Staff was a little slow in sending both check in and check out instructions. However, when the instructions came, they were very clear and helpful.

• Sultan (9/5): Comfortable apartment with great facilities and an amazing view from the pool - Comfortable apartment with 2 swimming pools including an infinity pools that overlooks KL and provides great views of the Merdaka and the Twin Towers. There was an issue with the airconditioning in one of the sleeping rooms. Luckily the host was proactive in reaching out to us before our check-in and made everything to make our stay comfortable.

• Daria (7/5): It’s not such a difficult or costly thing, but will dramatically change the impression for better is you make a kind of - Location is very convenient. Beds are super comfy! When we checked-in, there was no toilet paper. Management has informed that the cleaning was done in a rush, though we checked-in at 20.30…. Hm.. No information: 1. About exit to the Lalaport mall (occasionally we have found info in the internet) 2. About garbage bins, how to get to the swimming pool, where to find WiFi router, etc. The apartment itself is clean and nice, but: 1. Only one towel per person - for feet, face, body, swimming pool - one for all 2. No garbage bags, no soap, no washing powder, no salt or any other spices, no oil for cooking. All in all - absolutely empty apartment. You have to buy everything by yourself . It’s a problem when you come for couple of days.

The owner is very kind that they surprise me with welcome gift as Christmas is just around the corner . The beds are firm & comfy . They have baby court if you travel with toddler . The shower is excellent with strong water pressure . Location : just few steps to MRT station and near to malls. Cleanliness : Spotless, very clean Kitchen ware : Complete cooking utensils , plates, mugs, bowls Laundry : Washing machine & dryer. Owner even provide laundry detergent, basket for guest . Room : Plenty of cloth hangers in the wardrobe 😍
