• Ance Nieva (3/5): A tener en cuenta. - La ubicación, check in y check out. Es un departamento muy antiguo, llegamos luego de un largo viaje, no había ni una botella de agua para tomar. Toallas sucias y con olor desagradable, hormigas en el dormitorio central, baño con perdida de agua, ducha con gotera constante, generaba mugre en el baño, había un manguera rota, almohadas viejas, colchón fino, duro como una piedra en el segundo dormitorio. Ruidos constante en construcción. Música desde las 8 am hasta 20 hs aproximadamente, piano y batería,(tercer piso). Tv sin funcionar, sillón living roto, incómodo. Lo único a destacar es la ubicación.
• Paola (9/5): - La ubicación es excelente, y la zona es segura. Por lo general íbamos a Copacabana caminando, a toda hora. Todo me pareció que estaba bastante bien.

• Christine (10/5): Parfait ! merci ! à bientôt ! - Emplacement et logement beau et sécurisé le top. Petit désagrément évier bouché salle de bain.
• BARBARA SILVA DE MEDEIROS (8/5): - Apartamento espaçoso, rua tranquila, porteiros muito educados e solícitos. A anfitriã é excelente, responde rapidamente. Mercados, padaria e restaurante perto. Andamos muito à pé e nos sentimos seguros. Os ar condicionado dos quartos não estavam funcionando corretamente, ainda bem que pegamos dias agradáveis. A máquina de lavar estava com o agitador solto. Avisei a anfitriã que se dispos a enviar um técnico, mas eu decidi não aguardar para aproveitar a cidade. Nada disso realmente atrapalhou nossa estadia.

• ROMINA YASMIN (10/5): - El dpto está muy bien ubicado. En un barrio que parece muy tranquilo. Está cerca de la playa, de lugares para desayunar, almorzar y cenar, farmacias, supermercados, tiendas de ropa, veterinarias etc., muy lindo barrio! Asimismo, está bien equipado ordenado y limpio. El check in fue muy sencillo, por mensaje de WhatsApp y el chaeck out también. Así que muy contentos con nuestra estadía!

• Virginia (5/5): Detalles a mejorar. - La ubicación es excelente y muy tranquilo en la noche. Todo lo necesario está bien cerquita: super, metro, playa, etc. El colchón y las almohadas son realmente incómodos, la segunda noche ya no podes dormir sin dolor...increíble!!! Tampoco hay secador de cabello ni una jarra eléctrica para calentar el agua, el resto bastante bien.

• Albert (8/5): Apartament recomenable però haurien de renovar unes quantes coses. - Ubicació excel.lent, apartament lluminós i espaiós. Contacte fàcil. Conserje 24h. Llits incòmodes. Tovalloles poc agradables. No estaria de més posar xampú a la dutxa i paper higiènic de recanvi. S’ha de fer alguna petita reparació
• Steven (7/5): - It served its purpose as an accommodation. Although its a lot more dated that photos make it seem. The place needs some fixing. Kitchen has most things but missing some pretty common items. They also provide nothing. No coffee, no oil, no salt, no garbage bags, no soap for the shower or laundry detergent for the washer. The sink was also clogged (a common occurrence in Brazil for some reason). Its somewhat quiet, but there is a jazz band that lives upstairs that plays once in a while (never too late and they are actually quite good). As I said it served its purpose. There's better value out there but its hard to find large apartments in Rio. The place has great potential. It would go a long way if the host invested a little more.
• Montes Hermosilla (9/5): Excelente para moverse por Río. - Un departamento espacioso, muy bien ubicado. Le faltaban implemento para cocinar. Ollas más grandes, servicio como cucharas. La cama de la habitación más pequeña era demasiado dura.
• Maria (7/5): Good location but lower your expectations - Good location and quiet building. Full-size washing machine, very helpful porter The apartment has a service entrance door which is the only access to stairs; we were given a key to that entrance but nibidy explained what it was, so we assumed it was for the front door of the building. It was only when I noticed that there were no stairs/emergency exit that we asked the porter and he told us about the service entrance. We had to keep that door unlocked because we were asked to enter though it when coming from the beach. Bea was very helpful but the owner never answered out messages before our stay. Cheap towels and linens, one if the bed sheets had holes. Second bath has a shower head but no tub/stall, so you’ll get rhe whole bathroom wet if you shiwer there. It has an opening in the wall without a screen, so bugs can get in. Hot water in shower works with an electric heater and we had to regukate how much water we used or it would be cold. No full lenght mirrors, only a vanity mirror in main bathroom and a small one in one of the bedrooms.
