- Leandra (6/5): Well located. - Excellent air conditioning, fans were cooling. Plenty of space . Good kitchen. Good location in Emu Park. DB (main) uncomfortable. Some flies and odd smell on entry. Over priced for property. Possibly open windows prior to guest arrival.

- Joshua (3/5): Unfortunately, the noise of the refrigeration unit next door overshadowed the good things. - The location was good in that it was very central and close to everything. The unit was clean and well maintained for its age. The worst thing was the location next to an industrial refrigeration unit, which turned on and off every 3 minutes, 24/7. It was so noisy that we couldn't have the front door or windows open and had to wear earplugs to sleep. We couldn't believe this degree of noise was allowed by council, especially in a "holiday unit" area. The television didn't work on our arrival, and because it was a Saturday night of a long weekend, we didn't have any TV for the first 3 nights of our stay.

Easy to find....large enough for a family. Outdoor area at rear was nice for morning coffee. Pillows ....😕
Two people stayed & thankfully bought own pillow ....plastic crinkly protective cover was horrible!
