• Alice (9/5): - The location is very convenient, in a quiet area and very close to a Sok supermarket. The room is well equipped with a fridge and kettle and there is a small kitchen on the landing with mugs plates and a spoon. Even though the landlady does not speak any English, we communicated through Google translate and she kindly let me leave my luggage. Even though there is no reception, the landlady comes very quickly. It is worth noting that she does not accept payment using cards as advertised so bring cash.
• nobbaert (7/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt inmitten der Altstadt von Istanbul. Wir sind des nachts angekommen und waren im ersten Moment etwas überrascht, da hier wirklich alles sehr alt ist. Die Unterkunft ist in einem kleinen, schmalen Haus mit einer sehr steilen Treppe. Also nichts für beweglich eingeschränkte Menschen. Die Küche ist auf dem Flur und winzig. Man teilt sie zudem auch noch mit der gegenüberliegenden Wohnung. Für ein kleines Frühstück ausreichend, aber nicht mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und komplett renoviert. Auch das Bett war sehr bequem und komfortabel. Das Bad ist auch recht klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Insgesamt war es sehr ruhig, kaum Autolärm. In der Umgebung befinden sich viele Restaurants und Cafes, die wir aber insgesamt etrwas hochpreisig fanden. Aber es ist absolute Touristengegend und tagsüber schwadronieren hier ganze Reisegruppen umher. Bis zum Bosporus und zur Tram ist es nicht sehr weit und zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Insgesamt waren wir mit der Untekunft sehr zufrieden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis fanden wir für Istanbul in Ordnung und wir würden die Unterkunft für Menschen mit normaler Beweglichkeit durchaus weiterempfehlen. In den Bestimmungen zur Unterkunft steht, dass sie Kreditkarten und Bargeld als Zahlungsweise akzeptieren. 2 Tage vor unserer Ankunft bekamen wir eine Mail, dass nur Bargeld in Euro akzeptiert würde. Glücklicherweise hatte ich noch genug Bargeld in Euro dabei. Das geht aber eigentlich nicht. Die ansonsten freundliche Hausherrin verlangte auch bereits bei unserer Ankunft die gesamte Zahlung in bar, wollte, oder konnte uns aber keine Quittung dafür ausstellen. Ich habe die Dame dann auf dem Ausdruck von Booking den Betrag quittieren lassen. Wir haben dann später auch eine Quittung per E-Mail erhalten. Wenn ich aber einen Betrag in bar bezahle, dann möchte ich auch sofort eine Quittung haben, da ich ansonsten , anders als bei Kreditkarten, die Zahlung nicht nachweisen kann. Hier ist also noch Luft nach oben.

• Klaudia (7/5): Place to be - Die Lage direkt im Stadtteil Balat ist toll. Ruhige Lage, da kein Autoverkehr in der Straße. Gut für einen kurzen Städtetrip. Das Bad ist sehr klein und nicht sehr komfortabel.

• Desiree (10/5): - The neighbourhood is charming. Did our shopping in a small super market and it was dirt cheap. Would stay there again! The bathroom was a bit small for big people like us.

• Iulian (9/5): Good location, clean & bright house 🏠 - The location has convenient access to the tram, it is clean and the host is cheerful. There are local venues in the neighborhood of the accommodation. The accommodation didn’t have shower gel and only one roll of toilet paper. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

• Ayaulym (9/5): Хорошо - Поправка: это не апартаменты, а комната с собственным санузлом. Заселение было беспрепятственным. Владельцы приятные и отзывчивые, быстро отвечали на смс. По запросу предоставили утюг. В комнате было чисто, кондиционер работал исправно. Горячая вода была без перебоев. Скоростной wi fi. Вся техника в рабочем состоянии (холодильник, телевизор, плита). Несмотря на то, что это туристический район, ночью было тихо, по утрам будили чайки. В пешей доступности маркет “şok”, множество кафе. Съехали на сутки раньше, т.к авиаагент изменил рейс. Нужно заменить подушки, простынь колючая (лично мне не подошла, всё индивидуально). Не было стирального порошка, салфеток, разделочной доски; тупой нож.

• Katerina (10/5): Wonderful 👍👍👍😊 - I liked the apartments very much. Everywhere is clean, cozy, beautiful, smells delicious. The hostess is friendly, always in touch, treated us to her pastries. Very nice. The location is convenient, the most tourist center, but quiet. There are many cafes, shops, transport (buses, trams, sea transport) nearby. Everything is a 10-minute walk away. There is a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washing machine. Clean towels, bed linen, plumbing. Very beautiful view from the window. We liked everything very much!! We recommend!!! We lived for 6 days. And thank you)))
