• EUN YOUNG (9/5): 들락날락하기 너무 좋은 숙소 - 피렌체의 유명명소를 도보로 쉽게 갈 수 있는 위치! 주방에 오일이 있어 요리하기 좋음. 세탁기와 건조대가 있어 세탁하기 좋음. 호스트가 친절하고 응답이 빨라 문제가 생기면 빨리 해결해줌. 소음이 크지만 숙소에서 제공한 귀마개를 하고 자니 별로 힘들지 않았어요. 모기가 몇 마리 날아다니지만 모기매트가 있어 괜찮아요. 남편은 샤워하다가 온수가 중단되어 냉수로 마무리했지만, 주방 가스렌지 위쪽에 있는 보일러를 3초 이상 누르면 리셋되면서 온수가 잘 나와요. 샤워부스에서 물이 잘 빠지지않아 호스트에게 메시지로 문의하니 바로 처리해주어서 문제 없었어요.

Abbiamo trovato tutte le comodità per un breve soggiorno in pieno centro di Firenze. La vicinanza dell'Irish Pub e la bellissima Loggia dei Mercanti non ci ha fatto dormire notti tranquille. Il pub si chiude alle 2 di notte e alle 5 il personale inizia a portare fuori i carrelli con la merce. Comunque, stare a 30 mt dalla pza Signoria ne vale la pena soffrire un po'

• Matthan (8/5): - The location was great and enough room within the apartment. There wasnt much sunlight in the room and clothes couldn't dry if you washed it there so I suggest washing and drying at a laundry.
• Rustem (9/5): Уютная атмосфера, отличное расположение и настоящий флорентийский характер квартиры - Апартаменты расположены в самом сердце Флоренции — рядом со всеми главными достопримечательностями. Очень удобно: можно просто выйти и через пару минут оказаться у Санта-Мария-дель-Фьоре или на площади Синьории. Здание старинное, и это придаёт проживанию особый флорентийский шарм — чувствуешь дыхание истории. Внутри — аккуратный аутентичный ремонт, всё необходимое для комфортного проживания есть (кроме, пожалуй, микроволновки). Отличный вариант, чтобы почувствовать атмосферу города изнутри. Из минусов — как и писали в других отзывах, действительно рано утром, около 5 часов, под окнами начинают катать тележки с ближайшего рынка. Для нас это не было проблемой, так как мы вставали рано, но для тех, кто любит поспать подольше, стоит иметь это в виду. Второй момент — комары. Если планируете поездку в начале ноября, обязательно проверьте, чтобы в квартире было средство от комаров или захватите своё. В остальном — проживание оставило только приятные впечатления.

• Elide (4/5): "Dolce vita" per la posizione - L'appartamento molto carino e caratteristico, in un'ottima posizione, a pochissimi minuti da Ponte Vecchio e piazza della Signoria. L'appartamento non poteva essere areato per l'aria pesante e maleodorante proveniente dal vicolo del Panico in cui è situato. Inoltre il vicolo adibito a magazzino per la bancarelle del mercato adiacente causa rumore e via vai continuo dalle 4.30 del mattino.

• Paul (4/5): NICE APPARTMENT BUT UNBELIEVABLY NOISy - Great location to access the city. However really bad location too, due to its proximity to the Irish bar at the end of the cul de sac that doesn’t close until 2am AND and the fact that the apartment is immediately above the storage garages for the local market traders who start hauling their wares from 5.30 am over the cobbled lane underneath. Such a shame. We should’ve read the reviews - seems Bookings.com likes to triage the reviews leaving the negative ones until last. Had a few issues with lock/ box but contact with whomever got it resolved. Beds comfy - not that you’ll sleep except middle of day or between 2.30am and 5.30am The noise is the main issue. Irish bar winds starts to get noisy at 10pm. Then gets worse until finally closes at 2.30am with last few folk leaving at 3am. Traders start dragging their wares from 5.30am. Awoken this morning due to trader crashing trolly into some support in garage under actual bed that shook the bed! Wax earplugs did help but disconcerting when your bed vibrates . They move the trolleys back and forth until 10am and return them at 6pm. Had little sleep for the three days we were here which didn’t enhance the trip. Should’ve left the place. Though no refunds available at the time of writing 7am. One of the traders has just got his electrical grinder out to do repairs in the garage below.
• Alberto (8/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, en pleno centro, a pocos minutos de todos los puntos de interés. El apartamento es espacioso, tiene todo lo necesario, cómodo y bonito. Justo debajo del apartamento se encuentra un almacén donde guardan sus puestos los vendedores del mercadillo que está al lado. A las 5 de la mañana empiezan a sacar sus carros, por lo que a partir de esa hora ya no se puede dormir. También había mucho polvo en los muebles, aunque en general el apartamento estaba bastante limpio. Por otra parte, se agradecerían las instrucciones precisas de cómo encender el calentador de agua, no nos aclaramos al principio y la primera ducha tuvimos que tomarla fría ))

I read some reviews about outside noise and was on the fence, but turned out it was completely fine and did not bother us at all. Nobody was waking up. There were some instances like ants and mosquitoes

No real covers, only a thin sheet to cover during sleep. Electricity went out and we had to find the main switch beside the main door late at night to turn the electricity back on.
• Kayleigh (10/5): Great location, Good Amenities, Loud street in the mornings - We really enjoyed our stay here. We had 4-5 days in Florence and it was a great place to stay in. We loved how well stocked the place was with useful items: coffee, dishes, dining table, lots of pillows and blankets, and plenty of hangers and baskets for clothes! We also really appreciated having air conditioning! The mattress is very soft, so for me (petite woman) the bed was very comfortable. My husband is muscular and for him the bed was too soft, and didn't provide enough support (for me it was comfortable but I am much smaller than he). Also, the street noise is SO LOUD with large metal carts being dragged through the alley every morning, early in the morning, and not just once but multiple times. This woke us up every morning, as it really starts early and just keeps going. Maybe the owner can or should add sound-dampening curtains over the windows to help block the OUTRAGEOUSLY loud metal carts.

• Tadas (8/5): Very good - Great place, definetly spacious. Charming details in the apartment. Amazing location as well. Noise - upstairs neighbours don't have carpet so you can hear chairs being dragged around; also market stall carts being dragged outside the window at 5AM woke us up.

• Lanadxb (9/5): Top location! - Top location!!! few minutes from the heart of Florence. Easy access, spacious, clean, and cozy apartment. Very comfortable beds. Very responsible and friendly stuff, they answered very fast and were very helpful.
• Ehsan (7/5): Good - Obviously the location is great. The apartment is well designed with almond all needed equipments. There was an issue with internet. The owner tried to solve it but no luck. We had to use our own internet from mobile phones and that was also a problem as connection was poor. Noisy at night because of the Irish bar next to it. Also noise from neighbour area from too early in the morning about 6 am. After 7 almost impossible to sleep. Windows are not soundproof.
• Tan (3/5): Bad check -in experience - The place was big and cozy. Poor check in. Waited for 20-30min at the door. When the staff bring us to the room, the previous guest still has not check out. Lots of mosquito and no insect net at the window. Missing tumble dryer which was mention in the facility.

• Caitlyn (5/5): Well located apartment, probably best for students - The location was centrally located for all the major tourist attractions, including the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was spacious. The host was very kind and provided recommendations around the city. He allowed us to check in early and was super accommodating upon arrival. The apartment itself did not feel clean. There was definitely mold in the apartment. The bed was not comfortable, both the mattresses and sheets. We didn’t sleep comfortably the whole time we were in Florence. There is an Irish Bar below/next to the apartment where all the study abroad students go to drink. I live in a city and am very used to noise, but it is very loud all night, and then when the bar closes you hear them cleaning and taking the bottles under the windows.

• Stivi46 (7/5): Great location! - Great location, few minutes from literally everything important in Florence. Apartment is very nice, there is a lot of room comparing to other ones in city center. Wifi is good. Check in and check out were fast and easy. Great communication with landlord. Before making a reservation we did read that you can hear some noise at night, from the bar next to the building. We dont mind that, so we didnt care much. I have to say that we did hear everything happening in the building and around it, throughout whole night. Not just the noise from the bar, but everyone that was passing and entering the building. It was like people were in the room with us. To be fair, it wasnt a huge problem, we did get enough sleep, after all.

• Tim (8/5): Good stay in the center! - Location is perfect in the center of Florence. The owner is nice and gives good tips about restaurants. It is clean. The windows aren’t soundproof. The Irish pub close is open till 2am. On Saturday it was noisy. In the morning (from 5am) the sellers come and get their sellingcarts from the storage under the apartment. Can be noisy. But you can sleep after.

• Ivan (6/5): Pleasant - the location is perfect and the host is very kind Complete lack of soundproofing - there is some local market in 50 meters of the building and sellers from the market start to drive their big carts (it seems this is a specialty of Florence) on the cobblestones from 5a.m. and this is really loud. I have really deep sleep, but I was not able to sleep normally there. Also there are lots of restaurants nearby and people hang out until late late night with music, laugh and so on.

• Ioana (7/5): Cool flat in BEST location, but very-very noisy in the early morning - The location is very comfortable. All that we needed to see/visit it was close to reach. The flat is very nice, and the kitchen was more than I expected to have inside - salt/olive oil - even coffee :-O Because the location is so close to a square market, where during the day the merchants are selling leather products; each morning around 5-6AM you can hear them pulling their carriages - and trust me, they are big & loud. As we were travelling with small kids - they wake up very early cause of that; so I would def take this in consideration as a big disadvantage vs location. Also, even if the flat was very nice - it's needed to know that it has wooden beams build in so lots of dust.
