• Elena (1/5): - From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property did not correspond at all to the listing photos, which appear to have been heavily altered and, in some cases, possibly generated or manipulated using AI—particularly the bathroom images. Specifically, we encountered the following issues: 1)Bed sheets and towels were visibly dirty and unhygienic. 2)The bathroom facilities were in extremely poor and unsanitary condition. 3) The overall state of the apartment was far below any acceptable standard. 4) !! And most alarmingly, we discovered the presence of bed bugs !!! Bed bugs were found both on the sofa—where a member of our group slept—and on the bed itself. Unfortunately, this discovery was made only after every member of our group had already been bitten one by one, which caused significant physical discomfort and distress.

• arnarsdóttir (3/5): Bedbugs killed the joy but the apartment was nice - The Host came to us when we arrived to late to manage to collect the keys, even though we called him after 1am. Easy access to shops and transport. Coffee was in the apartment and towels, that was nice. The bedbugs were a bit of a bummer, we notified the host and he did compensate us and send pest control to deal with it but we got devoured with over 300 bites on some, and even though we thought it was mostly just the sofa beds, the downstairs bedrooms were also infected since a few got bitten there, even though the host said pest control didn't find anything there.
• Sharon (8/5): - Location, easy to find. Size of space for our group Probably the bathroom this was dated and old, the drainage was a slight issue as well. I would also say the stairs are a potential issue if you didn’t know about the split levels

Asciugacapelli, asciugamani, cialde per il caffè a disposizione degli ospiti, non manca nulla, addirittura gli adattatori per le prese di corrente. Letti confortevoli. Check-in e Check-out rapido e semplice. Doccia e lavandino molto scomodi. Il Wi-fi in camera non prende.

• JORDAN (10/5): Un logement au Top ! - Un appartement vraiment agréable et bien agencé, tout est en tres bon état et confortable ! L'emplacement du logement est central et est vraiment proche de toute commodité et du centre ville à pied. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Londres aussi grace à cela. Merci beaucoup aux proprietaires qui ont toujours repondu rapidemment à nos demandes ! Je recommande cette adresse x 1000.
• Manuel (7/5): Bien ubicado pero con falta de limpieza - La ubicación es muy buena, puesto que está cerca del centro. El baño en general sucio porque los azulejos están negros de no limpiarlos. El dispensador de gel y el champú no funciona, así que teníamos que quitarle la tapadera para poder coger el gel. La manta que hay en el sofá olía muy mal. Hace mucho tiempo que no la lavan. Los colchones de las habitaciones se hunden, se nota que ya están muy usados.

• Ruth (8/5): Great location, warm apartment, hot showers. - The location was great! At first, the locking mechanism on the front door was a bit difficult to use.
• Michael (1/5): Avoid at all costs.. - Nothing Absolutely disgusting There was serious odour and cleanliness issues. Hair on bedding and stuffed around corners of the property. Property is not as described in the images.
• Shari (8/5): Basic accommodations in a great location! - Great location, easy walk to Waterloo station, shops, restaurants and many London sights. Reasonably quiet. Well appointed, comfortable beds. Lots of stairs! Elevator was not working after day 1.
