• Rudolf (7/5): Top Lage mit Traumhafter Sicht auf Alcazaba. - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Sehr zentral, trotzdem relativ ruhig, da die Wohnung im 6. Stock liegt. Hervorragend ist die Sicht von der zu Wohnung gehörenden großen Dachterrasse. Der teilweise schlechte Geruch im Bad aus den Abflussrohren. Die Schiebetür zur Terrasse war nur sehr schwer zu schieben. Die Tür konnte auch nicht geschlossen werden. Der Vermieter wurde von uns benachrichtigt. Der kleine Safe liegt unbefestigt im Schrank.

• Manuel (8/5): Preis/Leistung gut aber nicht perfekt! - Die Lage war perfekt zentral und man hat eine schöne Aussicht. Im Apartment hat man alles was man benötigt. Der Host war sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer rasch geantwortet. Das Bett ist ein Schrankbett, komplett durchgelegen und dementsprechend unbequem. Die Matratze gehört dringend getauscht! Im Badezimmer hat es immer nach Abwasser gerochen, oft war der Geruch so stark, dass man es bereits beim betreten des Apartment gerochen hat.

• petra (10/5): Fantastische tijd gehad in dit heerlijk appartementje! - De ligging en het fantastische dakterras! Je verblijft midden in het oude centrum, maar toch zit je heerlijk rustig. Het appartement zelf was ook heel fijn. Heel functioneel, maar ook gezellig ingericht. Als je wat slechter te been bent is dit appartement niet zo handig. Je moet aan het einde van de lift nog een trap en wat hobbels nemen voor je in het appartement bent. Maar dat was voor mij gelukkig geen probleem.

Malaga es hermoso Espero tomen en cuenta lo de las llaves y el alumbrado arriba en la terraza me - El apto estaba súper nice , limpio, cómodo y bien decorado. Me gustó mucho el apto. Primero no estaba claro lo de buscar la llave. Era en otro lugar y luego me dejaron saber q era allí mismo. Eso nos inquietó. Y la terraza aunque muy linda, la parte q se comparte muy oscura. Solo un momento prendió una luz por muy poco rato. Demasiado oscuro. Deberían poner focos solares para mantener el lugar alumbrado pues casi nos caemos y suben otras personas allí Fuera de eso Dani nos dio muy buen servicio. Y el arreglo con el taxi súper temprano en la mañana fue Perfecto. Gracias
• Maria (8/5): Toppen mitt i Malaga - Mysig välplanerad lägenhet mitt i de centrala delarna men ändå förvånansvärt lugnt och tyst! Lätt att hitta och checka in. Sängen något obekväm. Bara ett gemensamt täcke. Dragit på vintern vid oväder. Kanske inte för 70+. Vi var 57 och 62 och terrassen har sina utmaningar med ojämnt golv.

• Veronique (8/5): - After reading other reviews, they didnt lie about how amazing the location is. In the middle of the city centre and breathtaking view on the alcazaba! We enjoyed a sunny sunday afternoon on the rooftop in the sun. The apartment itself was clean, quite standard, has everything you need for a short stay
• Claudia (8/5): Top Lage mitten in der Altstadt - Absolute top Lage, zentraler kann man nicht wohnen. Tolle Dach-Terrasse, gut ausgestattetes Apartment, viel Licht. Trotz der zentralen Lage, sehr ruhig. Leider gab es während des kompletten Zeitraums kein Licht im Treppenhaus. Insgesamt ist das Haus, auch der Aufzug, in einem schlechten Zustand. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist sehr dürftig.

The owners were really attentive and answered any questions we had during our stay. A few tiny niggles like the bathroom door not closing well, but nothing that affected our stay.

Nooit gebeurd. Maar niet gemist. Downtown hen je geen tijd om een film te streamen. Maar daarom geen 10, een 9 want dit punt werd door prima penthouse en de locatie meer dan goed gemaakt.

• Jitske (9/5): Heerlijk - Wij waren 6 nachten in de accommodatie. Het terras is echt heel fijn, met ligbedden en een tafeltje met stoeltjes. Hier kan je aan de bovenkant een soort parasol uitschuiven, voor als je schaduw wilt. Het appartement was ruim en perfect voor een verblijf met z’n tweeën. Prima keukentje met genoeg spullen en een grote koelkast en vriezer. Wij hadden problemen met het krijgen van de sleutel bij binnenkomst, maar binnen 10 minuten was er iemand om ons te helpen, dus dat was hele snelle service. Het is ook leuk dat je netflix kan kijken op de tv en de airco is heerlijk. In de reviews lazen wij over de geur van de badkamer. Die was bij ons ook duidelijk aanwezig, maar we hebben er weinig last van gehad. Aan de hoofdeinden van het bed zit een groot gat tot de muur, waardoor je niet overeind kan zitten in bed. Dat is wel jammer als je tv wil kijken. Daarnaast was de wifi vaak weg, waardoor de tv ook heel vaak vastliep.

• Bindia (4/5): Disappointing - We were disappointed by this property. The price per night was quite expensive and we expected more. The building is smelling terribly and the flat was not well maintained . Water in the bathroom was very weak and in the bathroom there was a terrible smell. The terrace needs a renovation, the terrace door was broken, the wooden floor was broken and the walls were rusty.

• Kacey (10/5): Exceptional - The location couldn't have been better, we were there to see the semana Santa(holy week processions and we were bang in the middle of it all. We had problems with the WI-FI, it never really seemed to connect. The local representative tried her best but yo mo avail I think that there were so many people in Málaga that the network was overloaded..
• Helen (9/5): Good size studio, would stay again - Lovely place to stay, very clean, the apartment is a good size for two people and had everything we needed. The private, sunny terrace was a wonderful place to sit outside and was a big plus. Nice walk in shower too and toiletries and a few kitchen supplies provided. The location is very central with lots of things to do nearby. Good value for money. Picking up keys from nearby location is easy and a short walk away. I would stay here again and would recommend. Like other reviews I would agree that the mattress is quite hard. I was OK but my husband was uncomfortable. Could hear street noise until the early hours some nights so take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. The bathroom is slightly smelly from the drains I think, so it helps to put the plug in. Gap behind the bed, as it's a fold up bed, so had to put cushions down there to stop pillow disappearing in the night! I would have liked a reminder the day before to complete the registration forms as I forgot and ended up doing that when we got to Malaga so we could collect the keys. You have to dispose of rubbish yourself in the bins nearby on departure. All these are small things though. It's still a great apartment and glad I booked it.

• Rosalind (10/5): Fabulous break in heart of old town. - Fabulous view, quiet location, but just seconds from bustling street, great terrace, with loungers for summer. The studio is compact but contained everything we needed. Nice walk-in shower. Smart TV with Netflix etc. Very fast WiFi. No Coffee machine with plentiful supply of pods. The office, mainly Olga, dealt with an issue we had promptly. We've booked again for next year. The building is pretty shabby, which gives a false first impression. The bathroom could do with heating when the weather's colder. Not sure if it was just us, but we couldn't get the Aircon to give out heat on the one cold night we had. Lighting in the stairwell not always working.

• Patricia (9/5): Perfectly located in old historical center - The apartment was set right in the center of the old historical centre, comfortable apartment. Smell of sewage not that bad really as per other reviews. Great view from the apartment and very quiet at night. This apartment is approx 50 metres or less away from the famous El Pimpi restaurant, so very central. Plenty shops bars and restaurants literally on the doorstep. All kitchen utilities provided, toaster, kettle etc,. Maybe a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival would be great. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Spacious terrace and fantastic view. You have to call to a building and pick up your apartment key, you get a code for the door if it is out of hours. We found it a bit difficult to find the apartment after this, although only a 7 mins approx walk, we had googled it but just got a bit confused when we reached the centre. Once inside the building, take the lift to 5th floor, then turn left and walk up 1 flight of stairs and head towards the white door up on the middle, there is no indication on the door that this is to apartment C83. Be very careful exiting this door as there is a couple of narrow steps and an awkward slope, you are now on the shared terrace, which just consists of a couple of small chairs and tables and is mostly used to hang laundry, turn left and open door leading to your kitchen. There was only 1 sun lounger not 2 as per photos when booking, which was disappointing, I messaged host on arrival to say this, they said they were awaiting a new lounger! The bed had a huge gap at headboard which we had to stuff with throw cushions so we didnt loose our pillows during the night, I now know this is because the bed folds up into the wall! Maybe a long piece of foam should be placed here.

• Edite_z (10/5): Beautiful place with spectacular terrace - Beautiful place with spectacular terrace! Apartment is so well designed that even it is not big, the feeling in it is very airy, everything very stylish and cosy. Super well equipped - kitchen with a big fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine (with one dose of washing liquid), iron with ironing board, so perfect for longer stays. And of course the big terrace with views to Alcazaba, you can't wish for better views! And the location - right in the middle of old town, but you don't hear any street noise, perfect combination! When back in Malaga, I'm gonna stay here again without a doubt.
