• Hennita (9/5): - Goed ontbijt, zwembad werd elke dag gebruikt door de kinderen. De gratis koffie, thee, chocomel en frisdrank was ideaal. Ook dat er de mogelijkheid was om in de gezamenlijke ruimte te eten en daar gebruik te maken van de magnetron. We hadden een kitchenette op de kamer, maar er waren geen pannen, bestek of borden daar, De kitchenette hebben we uiteindelijk niet gebruikt maar dus wel de magnetron en servies etc, in de gezamenlijke ruimte. Dat was perfect. En bij een van de aangesloten hotels konden we pizza halen. We vonden het een geweldig hotel! En op loopafstand van de piste,

• jorritsma (10/5): Fantastisch accommodatie met alles op loopafstand - Wij waren met 4 vriendinnen op een 4p kamer met aparte 2 slaapruimtes, ertussen zaten de douche ruimte en apart toilet en kastruimtes. Een ruim balkon met prachtig uitzicht op de piste. De auto kon in de grote parkeergarage. Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de faciliteiten maar het zag er geweldig uit met o.a. een grote wellness. Het ontbijt formidabel waar je zelfs je eigen groentesap kon maken! De ski-bus voor de deur maar de areitbahn waar ook de ski-verhuur en de lockers waren op 5min loopafstand. Onderaan de gondel van de areitbahn een leuke apres-ski maar vlakbij het hotel zat de leukste ski-bar “dorpfschenke”! Kortom een fantastische plek met een uitgebreid skigebied voor de deur en ook met kleine kinderen erg leuk. En bovenal het personeel erg zorgzaam en vriendelijk! -

• Andrea (9/5): Wir haben uns bei der Auswahl des Hotels richtig entschieden, das Angebot war echt super. DANKE! - Das Frühstück war super. Der SPA-Bereich war weitläufig, die zwei Pools waren toll. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Die Familienzimmer sind groß geschnitten, sehr schön. Es gab zwar die Möglichkeit in der Hotelbar im anderen Hotel (sind zusammen verbunden) abends noch etwas zu trinken, was als Angebot toll war und wir auch den ersten Abend genutzt hatten. Allerdings war an diesem Abend eine ausgelassene Party von einer großen Reisegruppe (Hausgäste) auch an der Bar und hatte sehr ausgelassen gefeiert. Zudem war die Bestellung bei der Bar-Bedienung auch noch eine kleine sprachliche Herausforderung, obwohl wir gut englisch sprechen.

• Daniela (9/5): Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft - Das Pesonal ist sowas von zuvorkommend, höflich und zuvorkommend - angefangen beim Empfang, beim Frühstücken und selbst die Reinigungskräfte!!!! Das Hotel bietet alles, was man braucht. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und kommen wieder 👍👍👍❤️

Veľmi slabý výber jedla na raňajky a stále to isté dokola každé ráno. Dobrý wellness, ale je vo vedľajšom hotely. Nepáčil sa nám prechod do našej izby cez jedáleň a bolo potrebné vyjsť von z budovy a aj veľa schodov bez výťahu.

El recibimiento durante el checking fue mínimo; nos entregó papeles y apenas explicación de nada; contratamos una suite de luxe en el hotel de 4 estrellas, y nuestra habitación era un segundo piso sin ascensor (ni nos acompañaron a la habitación; subir las maletas fue complicado en la escalera incomoda). Además no había mini nevera en la habitación… nos dijeron simplemente que no todas tenían. La TV no era SmartTV.

Skvělé snídaně, moc milý personál, pár drobných detailů na pokoji, jako ošoupaný roh postele, prasklina na stěně, ale jinak čisto a nic nebylo špatně. Děti vás budou milovat, když je sem vezmete :-D

• BADIH (5/5): لن أعيد هذه التجربة - مواقف السيارات والغرف جيدة الحمام بمكان ولا يوجد فيه ماء ولا مغسلة والشاور بمكان آخر منفصل عنه تماماً تسجيل الدخول صعب جداً ويأخذ وقت طويل وإذا تم الوصول بعد الساعة الخامسة مساء ستجد الباب مقفل ولازم تتصل فيهم إلى أن تأتي موظفة من فندق آخر وبعدين يعطونك قسائم تستخدمها في النشاطات وركوب القوارب والتنقلات خذها وأرميها على الفور لأنه ما أحد رح يقبلها منك كذب ودجل لاترسل ثيابك للغسيل لأنه إذا بترميهم وتشتري غيرهم أوفر وأرخص ولا يوجد أسعار للغسيل
• Václav (8/5): - Pěkný, čistý a prostorný apartmán, vybavení dostatečné. Lokalita také velmi dobrá, 15 min. chůze k jezeru, dalších 20 min. klidnou chůzí do centra Zell am See. Dále 10 min. chůze k AreitXpres a pěkné treky. Hodně krytých parkovacích míst a bez dalších poplatků. Dobrá vybavenost hotelu, herna pro děti a dobře vybavené wellness. Nonstop k dispozici bezplatné nealko nápoje a káva. Hotel je bez výtahu, museli jsme vynášet těžké kufry po úzkých točitých schodech do 2. patra. Snídaně není výjimečná, jak je uváděno a přinejmenším hodně pod dnešní standard - vajíčka, jogurt, ovoce, základní výběr salámů a sýrů, pečivo, nic zajímavého, nic navíc, výběr byl úzký, pro mě zklamání. Bazény (vnitřní a venkovní) nejsou vyhřívané, jak je uváděno, resp. měly max 24 stupňů, což nepovažuji za vyhřívaný bazén, ženě tam bylo zima.
