• Andrea (10/5): - Die Wohnung ist viel geräumiger als erwartet. Wir hatten als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern super Platz! Toll renovierte Altbauwohnung mit Charme. Alles ist sehr neuwertig. Super Ausstattung in der Küche (Spülmaschine!), ausreichend Geschirr. Grundausstattung an Putzmitteln auch vorhanden. Tolles bequemes Bett im Schlafzimmer. WiFi, Smart TV, Heizung, Warmwasser hat problemlos funktioniert. Sehr engagierter Kontakt des Vermieters. Parken vor dem Haus problemlos möglich. Das restliche Haus und Treppenhaus sind in keinem guten Zustand, kann erstmal etwas abschreckend wirken. Bad ist recht klein und beim Duschen fließt das Wasser in den Raum. Schlafcouch war recht hart und hat arg gequietscht.
• Maria Romana (9/5): Appartamento elegante - La posizione ottima il quartiere è il distretto 2 Leopoldstadt meglio conosciuto come PRATER la famosa ruota e il parco divertimenti. In zona dieci minuti a piedi 2 grandi supermercati, la metro U1 e la stazione dei treni. Il palazzo datato e senza ascensore, ma essendo al 1⁰ piano con scalini bassi salire per degli adulti nessun problema, ma anziani o bimbi piccoli un pochino faticoso. L'appartamento caldo e accogliente, comodo per tutti i servizi disponibili compreso microonde, forno, cucina a induzione, macchina Nespresso, bollitore etc. TV con canali satellitari disponibili. Il bagno decisamente piccolo e il lavandino minuscolo, per ogni volta che veniva utilizzato, necessariamente dovevamo asciugare con il mocio tutta l'acqua che si versava a terra.

• Remco 76 (10/5): - Mooi appartement. Netjes en schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Comfortabel bed.
• Barbara (6/5): Außen Pfui innen hui - Lage zu Messe Sher gut. Wohnung an sich OK. Die Wohnung an sich war in Ordnung... Leider das drumherum nicht draußen wurden wir von einem " Bewohner" begrüßt der gegn mein Auto gepinkelt hat ich hatte nachts echt Angst rauszugehen.

La posizione super comda ed inoltre l’appartamento forniva n - Posizione ottima, accogliente e con tutti i comfort possibili Alcune tazze erano sporche e nel bagno c’era stata una perdita l’acqua ma con gli attrezzi per le pulizie presenti in casa abbiamo pulito il possibile

• George Vasilache (9/5): A pleasant stay - I liked that it had all the necessary facilities and that it was comfortable and beautiful. The location was perfect for us - only a 10 min walk from VIECON. We found some dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. When you take a shower, the water doesn't drain properly and ends up all over the bathroom. The radiators, even when the thermostat was set to 30 degrees Celsius, were only lukewarm. This was managed by turning on the 2 AC units which gave off hot air. Overall, the stay was very good.

• Vaios (5/5): - Positive 1) Very good location. 2) Clean, lots of space. 1) Unstable WiFi connection. 2) The apartment had no soundproof properties, every little noise could be heard loudly, even someone walking up the stairs or people talking in the corridor 2 floors higher. You definitely need a pair of earplugs. 3) The shower area is not physically separated from the rest of the bathroom and the floor has no inclination to drive shower water towards the drain. As a result, it was really easy for the bathroom to flood after a 10-min shower. 4) There is an intermittent sound that comes from the boiler once every 1-2 hours, sounding like coil whine. Not certain what this is or if it requires a repair. 5) The main entrance door does not lock, which means that anyone can enter the block of flats. The apartment does not have a safety door locking mechanism either. 6) Dodgy neighbourhood.
• Małgorzata (8/5): Czuliśmy się tu jak w domu! - Lokalizacja jest super- bardzo blisko i do centrum Wiednia i do parku Prater i do Centrum Austria Center Vienna, blisko przystanki metra, sklepy, place zabaw. Łóżko w sypialni jest ekstremalnie wygodne!!! Na dziecko czekało dodatkowe łóżeczko z pościelą nawet mimo, że o nie nie prosiliśmy. Dodatkowo uprzejmy gospodarz pozwolił nam zameldować się wcześniej i na bieżąco rozwiązał problem z niedziałającym wifi. Miejscami można byłoby posprzątać dokładniej (pod toaletą); brakowało miejsca na położenie/powieszenie kosmetyczki w łazience. Jest ekspres na kapsułki Nespresso, ale miło byłoby gdyby przynajmniej dwie kapsułki czekały na gości ;)
• Monika (10/5): Świetne miejsce na mapie Wiednia :) - Bardzo czyste, funkcjonalne mieszkanie w doskonałej lokalizacji - kilka minut spacerem od Prater. Okolica spokojna, przyjazna, bez trudu zaparkowaliśmy auto pod samym wejściem. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Komunikatywny i otwarty gospodarz.

• N. (10/5): 4 nights - Clean and spacious. Warm in winter. Good location for transport. Stable Internet although there were reviews about issues we had none. All kitchen supplies we needed were available. Beds are super comfortable.

• Claire (6/5): Overall it’s an okay stay, the flat is clean and the bed is good but I wouldn’t recommend. - Good location near the conference center Messe, and near the Prater. Closest metro is 10 minutes walk away but that was fine for us. Living room and kitchen nicely equipped and decorated. Bed is comfortable. The building is run down, dirty, hosts what looks like abandoned scooters, the door to the street doesn’t lock. The flat is not well insulated so we regularly heard noises from the building at night. The shower floor is badly designed so the water flows out everywhere and it’s really tricky to avoid it. The bathroom smells funny. We tried to clean the pipes but it came back.
• Marta (9/5): I definietly enjoyed my stay! - Very well equipped! Coffee machine, toster, oven, dishwasher, iron, washing machine.I really apperciate having all of this! I was missing a curtains in the Living room to make it more private. But i can see them on the pictures, so maybe it was temporary.
• James (7/5): Nice apartment, unfortunately with some shortcomings, that could easily overcome. - Good apartment in walking distance to Prater, public transport options and grocery stores. A park with a nice playground in front makes it ideal for families with a child. An AC in both rooms add comfort on hot summer days. The internet did not work, which made also the smart TV useless. The microwave could not be used due to the lack of a socket to connect to power. Although this was reported at arrival, nothing was fixed during our one week stay.

• Judit (1/5): No go zone if you travel with family and kids. For backpackers could be OK. - The apartment looks almost as on the photos, but it is definately not a place to stay with family and children, due to loud, dirty and annoying neighbours. My kids started to cry while walking up on the staircase leading to the apartment. All of us felt unsafe and disappointed, so we immediately left the apartment and booked another accomodation. The lack of photos of the house and the inside corridors should have been a sign that something is not OK.

• Petr (9/5): In general, I highly recommend it. The accommodation is pleasant and located near Prater. - I was very satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment was beautiful and newly renovated. Everything was perfectly clean. The accommodation is located a short walk from Prater. There is a large parking lot nearby that charges 19 euros per day. The metro is also within walking distance. In the morning, there is some noise from the surrounding streets. This is because the house is occupied by people who live and work here. However, the noise is not significant.

• Miroslav (9/5): Great, comfortable apartment next to the Prater - We liked the location right next to the Prater, the spacious feel (high ceilings, nicely sized rooms) and the fact the place was newly renovated. There were some small “teething issues” stemming from the fact that we were the very first tenants (e.g. could not open the couch because there was still a tie wrap from the factory), but there were completely outweighed by the newness
