• Russell (1/5): Unacceptable behavior by host. - Nothing This place CANCELLED my reservation without warning or explanation on the morning of my check-in day! Totally unacceptable behavior. Booking.com suggested an alternative but of course it was not in the location I needed.
• Tinatin (7/5): Perfect location for sightseeing - The location is ideal for short stays, but it is very noisy, view is stunning, bedrooms are good and living room is very lovely. the bathroom facility was poor, water drained in both tubes, we booked for 6 person and bed and towers was prepared for 4 person. both bathrooms were dirty

Con una vista sul Partenone bellissima. Il fatto che sia al 6* piano, vince!Divisa molto bene, molto accogliente. Perfetta per 6 persone. Letti e cuscini abbastanza comodi Ha bisogno di più cura nella pulizia. Lo scarico della doccia era intasato. Mister muscolo ha funzionato! Poco attrezzata la cucina (portare la moka) io me l’ero portata! Però c’è sia il bollitore che la macchina per cialde. Le tapparelle non tutte si chiudono. Se ami dormire al buio porta la mascherina e i tappi per il rumore in strada.( che è normale in pieno centro)

• Aleksandra (9/5): Fantastic location for a touristic city break - The biggest advantage of this apartment is the location. It is just a few steps away from Syntagma Square where there is a metro and buses. It is also nearby a shopping street. You will get on foot to tourist attractions like Acropolis or districts like Plaka. It is also worth mentioning that it is a safe part of the city. The apartment is very spacious; it easily fits a group of up to 6 people. The beds are ok. The view of Acropolis at night is impressive. You will also find handy utilities like a hair dryer or an iron. The host is very responsive - we had an issue with choosing a correct locker to pick up the keys and the host helped immediately. If you are coming to Athens to sight see and you need an affordable accommodation then this apartment is a good option. We visited the city over the weekend and because of the location you could hear loud people on the street at 4 or 5 am in morning. It is a minor thing but I think it is worth mentioning.

• María (8/5): Viaje en familia - La ubicación, las vistas desde el balcón. El apartamento es muy bonito y las camas son cómodas. Nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora prevista. El apartamento está un poco descuidado, muchas cosas estropeadas (enchufes que no iban, sofá con la tapicería rajada, techo del baño con humedad...) y faltaba bastante menaje en la cocina, no había tazas para todos ni utensilios para hacer una simple tortilla.

• Gianluca (1/5): Infestation of cockroaches in the apartment! - The position was pretty good, close to the main attractions of the city in terms of restaurants and bar. Very close to the metro station. I had the check out around 10pm because of my arrival time at the airport. I did the self check in but I had to leave the apartment because it was full of cockroaches: I could not believe it! They were everywhere: in the kitchen, in the room, in the two apartments. There was an infestation! It was a shock. I had to go to a last minute hotel (after looking for more than 1 hour since they were all full), paying in terms of time spent in the research and extra-money. I got the refund from the owner but not the extra money paid for the late moment stay.
• Florin (1/5): Do not choose this location. Money stolen from the apartment. - Location MONEY HAVE BEEN STOLEN from us in this location. No forced entry. When you cannot have safety for your things whithin the apartment no other commentaries are worth saying. If you ever will choose this location take all your important goods with you all the time.

• Yvette (9/5): Klare Empfehlung - Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war schnell, unkompliziert und freundlich, Check-In per Schlüsselbox, Apartment sauber und komfortabel...uns haben nur ein paar Gläser gefehlt...Küche ist für ein einfaches Gericht ok, für Familie mit Kindern würde ich einen Geschirrspüler und ein paar Töpfe mehr vermissen. Die Räume sind super, die Betten und Kissen auch sehr bequem...Steckdosen tw ohne Funktion...gut isolierte Fenster...ansonsten viel Platz und alles hat funktioniert...würde ich mit Freunden sofort wieder buchen!

• IRENE (7/5): Nice but wouldn’t go back. - The location was excellent and the cafe downstairs was great. It’s a large and roomy apartment and the 2 bathrooms were handy. The air conditioning was excellent on very hot days. The main bedroom lights weren’t working and you had to rely on a floor lamp which was using the only working power outlet in the room. This meant that I had to charge my phone in another room at night which was very inconvenient when I need it for alarms and to check on emails from a different time zone. The owner said they’re waiting for the electrician but obviously they didn’t bother fixing this because the people after us had the same issue. The shower in one bathroom wasn’t working either, so we had to sit in the bathtub to wash with a hand held shower nozzle. When you’re there for multiple days these are a nuisance.

• David (9/5): Great stay Great location - Great location, very comfortable apartment and a terrific balcony with views to Syntagma and the Acropolis. Only 1 key which is an issue with 4 people sharing. We also had some ants on the kitchen floor but this may be a common Athens problem.
• Richliv (7/5): Great view and confortable nicely furnished flat. - Nice old traditionally and carefully furnished apartment right by Syntagma Square - very good location indeed, walk to Acropolis in 15 minutes and a good view of both square and Parthenon from balcony. Which was handy what the general strike and police charges on rioters with petrol bombs - perfect view of that! The flat itself was comfortable and the kitchen and facilities were decent for holiday accommodation, and the owner was helpful and responsive to questions on the phone. Areas for improvement - the shower tray drained very slowly and water pressure was not really enough for the ladies to wash their hair properly. The electrics in the master bedroom meant only one (floor standing) light not near the bed. Not major problems.
• Tripp (9/5): Wonderful stay in Athens. - The location and view is great. You ‘re right in the middle of the best part of the city. You can see the Acropolis from the balcony. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is spacious. Could use a couple more chairs on the balcony.

• Tayla (9/5): Beautiful apartment, perfect location as within the highstreet and only 5minute walk from metro. - The view of the acropolis was amazing, could see it from the balcony and furthest window in apartment. Few patches of mould within the bathroom but wasn't an issue for us.

It is literally being in the heart of Athens, you feel the buzz of the city but you are high up with the most amazing view of the acropolis from each window; it is breathtaking. The communal areas are extremely well decorated, all very tasteful and super clean. Honestly the location and the view are worth the money The most uncomfortable bed ever, I mean I don’t get how someone can prepare such a beautiful flat and neglect the fact that people need to rest; we did not sleep any of the night; also there are no shutters so if you somehow managed to get comfortable you would not sleep because of the light; also one lamp not close to the bed in the entire bedroom, and literally 2 plugs, one of which did not work.

The other bathroom is very very small, with a rotten curtain and poor smell. Note: The owner was spreading fragrance in both bathrooms and the whole apartment! 4) Very poor water pressure in both bathrooms. 5) The queen bedroom has a broken glass door. No privacy 6) The 2 bedrooms, balcony, and window have broken shutters. The curtains they have are useless. The reception has a broken window shutter with extremely useless curtains, and the other one, I made a very good effort to close its shutter. They are all manual, broken, or unworking shutters. 7) The seating area has 2 extremely unclean coaches, with unclean and torn fabrics as well as under seating pillows with an extreme unclean surface beneath, and that you will feel itchy when ever you set on. Maybe this is why those two coaches are shown covered on photos. 8) The big bedroom closet is one that I have never seen in my life. Very old wall built type and very old a poor painting. 9) No intercom. This is very hectic, especially when you have a delivery.

• Thomas (9/5): Superb - Beautiful and spaceous apartment in the most central location. Decor is fantastic and there is even a great view of the acropolis. It's super noisy at night from the streets below. Will recommend sound proofing windows as sleep was interrupted several times from loud noise, scooters and screaming - even on a weekday night.

• James (9/5): Great location and comfortable place. - Good location. Great view of both Parthenon and Parliament building. Spacious apartment with decent kitchen and laundry. Everything was comfortable. Small shower. Key lock box came apart trying to open it (plastic cover detached without unlocking). Some street noise at night because it is a busy social area, even though we were on 6th floor. Door was hard to unlock but we eventually figured it out. No wifi password provided at first, but host told us when we asked. Not possible to drop off bags or keep them after check out, so if you need bag storage you have to pay for storage a couple blocks away. Few power outlets so not possible to have night stand lights.

• John (10/5): Exceptional - The location couldn't be any better! The apartment provided a separate bedroom for the kids and one for us. 11 out of 10 starts - what a restful experience after a 10hr flight!
• Dmitri (8/5): Despite minor inconveniences and lack of attention to detail we were very happy with the apartment and especially its lo - Thank you, we had great time in Athens with kids. Location is exceptional. Plenty of spaces for big family and access is easy, beds are good. AC in every room so temperature in the apartment is manageable. A lot of minor but essential items were missing. Wine glasses - not one to be found, chopping board - not really needed so not supplied. Bath plug. Tea and coffee - 2 loose teabags and one coffee capsule, better not to have any rather than this. A washing machine is in the laundry which is great, but let the guests run around Athens to find some laundry detergent. No mirror in second bathroom?! Be careful, entry door can only be opened with the key, so if the door swings shut while you are outside without keys, you are on your own.

Unfortunately being an ancient city, it came and went during the day...can't be helped, we did understand. So we primarily all used the main bathroom.

• Andra (7/5): Good - The apartment is very well located right in the city center, we had an overall good stay, the beds were confortable. The view was amazing. The kitchen needs some upgrading, a better coffee machine, the doors didn’t close very well, there are no mosquito nets. Also, one thing that needs improoving is the cleaning, the apartment could use a more thorough cleaning overall.
• George (8/5): A spacious and well po apartment with great views to the acropolis and the Greek parliament. - Spacious and fantastic position. Needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. For instance the lounges had crumbs and hair behind /below the main cushions of the Loung. Some the lights were not working like the laundry light.

• Jennie (6/5): Spacious, noisey, tired apartment in a fantastic location - This apartment is spacious and located in an excellent location for shopping and cultural excursions near Syntagma square. It also has exciting excellent air conditioning which we needed when temperatures were up around 37 degrees. The excellent location comes at a price with street noise and musicians going every night until about 1am (august). The apartment while really spacious is also tired and needs some maintenance- lots of ants, shower not draining properly, window shutters not working. I couldn’t see a kettle or microwave. The property manager offered to come and spray ants but never showed up. The building was also very noisy with another apartment under construction the entire week we were there. We were never told this would be happening and the drilling/banging would start around 7am. I asked the property manager a few times about the noise but they never responded.
