of walking. But we know there was no lift.
• Millie (6/5): Great bed & location… if property is more well equipped then it’s worth the money paid for. - Location & space of property Inadequate kitchen equipment such as no microwave , Cooking ware , No iron for long stays , electricity kept tripping despite only kept lights etc to minimal .

I would definitely go back. - Location was excellent and very close to the train station (wish I knew this before taking a taxi as it is walkable even with bags). Many excellent restaurants in the area and the host provided other great tips. I preferred this over a hotel as you had peace and quiet when you wanted it and you have windows that open for fresh air and a small balcony along with many great amenities. Also you don't need to bring a hairdryer as they provide one. There are plenty of outlets in all rooms, but not by night table in the bedroom, so my cell phone/watch were not within reach. This is not a complaint, just a mention.

This was the most memorable property of the 18 I stayed at across my European vacation this summer. First of all, it was just beautiful. I would literally decorate my home just exactly like this if I lived in Florence. Beautiful and elegant. It was like being in your best friend's home while she's away. The location was great - 5 minute walk from the train station, 5 minute walk to the Arno, 10 minutes to Duomo. The hostess was just wonderful. Beyond gracious. Very professional. Excellent communication in every way. No lift in the building. But it's only on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Can't remember. But the hostess even helped my carry my ridiculously heavy bag up the last flight of stairs! So I can't really even complain about that! I wish the little balcony had been bigger. But seriously. I'm just TRYING to dig deep to think of things I didn't like now because truthfully, I LOVED everythin about it!

Beautifully styled and very large, we absolutely loved staying here for three nights while we explored Florence. The apartment is absolutely stunning. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Would definitely stay again. Valeria was a great host and easy to communicate with. Nothing!
