• Peter (4/5): It was probably a 5 out of 10 - Close to Westfield Bondi Junction and the train station The bedrooms weren’t set up the way I wanted them
• Andrea (3/5): Disappointed - The location was very close to the shops and beach.. Public transport was fantastic into Sydney and beaches. Lots of little cafes and places to buy food. Loved the area and the vibe Unfortunately the apartment was not acceptable in terms of hygiene and cleanliness.. I did try to address with the agent who preferred not to communicate with me by telephone as I wanted tl resolve the issues, however had to wait emails. Eventually had to resolve myself and spent first two day cleaning the apartment. After completing this they then advised I could find somewhere else!! I have asked for compensation and on the last day was told they would refund the cleaners allowance. This has really upset me… awaiting response and a suitable refund. Hoping booking.com can help

• Morag (7/5): Great location, cute apartment. - The location was great and we were able to get a car park on the property every time (it’s first come, first served). No aircon. There are two fans and it was manageable, despite a 40 degree stay on one of the days. The windows are all locked and the apartment needs a dehumidifier as there’s a stale smell, particularly in the kitchen and no fresh air circulating. The kitchen cupboards are peeling and in very poor condition and the skirting boards and tiling edges above the benches are grimy. Old corn chips left on kitchen shelving and wall by the rubbish bid needs a good wipe.
