• Alison (6/5): Très bien pour une ou deux nuit de passage. - L’emplacement et la superficie En sous sol, très peu de lumière naturelle. Beaucoup d’humidité et très mal insonorisé.
• Laura (2/5): First, second and third impressions were very negative - Kitchen was well stocked with plates and cutlery and was clean. 1. Ceiling tiles in the hallway had been held up by tape and the tape was loose so the tiles were hanging. I could see up above the tiles. My friend felt her throat closing and had to leave after a few minutes as there must have been mold or some other allergen. We couldn’t stay 2. The grade entrance outside was full of water from the recent rain. When I notified the owner they questioned it and never even came to look at what the issue was. Obviously it is a recurring issue with rain but they acted like they did not know about it. I put my blanket over it to soak up some of the water so our feet would not get soaked going in and out. 3. The closet in the front entrance was very messy and full of things that were disorganized. When I messaged the owners I was told that was not part of the apartment- but it definitely was. 4. The one bedroom had sheets and a thin comforter that were totally different colours and styles - it was obvious that not much was spent on providing matched items or more than 2 thin pillows on each bed. 5. I messaged the owners for more pillows and for ice cube trays as there were none. They said they would bring some and hours went by and they did not. 6. There were lots of scuff marks on the walls and it just looked like only the bare minimum had been done, furniture is old and nothing was fresh or bright about it. 7. They provide a washer and dryer BUT the house rules said they can only be used if staying one week or more - why bother providing it? Very very disappointing and left by 7 pm and got a hotel - paid top price because of last minute hotel booking

• Amanda (1/5): Awful. The worst. I had a panic attack in this man's driveway. - The WORST place we have stated. The host is verbally abusive, we had to stand in the cold and wait for them to give us the keys because their lock box was no where to be found. The beds are sooooo bad. I am pretty sure he just bought them off the side of the road. They squeak when you breathe. He bribes people to give him a 5 star review. He says if you clean the place AND leave a 5 star review he gives back 50% of your money. So the 5 star reviews are all lies.

• Sarah (10/5): Very clean space, with more than enough room for 2 - amazing price! - Very clean and comfortable space! The check in was very easy, and we were able to check in earlier than planned as we arrived sooner than expected. The hosts were very quick to answer our messages and were very helpful. There were two clean and spacious rooms, the kitchen had lots of amenities and was very clean. The hosts included Netflix for us which was lovely!

• Elizabeth (8/5): Great value, suburaban space, pleasant and clean in convenient location for Toronto, Ajax, 401 area - Lots of space, simple and clean. Good communication with the hosts. Need a night light near the door to the property. It was difficult to access keys in the dark or see the steps.

• Sergi (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, quiet yet easily reachable from Toronto. The hosts provided us with all the info in spite of our late arrival. Would have been great to get the access code a little earlier. The floor was a little damaged and the apartment is a bit dark.

It was not as described as there is no view of the garden. It was inappropriate stating that if we left it clean and gave a 5 star review we could have a reduction.

• Candas (7/5): Good - We are seniors so I was happy to see there were only a few stairs outside and inside to go into the suite. The bed was very comfortable and warm. Lighting on outside was not on so going down the few outdoor stairs and placing the key in the door was difficult when we returned at night after visiting our family. It would be nice to offer guests coffee or tea bags and a small container of milk or cream for the morning.
