Они находятся в очень удобном расположении, рядом есть аптеки, магазины, пекарни - вы точно сможете найти всё самое необходимое. До старого города можно добраться пешком примерно за 10-15 минут. Квартира уютная, чистая, со свежим ремонтом, нам было очень комфортно и приятно находиться. Надеемся вернуться к вам ещё раз)

Schlafbereich im Untergeschoss (Keller), minimal ausgestattet, Bett und Wandregal, gefühlt wie eine Zelle, außerdem unangenehmer Geruch von der Toilette im Untergeschoss. Dazu wurden Metallarbeiten bis 19 bzw. 20 Uhr ausgeführt,was zu erheblichen unangenehmen Lärm geführt hat. Der Balkon war daher überhaupt nicht nutzbar.

- Suat (6/5): Preiswert aber mit Abstrichen - Die Lage und die kostenlosen Parkplätze waren sehr gut. Man kam mit dem Auto überall gut hin, auch zu Fuß konnte man alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs finden. Wenn man günstig die gesamte Großfamilie unterbringen will für wenige Tage, ist das eine super Option, wenn man einige Abstriche machen kann. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist teilweise freundlich, teilweise frech und unfreundlich, je nachdem wie es ihr gerade passt. Das gehört sich nicht. Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt während des Aufenthaltes, auch davor waren die Zimmer nicht gründlich gereinigt, der Boden war immer klebrig. Wir haben 3 Wohnungen gemietet und in allen 3 war die Situation die gleiche. Übergabe und Rückgabe waren unkompliziert, man kann über WhatsApp kommunizieren, das vereinfacht die Kommunikation.

- Vytaute (7/5): It’s OK but would not come back - Amazing location The smell on a first floor apartment. In the basement it was smelling of sewage and living room of cat wee. We were there for two nights only so didn’t complain but apartment had like 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 toilet roll in each toilet- wouldn’t hurt to add some extra so we wouldn’t need to keep asking. My daughter’s bed sheet was dirty. The place is fairly new but needs some TLC. Would not stay here again unfortunately

- Vladislav (2/5): Do not recommend this place - The stay was quite disappointing overall. The lower floor is actually located in a basement and has a noticeable damp, musty smell, which makes it uncomfortable to stay there for long. What’s worse, there are no photos of this lower level on the website, which feels misleading. The rooms are very basic and poorly furnished, with old, worn-out furniture that looks far from what you would expect. The lighting is particularly unpleasant — each room has a single bright white bulb hanging in the center, giving a harsh, hospital-like atmosphere. In the room with the double bed, the floor was visibly swollen and uneven, which was both surprising and inconvenient. Cleanliness was also below expectations, as the overall quality of cleaning seemed quite low. The upper floor more or less matches the photos shown online, but even there the furniture is already worn and looks much older than expected. Overall, it might be acceptable for a one-night stay, but I would not recommend staying longer.

And most of all feeling welcome by our host Tatiana! - The property was in an excellent location, close to all amenities, everything we need was just a stone throw away! And if we wanted to venture out our host tatina was extremely helpful booking us taxis, giving us excellent advice on places to go and how to get there, tatiana was a excellent host to myself and family she always had a smile on her face and always made time to talk to us even if she was busy. The property was really good value for money and everything we needed was provided straight away at no expense to ourselves. We would like to say a massive thank you to tatiana for letting us stay, we really enjoyed every minute of our stay, 5⭐️ from us, we will be definitely be booking up again at this apartment and we would definitely recommend to family and friends! I can honestly say there was nothing that we did not like about the property,

- Anna (9/5): Great place! - Great apartment, right next to a tram stop (easy to get to the airport and Mall of Antalya). There’s a Migros shop nearby, which is very convenient for groceries. It's a comfortable walk to both the seaside and the Old Town. The apartment was clean and fully equipped with all the necessary dishes, cutlery, and glassware. A charming ginger cat greets guests in the hallway, which was a lovely touch. The host is also very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you! The building has quite thin walls; you can hear when the neighbors turn on the water. Since we stayed on the lower floor, the motion-sensor lights outside would turn on whenever someone passed by. It didn't really bother our sleep, but if you are a very light sleeper, I’d recommend booking a room on a higher floor.

This is a tram stop with a direct line from the airport, which is very convenient for those who do not want to take a taxi. The manager, Tatjana, was available and helpful, and the apartment is cleaned every third day. The beds are comfortable, and the entire kitchen is at guests’ disposal. We are satisfied with our stay. There is also an orange cat living in the building, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

- Gabriel (9/5): Wonderful stay - We had a wonderful holiday in Antalya! The apartment (no 8) was very well equipped, easily accesibile by elevator, cleaned every 2-3 days (every time were asked in advance about the most convenient time for cleaning), we were provided even with dishwasher capsules, everything was new in the apartment (it is a pitty that some tourists don't respect the common sense rules and leave traces/scratches on walls, however this is not under property's control). I think the apartment's size varies from floor to floor.

There are 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) but 1 of the rooms upstairs is spacious but with no windows. The other room is quite small but has access to a spacious balcony. The kitchen is cute but fully equipped. However, this property only has 1 toilet which is downstairs. This property is near to variety of restaurants and tram station, so those are a bonus. Only 1 toilet so will take longer getting ready

The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to Old Town and only 5 minutes away from local convenience stores, making it super easy to grab essentials. The apartment itself was spotless and very comfortable; I especially loved that the sofa beds can be flipped to become larger, and they were surprisingly cozy to sleep on. Our host, Tatiana, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by providing extra amenities like kitchen rolls and toilet paper without us even having to ask. A delightful bonus was the super friendly resident cat! If you're looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay, I highly recommend this spot.

- christine (5/5): Confused but got there in the end with the support of Nargis. - Staff particularly Nargis receptionist was very helpful, respectful and supportive. Apartment was spacious and in good location. Confusing property address. We were sent to two other locations late at night. We ended up in Moon city for two nights. But when it came to wanting to go to my original hotel booking which was the moonsuites. I had to pay for an upgrade! Which is unacceptable! And inconvenience, had to also pay extra for a taxi to get me to my original booking hotel. Everything else was ok.
- Rider (7/5): OLD TOWN APARTMENT CLOSE TO EVERYTHING - Friendly staff, good sized apartment,warm and good comfy bed. Very handy to the tram and supermarket. Good shower and washing machine provided. The soundproofing was lacking. Constantly woken with other tenants coming in later with total disregard for others and moving furniture sometimes as late as 1.00am. Security was lacking, again possibly due to tenants leaving gates unlocked. On 2 occasions we were disturbed in the late evening by persons attempting to access our unit. Luckily door locks are extremely secure. Cats constantly entering via open front door and being a nuisance. Kitchen lacked various sized pots for cooking, and no basic facilities such as oil or salt and pepper.

Есть бесплатный частный паркинг. Очень чисто. Рядом супермаркеты, пекарни. Нет вешалки для верхней одежды. Сломан фен. Холодно в санузлах. Нет зеркал, кроме санузлов. Но соотношение цена/качество компенсирует эти неудобства.

Glad we picked this location for accommodation as we were driving and would not want to navigate the tiny alley / roads within Kaleici old town. Very big unit which allows us to cook and a washing machine to wash our clothes. The staff was very helpful before and during our stay.

Рядом магазины на любой вкус и трамвайная остановка в аэропорт. Напор воды в душе слабый, температура скачет. Недостаточно посуды для готовки для долгого проживания, хотелось бы добавить салатник, небольшую кастрюлю. Приходилось варить гарнир в глубокой сковороде.
