Розташування дуже зручне — легко дістатися до центру та основних місць у місті. Заселення пройшло без труднощів. Рекомендуємо!

• Christian (8/5): - Soweit alles in Ordnung und angenehm Ein paar Dinge waren nicht wirklich sauber, wie der Toaster, und Haare beim Salz/Zucker. Wäre schön da etwas mehr Augenmerk darauf zu legen.

• Abler (10/5): Vielen Dank, war super. - Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, alles war perfekt vorbereitet. Und dass wir sogar eine Flasche Sekt zur Begrüßung bekommen haben hat mich sehr gefreut, weil es eine Geste war, die für mich Willkommen sein bedeutet. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt, Danke.

• Ivan (10/5): Fantastic stay in Graz - The appartment is great. It's perfect for two people. Bed is big and comfortable, kitchen is more than well equipped. The fridge is big enough and it has a separate freezer. A bottle of sparkling vine is a nice touch. Location is great. Very close to the city center, so once you arrive, you won't be needing your car (which you can park at the closed parking). Julia responded to my messages promptly, and gave me all the information I needed. Concerning some of the reviews I have read about the noise from the street, I really don't understand the standards those people have... If you live on the top of the mountain and your closest neighbor lives couple of kilometers away, then I guess this could be considered to noisy... The flat is positioned some 50 meters away from the road, and the appartment is positioned on the side of the flat that faces another office building, so it's not facing street at all. Plus traffic in Graz is not heavy at all at any time, and it's close to non exixtant at night. So, all things considered, I'm sure that if I ever come back to Graz, I will definitely be staying at this place again. There is absolutely nothing not to like about the appartment.

• KlemenM (10/5): A pleasant surprise in the city center - A wonderful apartment for two people, perfect for a short getaway in the city center. The city center is just a short walk away, and the apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with a free parking space right in front of the entrance. Upon returning to Graz, this apartment will definitely be our first choice. Everything was just like in the pictures – no complaints. At first, I got some slightly unclear instructions for picking up the keys (picture guide), but once I followed the pictures, it was really easy to collect them.

• Ivana (10/5): Príjemný útulný apartmán - Byt bol výborne vybavený, nič nám nechýbalo. Je pešou chôdzou kúsok od centra, s vlastným parkovaním. Všetko bolo čisté, byt útulný. Spalo sa veľmi pohodlne, v noci ticho. Wifi super fungovala. Určite odporúčame.

• Stam (9/5): - Het appartement was schoon, had veel ruimte, een prima bed (boxspring) en een bad in de badkamer. Er was een balkon aanwezig. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. Je kunt parkeren bij het appartement zelf op een priveparkeerplaats. Veel geluid van het verkeer langs de weg.
• Martin (9/5): Było super, polecam - Fajny lokal, czysto, balkon, komfortowe łóżko, sofa do spania też ok. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co niezbędne. Jak ktoś szuka mieszkania w tej lokalizacji to się nie zawiedzie, ale trzeba brać pod uwagę że nie jest to ścisłe centrum. Nam odpowiadało, bo odwiedzaliśmy siostrę na studiach która ma mieszkanie niedaleko. No i parking na miejscu, super przydatny, bez problemu z miejscem. Wentylacja w łazience mogłaby lepiej działać, ale wystarczyło trochę uchylić drzwiczki po kompaniu zeby nie było zaduchu.

Das Appartement war ideal für mich, bestens ausgestattet, auch mit einigen Lebensmitteln in der Küche, sauber, charmant mit einem langen Balkon zum Entspannen mit Grünblick. Die Schlüsselübergabe war nicht so klar, doch haben nach einem Telefonat mit der Besitzerin sehr nette Nachbarn beim Auffinden des Schlüssels geholfen, der anderswo war als im e-mail mit pin code angegeben.
• Christian (6/5): Sehr schönes Apartment,was aber irgendwie vernachlässigt scheint - Das Bett war super bequem.Selten sowas erlebt.Der Balkon,die Parkplätze,die zentrale Lage und die Einrichtung sind absolute Pluspunkte.Im Haus ist es bei so vielen Bewohnern erstaunlich ruhig. Die schlecht geputzte Wohnung.Haare im Waschbecken ,in der Badewanne und auf dem Boden.Staubflocken die unter dem Bett hervorkamen.Im Urlaub erstmal putzen geht für uns garnicht.Längst abgelaufene Lebensmittel im Küchenschrank haben wir entsorgt.Eine Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee wäre wünschenswert.Ebenso Topflappen,ein Tablett,Backpapier und eine neue WC Bürste.Die Pflegemittel die zur Benutzung sind sehen aus als hätte sie jemand vergessen.Jein Fenster in Bad und Küche.Es wird schnell stickig.
• Nicolò (9/5): Consigliato! - Ottimo! Appartamento in contesto molto tranquillo a ca. 20 min. a piedi dal centro. Pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. Molto piacevole il balcone con affaccio sul verde, dove si può fare colazione. La comunicazione con la proprietaria è stata rapida ed efficiente. Molto apprezzato il buon prosecco italiano di benvenuto. -

• Fatih (10/5): A very comfortable stay at a nice location. Perfect for a business trip. - The apartment was very well furnished and decorated. It had everything I could have needed for a week-long stay, in addition to certain kitchen and bathroom supplies. The Wi-Fi worked well, too. The neighbors were quiet and respectful. Finally, it was located within walking distance of the town center. All in all, I found staying here to be an enjoyable experience. I have no complaints.
• Sarah (7/5): Good location and nice clean place - Clean, well equipped with a dishwasher! Nice welcoming chilled bottle of sekt in the fridge! We could check in when we arrived at 11 in the morning! There is a balcony but unfortunately it was too noisy from the street to sit outside. The bed was a bit small.

• Dávid (10/5): Exceptional - The apartman was very well equiped with everything (coffee, sugar, honey, washing machine tablets, toilet papers and others). The location of this palce was near to the the city center, so you are able to walk there. We loved that the place was quite, although it was next to a busy road. Parking was possible that way, that you could keep an eye on the car, if you want to. The place was next to a busy road, so for the first time it was hard to get to, but after the first time it was okay. I recommend you to use the shaders at the morning, becouse acrose the garden there is an office, which is used on workdays. The pictures have taken, before we departed. (The apartman was very clear).
• Luiza (10/5): We liked it a lot! - Very clean, quiet and comfortable! Also a big plus for the parking lot included in the price of the apartment. The host was very friendly and helpful - and she left us a bottle of prosecco as a welcome gift in the fridge No AC, but we managed with the fan.

• Mateo (8/5): The apartment was very cool with some little things that can be changed but in general it’s a worthy option. - The Apartment was spacious, clean and in a good location. This apartment was price worthy. The kitchen was furnished with all the necessary stuff. We cooked almost every day. In the balcony you can enjoy free coffee that you can make with the coffeemaker you have in the kitchen. Microwave was there and also a dishwasher. The host was okay, not a warm welcoming but it was neutral. We can understand that when we book in Austria, it’s a normal thing here as i see. But she answered all our question on time and this was the most important thing. The area was quiet and 10 min walk from Schlossberg. The view from balcony was relaxing. The candies were delicious we enjoyed them. 1. If you stay more than 3 days i think the towels should be changed and no one did it. We stayed 7 nights. 2. On the Apartment page it says that there is a washing machine but it was not there. 3. Pillows were not comfortable, i think they should change them.

• Jasa (10/5): Brand new nicely refurbished apartement that I'd definitely book next time - I really enjoyed my stay in this newly renovated apartment. It was very clean, everything was brand new and there was everything I needed. The apartment also has a nice balcony with a view of the greenery. The location is also very good, about 10 minutes walk to the city center. With a bike that I borrowed, it was even much less. Host Julia was also very helpful and nice. My final note is definitely 10 out of 10. Nothing to mention.
