• Ganeshan (4/5): - We liked the rooms and the stay was good. Based on other reviews, we chose Green Casa, but our experience was not very satisfying. We didn’t receive much hospitality unless we approached the staff ourselves for assistance. I also personally felt that there was a noticeable difference in how guests were treated, particularly between those who booked triple rooms and those who booked other types of rooms.

• Midhuna (10/5): - I booked this hotel through Booking.com. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping did a good job each morning. The breakfast buffet was decent fresh fruit, eggs, toast, and coffee though I wished there were more hot options. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi signal in the room was a bit weak. Otherwise, everything was as described on the booking page. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for the price. I would stay here again.

He provided us all the things needed on time and the most important thing was he greeted us with smile throughout. Whenever we called he made sure we get that. Mr.Majdth was really helpful to make our stay happy.

• Narayanaswamy (3/5): Great location, but mismanaged and misleading—wouldn't recommend. - Though the location is excellent—right in the heart of the city—everything else fell short. Despite receiving a confirmation from Booking.com (which stated no advance payment needed), the property informed us on the day of check-in that our reservation was not valid because no advance was paid. If advance was mandatory, a follow-up right after booking would’ve been fair. We were redirected to a different property with much poorer facilities. The room was poorly maintained—no towels were provided initially, and when we asked, the staff argued before reluctantly giving us just two towels for five people. One room’s heater wasn’t working, so all of us had to share a single bathroom. The toilet seats were broken, and the rooms were clearly not maintained properly. When we raised these issues, the explanations were vague and unhelpful. I would not recommend this property, regardless of its convenient location

We travelled with a senior citizen and requested Faizal to look after her provide food which he did marvellously. we thank the hotel for being very kind. the rooms were good and neat. the only issue we had was the foul bathroom smell which was extremely pathetic and needs attention. route to the property surely was steep but one needs to be careful while driving. it is calm and the food they serve is fair too. worth the budget. just the bathroom smell

The food was delicious and the Camp fire was great at the cold.I would recommend for family stay, it’s really good. They allow only family..! • Pooja (7/5): Good - Helpful staff. Provided room heater upon request, but for an extra price. Clean rooms, but overall could have been better for the price. The restaurant is not open the whole day. The place doesn't have access to any good restaurants except one A2B some 2 kms away. No extra amenities at all. Can expect a very normal stay.
