• Matthias (8/5): - Located right next to a bustling market, with Den Den Town and Dotonbori close by, it is perfectly situated for Osaka visits. The apartment is indeed spacious and offers 3 comfortable beds and a nice view on the 8th floor. When notified about the free WiFi not working, the host dropped by within a day to fix it. The apartment was clean and amenities were provided. The bidet function of the toilet was not working and could not be repaired during our stay.

• Daye (1/5): 위치말고는 장점이 없습니다. - 오로지 위치만 좋았습니다. 도톤보리 도보로 갈 수 있고 구로몬 시장과 매우 가까워요. 엘리베이터도 있어요. 체크인 예정시간을 입력하는 칸이 있어서 예정시간을 입력하고 체크인 방법에 대해 문의했었습니다. 그랬거니 투숙 당일 갑자기 방이 바뀌게 되어서 침대 3개가 아니라 2개에 이불을 깔라고 했습니다. (먼저 연락을 준 것고 아니고 제가 체크인 당일 체크인 방식 문의하니 방이 바뀌게 되었다고 알려주셨습니다) 바뀌게 된 방은 2층에 위치해서 그런지 대로변의 모든 소리가 생생하게 들려 잠을 잘 수가 없었습니다. 길거리에 걸어가며 대화하는 소리가 그대로 다 들리며 차가 지나가는 모든 소리가 그대로 다 들렸습니다. 소음으로 도저히 잘 수 없어서 다음 날 방을 바꿀 수 있냐고 문의를 했으나 다른 건물로 이동을 해야 한다고 해서 이동하지 못했습니다. 부엌쪽 바닥은 끈적이는 곳이 곳곳에 있었습니다. 침대 매트리스는 너무 흔들렸고 2명이 자기에는 너무 좁아서 총 5명이 자기에 적당한 크기가 아닙니다. 아이와 같이 방문을 해서 한 침대에 그나마 2명이서 잘 수 있었습니다. 침대 매트리스와 침대 프레임이 맞지 않아 침대 프레임이 뾰족하게 튀어나와 있어서 발을 긁히기도 했습니다. 그리고 짐 보관 역시 보관 시설이 따로 갖춰져있지 않아서 아파트 복도에 보관하라고 했습니다. 분실 위험이 있어보여 묵었던 방에 캐리어 보관을 해두었습니다. 호스트의 답변도 바로바로 오지 않아서 너무 많이 답답했습니다. 5명 인원이 이틀 머무르는데 수건을 4장과 미니 사이즈 수건 2장만 있었습니다. 전체 공간이 좁은 편은 아니나 소음은 너무 심하고 자는 곳이 너무 좁고 불편했습니다. 지인에게 절대로 추천하지 않을 숙소입니다.

• Yuchu (4/5): 不推薦 - 地點，日本橋站走路5分鐘，南海難波站10分鐘，附近生活機能讚 1.約50年的大樓，從電梯到房間可以感覺得到歷史感，ㄧ層兩戶，梯間悶熱異味，電梯老舊 2.浴室和廁所良好，但窗簾掀開很髒（窗邊都是污垢，入口備品處也都是發霉或髒污。 3.住宿期間收到訊息，要入內維修wifi（要我們留鑰匙），告知wifi沒問題，說是一個月前預約維修，因爲不想被陌生人入內，約定時間和他們一起維修，當天12:00左右進入房間維修約一小時，房東也在（似乎住在同一層樓），這部分感覺很差。如果已預定當天維修，那應該不開放房間預訂。

• Ngan (8/5): Superb location - Location is great! Just few steps and you can reach metro, namba nankai station, namba shopping malls, dotonbori etc. It's close to everything. If you come to Osaka to dine and shopping, this is the idea location. Apartment is relatively clean. There were enough amentities. It was difficult to reach the host. I was very worry as I received no response from him until the last day before arrival. We stay for 2 nights and no problem arise but if anything did happen, I am in doubt that we can reach the host to query or seek help.
• Zoey (7/5): Good - Average of room size, can fit 2 big luggages easily on floor, bathroom, washing and kitchen equipments are provided. Very near to Kuromon Market. Very difficult to contact host to get room key and direction of the house unit, only able to reach the host at last minutes.
• Amy (4/5): Disappointing and I could not wait to leave. - The beds were clean and comfortable, and that’s it. We arrived at 4:30 and were told the room wasn’t ready yet to come back in half an hour (I have a tired 7 year old). The bathroom was slightly mouldy. The plates in the cupboard were still oily and unwashed. Used the washing machine and gross build up lint / muck stuck to our clothing after a wash. Stayed for 2 nights, on the second night it stunk of cigarette smoke I had to cover the door up with towels because it was so strong my daughter coughed the entire night ( I’m not nitpicking because I vape and am ex smoker) property manager said they would see what the owner can do and said they could move us 2 days after we had already left? There was trash and cigarette butts all over the outside of the building.
• Domingo (10/5): We truly enjoyed our stay in this area. 10/10 rating. - The location is very accessible and only a few blocks away from Namba Station and Nipponbashi Station. Kuromon Market is only a few steps away from the building. Go to the nearest block, turn left and you are in Kuromon. Since we are on a budget and prepares most breakfast and dinner, the grocery store in Kuromon is a welcome treat. We just splurge in our lunch and still enjoyed a very hefty home-cooked Bfast & Dinner (courtesy of the grocery store for the fresh meat - cheaper Kobe/Wagyu/Salmon/mixed sashimi, etc.) in the accommodation. The building is a bit old but it's clean.
• Dhon (10/5): Exceptional - The place is awesome. conveniently situated JUST 1 block from kuromon market, 2 blocks from dendentown and 3-5 mins walk to dotunburi. train station is also very near. VERY SPACIOUS and VERY CLEAN...we will be back definitely Finding the key is a bit challenging but if you got to know the access to the door it very easy.
• Ej (10/5): very good and recommended place to stay esp for a family of 5-6. - the beds were super comfy like clouds. even the pillows! all very white and clean. the view was also amazing! not to mention we were very close to kurumon market and 5mins way from the nearest train station! also it was so easy to book, talk with the owners and check in and out. we left the place as clean as we arrived and kept all our rubbish into 1 trash bag so that the owners wouldnt clean as much. such a lovely place to get back to. would care about spending more for this place compared to cheaper hostels/hotels. we failed to understand the code for entering the building as the orignal message was mixed japanese and english. but we just simply translated it and the number meant it was code for entering the building. not a big deal really but if it were all english, it could have removed 10secs of anxiety from my life .
