• Philippe (6/5): - Appartement bien situé. Rapport qualité - prix correct pour l'objet. La cage d'escalier fait très vieillote et mal entretenue. On y trouve aussi des odeurs peu agréables. Période avec des moustiques : 1ère nuit juste horrible, dormi 1h et demi. Mais le répondant du propriétaire m'a donné un produit répulsif efficace.
• Julia (7/5): - Open space. Had everything we needed. Good location No AC and on the 4th floor so lots of stairs and hot! The bed in the bedroom are two twin beds pushed together.
• Dita (9/5): Ruhiger Aufenthalt mitten in Venedig - Die Lage in Cannaregio ist sehr zu empfehlen. Man kann wunderbar am Kanal entlang schlendern und essen und ist wirklich nur eine Brücke vom Trubel um Markusplatz und Rialto entfernt. Das Apartment ist großzügig und man hat genug Platz für zwei. -

• DULCE (7/5): - La localisation de l'appartement ainsi que sa superficie. Un joli appartement. La flexibilité de Mario même si la communication est restée succinte. La chaleur dans l'appartement mais le ventilateur a pu nous soulager un peu .
• Anna (8/5): - Wygodne łóżka, dobrze zaaranżowana przestrzeń, bardzo przyjemnie się mieszkało. Niezabezpieczone dobrze przed komarami (komary były konkretne).
• Yaiza_ (8/5): Recomendable, cómodo, amplio y buena ubicación. - La ubicación está muy bien, se llega a prácticamente todas partes andando. En la zona hay todos tipo de servicios, supermercados, restaurantes, etc. Un lugar tranquilo, espacioso y con casi todo lo necesario. La limpieza bien también. La comunicación con el dueño correcta. Las escaleras eran bastante empinadas, la tv (monitor) no conseguimos que funcionara. Había un ventilador (que agradecimos infinitamente) pero no aire acondicionado.

• Melvin (9/5): We would stay there again next time in Venice. - Convenient location. Nice layout. Well maintained. Comfortable. It would have been nice to have had a toaster and/or a microwave.
• Mcevoy (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment in the heart of Venice. Everything was clean and exactly like the pictures. The only thing we found slightly uncomfortable is the bed. It’s two single beds pushed together. Other than that it was sublime!
• Dennis (10/5): Great but due to uncomfortable bed could not rest well enough as well as heating was not great - Great location bed is not for 2 people its 2 separate beds merged together forming 1 big bed but as result it has gap in between mattress was not good as well

• Sam (8/5): Spacious top floor apartment with a few minor issues! - Lovely spacious place nestled in a quiet spot of Venice, but also right by the main walkways to get about quickly. Everything you'd need for a short stay and the views of the canal were great! The caveat of having the great view was being on the top floor, which wasn't clear to us as we spent 15 minutes figuring that out the hard way! The stairs aren't the nicest of things so I wouldn't say it's very accessible. (I'm in my 20's so going up and down 4 flights of stairs didn't bother me much). The flickering lights in the apartment had me feeling like I was in a nightclub at times - the dimmer seemed to bug out quite a bit, but again, not too big an issue. I found an Iron, but to my knowledge, no ironing board, unless I missed this. Realised that the bed was 2 single beds together and, at times, decided to move apart trying to eat you.
• Manoj (8/5): Great place to stay in Venice - The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities except the washing machine. You have to climb 4 floors of steep stairs.

• Cecile (9/5): We very much enjoyed our stay, because the palce was comfortable. - The location was very easy to find, well located, clean and everything worked perfectly A little smell coming from the bathroom that was not really nice and the stair case could be a bit cleaner. Maybe also a more cosy lamp in the living could be nicer.
