• Pearl (3/5): NEVER AGAIN!!!!! - They only thing we liked was the male supervisor, the location was perfect, and the view!!! What we did not like was the the following: 1. The apartment was Not throughly cleaned, 2. We did not have supplies nor received items to wash, clean with. 3. There was a dirty pitcher of water in the refrigerator. The female reception was ruled ass HELL!!. 4. WE WASN'T INFORMED OF NEEDING A HOST UNTIL ARRIVAL. 5. WE WERE TOLD THAT WHATEVER WE NEEDED TO CONTACT THE HOST!!! WHO NEVER RESPONDED!!!!! 6. THE PARKING DECK WAS CONVENIENT..BUT HORRIBLE FOR LARGE VEHICLES!! 7. The dryer never dried the linens.....took hours to dry 1 fresking towel..... 8.. MORE THINGS WENT WRONG.!!!!!!!

• Ashley (8/5): Beautiful place to stay! - The property & location was great! The unit and view was beautiful! We had trouble getting into the unit as the door was suppose to be unlocked. The host was quick to respond and had to remotely unlock it, which did not work at first. Door needs a new lock, which host stated he would get on top of!
• Savannah (7/5): Just ok - I liked the location and there was plenty of room for my family. There was plenty of seating and a full kitchen. The balcony was nice. I requested earlier check in recieved an email they would accommodate and when I arrived about 2:30 I was told to wait til my check in time so I did then I waited until 3:30 and the staff said they couldn't find my reservation, I called the host and they said my check in wasn't until 4 but the email i received said 3:30 I eventually got in shortly after 3:30 but I was traveling with 5 people and waiting in the lobby for over an hour was frustrating. The rooms were a good size but the room wasn't very clean the bed frames were very dusty and the white furniture really showed it, the original reason they gave me that I wasn't able to check in earlier was because housekeeping was in the unit so I expected the unit to be clean. For the price I expected better.
• Sándor (9/5): - Very good location to walk in the Downtown. Planty of restaurants, bars, shopping possibilities are near. Bathroom should be renovated. Not dramatic but the condition can generate the feeling of dirty but it was cleaned well.

Paskambinus šeimininkui, per 2-3 val gavome blogesnius apartamentus pirmai nakčiai. Sekančią dieną persikraustėme į užsakytus apartamentus. Buvo problemų su raktų paėmimu, neatsidarė dėžutė, vėliau savininkas per nuotolį atidarė.

• Andras (1/5): - We vacated the accommodation after only one night. The photos advertised for the property were misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the accommodation. This is not what we paid for when booking four nights. The host refused to provide any refund. We were forced to book alternative accommodation, as the place was unacceptable both in terms of hygiene and overall appearance.

Great location right next to the free Miami Metromover station – perfect for exploring downtown. “The apartment was generally well-equipped, though it was missing a few small items like proper kitchen knives for cutting.”

• Courtney (4/5): Would have been a great spot but there were some inconveniences - The location was great, free parking in an assigned spot. Designed nicely. Washer did not work the entire time was not fixed after asking multiple times. Had to keep taking laundry to the laundry facility to wash bedding and towels and clothes. “adult toys” were left in the bedroom from previous renters and found by my 5 year old. Shower head kept falling and hitting me in the head, shower doors did not want to move, bathroom vanity door was broken. Entry door was hard to use. Knives would not cut anything (had to buy our own, as well as some other common things).

My room back sliding door was missing 2 blinds; sunlight flashed in the room early l, so I could not sleep. I mentioned it to the hotel the first day, but no one came to fix it. Also, the front door had mold on top, and I mentioned a clean-up, but no one came.
• Stefan (4/5): Won’t book if I knew all this - Location only Takes about 20 min to get out of the building. Parking ramps are very tight is you have a big car. Then the apartment has black scuff marks all over. The washing machine doesn’t work. It’s just off. Looks cool but the bathrooms are also bit dirty. I walked with my socks on because it felt dirty.

• Fortner (10/5): Exceptional - The check in and check out process was very smooth. The host was very friendly and informative. My husband enjoyed the gym facility. The pool was closed by the time we ate dinner and got settled in. It was within walking distance to a nice shopping center and restaurants. The Brickell area was very nice and somewhat upscale which we enjoyed. The beds were pretty comfortable. The apartment was very clean. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. There was only 1 chair and 1 hammock on the balcony. We would have liked to have more so everyone in our party of 4 would have somewhere to sit and relax. We also like to sleep with a fan but neither bedroom had one. We had brought a small one with us so it worked out.

• Jason (1/5): Worst stay in Brickell, Examine carefully before booking - The unit was not as advertised in the pictures. The host indicated this space accommodated 6 guests. However, there were only 2 beds, 1 King and 1 Queen. Although a sofa bed was mentioned in the listing, it was absent. When questioned, the host said it was broken and offered two air mattresses as a replacement. For a rate of approximately $400 per night, being suggested to sleep on air mattresses is unacceptable. Even basic hostels provide actual beds. The apartment was not only noisy but also lacked cleanliness. We were uncomfortable using the sheets, restrooms, and kitchen utensils. Also, the pool in the building was not even open. Due to these issues, we checked out after just one night.
